Mostert survived Saturday's roster cuts and will serve a special teams role with the 49ers this season.

Mostert was expected to make the cut due to his special teams prowess, but Jerick McKinnon's significant knee injury assured him a roster spot. Matt Breida and Alfred Morris expect to benefit the most from McKinnon's untimely injury, keeping Mostert off the fantasy radar for the time being.

Gillislee is visiting the Saints on Sunday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Gilislee lost out to Jeremy Hill in New England but may quickly land on his feet with a New Orleans team that ended cutdown day carrying just two healthy, non-suspended RBs on its 53-man roster. The 27-year-old would provide a power element alongside Alvin Kamara and Boston Scott while Mark Ingram is suspended for the first four weeks of the season.

Michael has made Indianapolis' 53-man roster.

If Marlon Mack remains out with a hamstring injury, Michael could have a sizeable role in Week 1. It's not clear how the carries will be divided among Michael, Nyheim Hines and Jordan Wilkins if Mack is out along with Robert Turbin, who is serving a four-game suspension.

Thomas (ankle) has made Minnesota's 53-man roster, ESPN 1500 am Twin Cities reports.

Thomas left Thursday's preseason game with an ankle injury but it must not be serious for him to make the final roster. It looks like Mike Boone won the No. 3 running back role, but Thomas could get back into the mix. However, both running backs may be limited to special teams with Dalvin Cook and Latavius Murray set to get almost all the work at running back.

The Raiders placed Warren on injured reserve due to a knee injury, Matt Schneidman of The San Jose Mercury News reports.

General manager Reggie McKenzie touched on Warren's health Saturday, saying the undrafted rookie running back had been playing through a knee issue that was "wearing on him." Consequently, Warren will undergo season-ending surgery to alleviate the concern.

Magee was waived by the Falcons on Saturday, Will McFadden of the team's' official site reports.

The former LSU standout only handled three carries through Week 3 of the preseason, but broke out with 27 yards on six attempts in the finale against Miami. Entering his fourth pro season, Magee will pursue a backup role with another team should he fail to clinch a spot on Atlanta's practice squad for 2018.

Crawford was waived by Atlanta on Saturday, Will McFadden of the team's official site reports.

Crawford racked up the most receptions of any Falcons pass catcher this preseason (seven), but proved to be wildly inefficient as a ball carrier by averaging less than two yards per rush through his first three professional contests. The former West Virginia Mountaineer had his best outing against the Dolphins in the preseason finale, racking up 26 rushing yards on seven attempts (3.7 yards per rush). It's evident that the undrafted rookie is struggling with the transition to the next level, as he posted a sub-3.7 yard per carry clip only five times in 25 career games at West Virginia, and he's already done so in three of his first four NFL appearances.

The Raiders have placed Warren (undisclosed) on injured reserve, Scott Bair of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

The undrafted rookie out of Texas had an NFL-high 292 rushing yards during the preseason, but there wasn't an obvious spot for him on Oakland's 53-man roster. He conveniently seems to have picked up some kind of injury, allowing the Raiders to stash him for another look in 2019.

Wadley was waived by the Titans on Saturday, Travis Haney of The Athletic Nashville reports.

Wadley fell short in his battle for a depth running back role in Tennessee. If he clears waivers he'll have an opportunity to join a team in a practice squad role.

Hood (knee) was placed on injured reserve Saturday, Joe Person of The Athletic Carolina reports.

Hood's placement on injured reserve will keep him out until at least Week 8 of the regular season. There's a chance Hood could be recalled to the active roster after Week 8, but the odds of that happening seem slim to none at the moment.
