White (groin) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Broncos, Brianna Dix of the Buccaneers' official site reports.

The signs have been consistently positive ever since White briefly left last Sunday's win over the Lions to be evaluated for a groin injury. He rejoined the game and finished with a 71 percent snap share, and he then managed limited practices Wednesday and Thursday before upgrading to full participation at the end of the week. White thus appears in line for his usual role this Sunday, although it's possible the Bucs ease up on him a bit given that rookie backup Bucky Irving has looked pretty good as a runner so far.

Charbonnet likely will be the Seahawks' top running back Sunday against the Dolphins with Kenneth Walker (oblique) listed as doubtful, Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic reports.

As of Thursday, Walker hadn't practiced since suffering an oblique injury in the Seahawks' Week 1 win against the Broncos. With Walker sidelined this past Sunday at New England, Charbonnet logged 67 of 70 offensive snaps, resulting in 14 carries for 38 yards and one touchdown and five catches (on five targets) for 31 yards. As for the rest of the active backfield, Kenny McIntosh played two snaps on offense and five more on special teams, while George Holani was contained to six special-team snaps. A similar breakdown of reps is likely for the trio once Sunday's contest kicks off at 4:05 p.m. ET.

Spears (ankle) practiced fully Friday but is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Packers, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

Spears and coach Brian Callahan both expressed optimism throughout the week that the running back would be available Sunday, and Spears' full participation Friday is further evidence in that direction, though there's still doubt hanging over his head due to the questionable designation. If Spears is cleared to suit up Sunday, he presumably will continue to cede the majority of backfield touches to Tony Pollard, who has 43 combined carries and targets through two weeks to Spears' 16.

Mostert (chest) is listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against the Seahawks after being limited in practice this week, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.

Mostert's official injury status aligns with the pessimism coach Mike McDaniel previously expressed to Furones with regard to the running back's Week 3 playing prospects. In the event that Mostert is inactive Sunday, look for De'Von Achane to lead Miami's backfield versus Seattle, with Jeff Wilson and Jaylen Wright on hand to mix in.

Walker (oblique) is listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against Miami, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports.

Walker ran on a side field Thursday but still hasn't practiced since injuring his oblique in the fourth quarter of a Week 1 win over Denver. Fellow Seahawks RB Zach Charbonnet handled 95 percent of the snaps on offense in a 23-20 overtime win over the Patriots last week, taking 14 carries for 38 yards and a touchdown while adding five catches for 31 yards. In the highly likely event Walker is inactive again, Charbonnet's projected workload will make him a strong option for fantasy lineups even though he's struggled with rushing efficiency and explosiveness to this point in his career.

Jacobs (back) doesn't have a designation for Sunday's game at Tennessee, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports.

For s second week in a row, Jacobs has operated with a cap on his practice reps due to a back injury, but it won't impede him from serving as the Packers' No. 1 running back this weekend. The biggest question mark in Green Bay's offense remains the status of Jordan Love, who is listed as questionable and may be a game-time call, per Bill Huber of SI.com. No matter who among Love or Malik Willis is under center, Jacobs should handle a healthy dose of carries, as he has 48 through two contests this season.

Akers is preparing to start Sunday's game against the Vikings, as Joe Mixon (ankle) is listed as doubtful and Dameon Pierce (hamstring) has been ruled out, Jonathan M. Alexander of the Houston Chronicle reports.

Akers got seven carries Week 2 against the Bears, as Mixon spent part of the game in the locker room tending to his ankle injury and Pierce didn't play. The former Rams and Vikings running back rushed for 32 yards on those rushes but also lost a fumble by the goal line. Akers should get first crack at the lead role Sunday against one of his former teams barring the unlikely event of Mixon suiting up after all, but if ball security issues arise again, Dare Ogunbowale or British Brooks could get more opportunities at Akers' expense.

Mixon is listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against the Vikings after not practicing this week.

Meanwhile, top backup Dameon Pierce (hamstring) already has been ruled out for the contest. With Mixon trending toward being unavailable Sunday, Cam Akers appears poised to take on an expanded role in Week 3, a context that makes him a potential fill-in option for those who normally would rely on Mixon in fantasy lineups.

Homer (finger) recently underwent surgery on his finger and is expected to be placed on injured reserve, Scott Bair of Marquee Sports Network reports. He is listed as out Sunday against the Colts.

Once Homer's move to IR is made official, he will miss a minimum of four games. With the Bears on bye Week 7, the earliest Homer could return would be Week 8 against the Commanders, assuming he lands on the list Saturday. Roschon Johnson likely will spell D'Andre Swift in passing situations, with Khalil Herbert maintaining his involvement on early downs.
