Grant racked up 75 yards on six rushing attempts in Sunday's 44-7 win over Baltimore.

With the game well in hand early in the second half, the Jaguars gave Grant a bit of extra work after the reserve back carried just once in Jacksonville's Week 2 loss to Tennessee. The vast majority of Grant's yardage Sunday came on a fake punt, as he took a direct snap and scampered off tackle for 58 yards. Grant also tacked on an 18-yard reception on his only target of the day from Blake Bortles. Look for the speedy Grant to continue to be used strategically as a big-play threat, but his workload will likely be too volatile week-to-week to warrant fantasy ownership in most leagues.

Murray had two carries for five yards and played just eight snaps on offense in Sunday's 34-17 win over Tampa Bay.

Murray continues to have a limited role in the offense with Dalvin Cook getting nearly all the touches out of the backfield. There's also been no sign Murray will have a goal-line role as Cook was used again in short-yardage goal situations Sunday.

Perine is considered day-to-day with a bruised hand, John Keim of ESPN.com reports.

Perine was forced out of Sunday's 27-10 win over the Raiders in the fourth quarter after taking a huge hit and losing a fumble. The injury apparently isn't as bad as it initially looked, with Perine fortunate to avoid a concussion or any fractures. He was inefficient while filling in for Rob Kelley (rib) on Sunday, managing just 49 yards on 19 carries and six yards on one reception. Meanwhile, passing-down back Chris Thompson rumbled for 188 scrimmage yards and found the end zone for a fourth time in three games. Perine should retain an early-down role if he's available for Week 4 against Kansas City and Kelley still isn't ready, but the rookie has yet to show any signs of becoming a viable fantasy option. Perine is averaging just 2.9 yards per carry, compared to Kelley's 4.9 and Thompson's 8.5.

Ekeler caught one pass for six yards in the 24-10 loss to the Chiefs on Sunday.

Ekeler only played six offensive snaps in Sunday's loss, as he's mainly been used as a special teams option throughout the first three weeks. While there's no indication that Melvin Gordon's knee injury, which forced him to miss portions of the second half of Sunday's game, will be an issue moving forward, Ekeler would immediately become the second-string back behind Branden Oliver should the Wisconsin alum miss any time.

Williams had one carry for six yards in Sunday's victory over the Bengals.

Talk out of Green Bay leading up to Sunday's game hinted at Williams playing a bigger role in order to limit the snap count of top running back Ty Montgomery, but that did not come to fruition, as according to Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com, Williams saw just five snaps while Montgomery was on the field for 65. Montgomery figures to continue seeing the bulk of the snaps in the Packers' backfield, but the team may actually choose to lean on Williams more in Week 4 with the Packers playing Thursday night.

Oliver carried the ball eight times for 16 yards and also caught four passes for 18 yards in Sunday's 24-10 loss to the Chiefs.

Oliver came in for Melvin Gordon in the third quarter after the star running back succumbed to what appears to be a nagging knee injury, but was mainly held in check only for Gordon to return later in the contest. While Gordon's injury didn't bear fruit for Oliver owners Sunday, it's certainly one to monitor moving forward as the 2015 first-round pick was limited in practice last Thursday and Friday with the knee ailment. If nothing else, Oliver represents the obvious handcuff to Gordon, given third-string running back Austin Ekeler saw just six snaps Sunday.

Sims carried twice for four yards and brought in his sole target for nine yards in Sunday's 34-17 loss to the Vikings.

For the second time in as many weeks, Sims was a bit player in the offense, even as Sunday's game flow appeared to play into his wheelhouse as a pass-catching specialist. Sims actually outpaced starter Jacquizz Rodgers in snaps by a 26-25 margin, and unlike the opener, he didn't cede any work to fellow tailback Peyton Barber. However, the Bucs largely resorted to throwing the ball downfield to receivers and tight ends in an attempt to make up a 21-3 halftime deficit. Irrespective of the reasons why, Sims' paltry seven touches through two games are certainly on the underwhelming side, a situation he'll look to rectify against the Giants at home in Week 4.

Vereen had one carry for five yards and two catches for 18 yards Sunday against the Eagles.

Vereen simply wasn't especially involved in the game plan, and this despite a come-from-behind game-flow that should have suited him. He's in no danger of losing his third-down role, however, but don't expect many carries.

Clement ran six times for 22 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's win over the Giants.

Five of his six carries came after Darren Sproles was injured at the start of the second quarter, and three came in the fourth. While LeGarrette Blount and Wendell Smallwood handled the bulk of the load, the undrafted rookie showed he could contribute as well, finding the end zone from 15 yards out with less than six minutes left in the game. With Sproles slated for a multi-week absence, Clement could continue to earn more work in the Eagles' backfield.

Perine left Sunday's game against the Raiders in the fourth quarter with a a hand injury and is questionable to return.

Raiders linebacker Cory James forced a fumble when his helmet connected directly with Perine's hand. The rookie running back took another hard hit on his way down and appeared to be bleeding from his mouth as he came off the field. He went to the locker room and is likely finished for the night, sitting at 19 carries for 48 yards and one catch for six yards, along with the lost fumble. With Rob Kelley inactive due to a rib injury, Chris Thompson and Mack Brown are left as the Redskins' only healthy running backs.
