Isaiah Likely TE | BAL
Ravens' Isaiah Likely: Still yet to practice this season
Likely (foot) remained sidelined at Thursday's practice, Brian Wacker of the Baltimore Sun reports.
Likely has yet to practice since having surgery to repair a fracture in his foot which he suffered in late July. He's trending toward a second consecutive absence to begin the 2025 campaign. Mark Andrews failed to capitalize on Likely's absence in Week 1, posting only one catch for five yards against the Bills, but Andrews looks set to work as the clear top option among Baltimore's tight ends again when the Ravens host the Browns in Week 2.

Dawson Knox TE | BUF
Bills' Dawson Knox: Listed as limited again
Knox (hip) is listed as limited on Thursday's injury report.
The Bills only hosted a walk-thru practice Thursday, but Knox is being listed as limited for a second consecutive session. If he's unable to upgrade to full participation Friday, Knox will likely carry an injury designation into Sunday's matchup against the Jets.
-
Darren Waller TE | MIA
Dolphins' Darren Waller: Not practicing Thursday
Waller (hip) remained a non-participant in practice Thursday, Alain Poupart of SI.com reports.
Per David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel, Waller was spotted working out on the side during Thursday's session, but at this stage the tight end's status for Sunday's game against the Patriots remains cloudy. If Waller remains sidelined Week 2, Tanner Conner (four Week 1 targets) and Julian Hill (zero targets Week 1) would continue to lead Miami's TE corps this weekend.

Mason Taylor TE | NYJ
Jets' Mason Taylor: Spotted at practice Thursday
Taylor (ankle) was present for Thursday's practice, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.
After being deemed a non-participant Wednesday, Taylor's presence at the start of Thursday's session bodes well for the rookie tight end's chances of being available Sunday against the Bills. The Jets' upcoming injury report will reveal Taylor's participation level Thursday.

Colston Loveland TE | CHI
Bears' Colston Loveland: Muted production in NFL debut
Loveland finished with two receptions for 12 yards on two targets in Monday's 27-24 loss to the Vikings.
The rookie first-round pick took the field for 38 of the Bears' 67 snaps on offense, but he still served as the team's No. 2 tight end behind veteran Cole Kmet, who started and logged 60 snaps while finishing with a 31-yard reception on four targets. Though Loveland brings more pass-catching upside to the table than Kmet, he could need more practice reps to get comfortable in head coach Ben Johnson's offense before carving out a larger role after he sat out rookie minicamp and OTAs while recovering from shoulder surgery.

Elijah Higgins TE | ARI
Cardinals' Elijah Higgins: Makes one catch in Week 1
Higgins corralled one of two targets for three yards and had a tackle on punt coverage during Sunday's 20-13 victory in New Orleans.
Higgins was third among Cardinals tight ends in offensive snap share (30 percent) behind standout Trey McBride (97 percent) and Tip Reiman (52 percent). All three recorded receptions, with McBride making six and Reiman and Higgins notching one apiece. Reiman showed up as a non-participant on Wednesday's practice report due to a foot injury, which, if it limits or sidelines him, may afford Higgins a few more opportunities to produce.
-
Davis Allen TE | LAR
Rams' Davis Allen: Limited in practice
Allen (knee) was a limited participant in the Rams' practice Wednesday, Sarah Barshop of ESPN reports.
Allen is one of two of the team's tight ends to be dealing with an injury, as Colby Parkinson sat out practice due to a sprained AC joint. Allen caught one of his two targets for 13 yards and a touchdown during the team's Week 1 win over the Texans, and it remains to be seen if he'll be good to go for Sunday's matchup versus the Titans.
-
Colby Parkinson TE | LAR
Rams' Colby Parkinson: Sits out practice
Parkinson (shoulder) didn't participate in the Rams' practice Wednesday, Sarah Barshop of ESPN reports.
Parkinson was sidelined due to the sprained AC joint he suffered during the team's Week 1 win over the Texans. While the 26-year-old tight end will look to be good to go for Sunday's game versus Titans if he ends up being unable to play, Davis Allen (knee) and Terrance Ferguson would be in line for increased playing time.
-
Messiah Swinson TE | ARI
Messiah Swinson: Joins 49ers' practice squad
Swinson was signed to the 49ers' practice squad Wednesday.
Swinson was let go by the Packers in late August after reeling in one pass for four yards while appearing in one preseason game with the team. The 25-year-old will provide San Francisco with another option at tight end while George Kittle (hamstring) is on injured reserve.
-
Josh Oliver TE | MIN
Vikings' Josh Oliver: Dealing with ankle issue
Oliver was listed as a non-participant on Wednesday's practice estimate due to an ankle injury.
Oliver was the reserve TE to receive the largest workload behind No. 1 option T.J. Hockenson (45 of 56 offensive snaps) during Monday's win at Chicago, logging 27 snaps to undrafted rookie Benjamin Yurosek's 10. Overall, Oliver started, hauled in his only target for five yards and also was stopped shy of the goal line on a two-point conversion at the start of the fourth quarter. With a DNP under his belt Wednesday, he likely will need to practice in some capacity Thursday and/or Friday to put himself in a position to play Sunday against the Falcons.
