Rawls is active for Sunday's Week 5 tilt against the Dolphins, Katherine Terrell of ESPN.com reports.

The veteran likely will slot in as third in the backfield pecking order behind rookie Mark Walton and returning starter Joe Mixon (knee). If he sees any action Sunday, it would mark Rawls' first snaps in Cincinnati since signing on Sept. 19. Given what's expected to be a minimal role at best, he doesn't warrant fantasy consideration.

Although both Mark Walton and Thomas Rawls are active for Sunday's Week 5 tilt against the Dolphins, Mixon is still expected to see a solid workload in his return from a knee injury, Katherine Terrell of ESPN.com reports.

Rawls doesn't figure to be any serious threat to touches and is likely only active as an emergency option, while the rookie Walton only has four carries on the season. However, with Mixon seeing his first game action after missing the last pair of contests following arthroscopic knee surgery, it's not surprising Cincinnati will insulate themselves against a setback with a full complement of backs in the absence of Mixon's primary backup Giovani Bernard (knee).

Breida (shoulder) is expected to play Sunday against Arizona, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports. San Francisco and Arizona will kick off at 4:25 p.m. EDT.

Breida was a limited practice participant all week after aggravating a preseason shoulder injury during last Sunday's loss to the Chargers. He's averaged 99.6 yards per game from scrimmage through the first four weeks.

Minnesota is not expecting Cook (hamstring) to play Sunday as he would need an impressive turnaround to be on the field, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

He hasn't officially been ruled out and will likely test his hamstring in pre-game workouts. Still, this report seems to confirm the trend Cook saw in practice all week where he was limited and appeared trending toward not playing or having a limited role. It looks like Latavius Murray will be set for the bulk of playing time Sunday against the Eagles.

Gillislee was cut by the Saints on Saturday, Josh Katzenstein of NOLA.com reports.

With running back Mark Ingram suspended for the first four games of the year, Gillislee was signed in early September to help take some of the pressure off of second-year back Alvin Kamara. Ultimately, the veteran's performance was uninspiring, as he compiled only 16 carries for 43 yards in his four appearances. His roster spot will now be used to activate Ingram off the suspended list.

Kamara (knee) is absent from the injury report ahead of Monday's game against the Redskins, Josh Katzenstein of The New Orleans Times-Picayune reports.

Kamara's practice reps were restricted throughout the week, but it turns out the Saints were just exercising caution with their stud back. They did the same thing prior to last week's game, so it could become a recurring theme as the season progresses. Still, the return of Mark Ingram from a four-game suspension could finally slow down his hot start to the season a tad, but it is not expected to significantly impact Kamara's standing as a must-play option each week.

Kamara (knee) was a limited participant in Friday's practice.

Kamara's reps have been restricted in both of the Saints' first two sessions of Week 5, but that shouldn't provide much cause for concern for his fantasy owners, given that the knee issue provided similar limitations for his practice regimen a week ago. The running back overcame the knee injury to deliver 181 total yards and three scores on 24 touches in the Saints' Week 4 win over the Giants, raising the bar for what had already been an incredible start to Kamara's second NFL season. He'll likely see his workload suffer a bit with Mark Ingram set to return from a four-game suspension Monday against the Redskins, but probably not significantly enough to change Kamara's standing as a must-play option every week.

Patterson was on the field for eight of the Patriots' 69 snaps on offense in Thursday's 38-24 win over the Colts.

Patterson caught both of his targets in the game for 11 yards and even managed to help deep-leaguers with a one-yard TD catch. The return of Julian Edelman from a four-game suspension as well as the likelihood that Josh Gordon's snap counts will increase in the coming weeks doesn't leave a whole lot of work for Patterson in the Patriots offense. That said, he should continue to see return work and remains capable of breaking off the occasional big play when the coaching staff finds creative ways to get the ball into his hands.

Chubb could be bound for more carries in Sunday's game against the Ravens after rushing for 105 yards and two touchdowns on his three totes in the Week 4 loss to the Raiders, Patrick Maks of the Browns' official site reports.

Despite logging only three offensive snaps in the contest, Chubb's pair of explosive scoring jaunts earned him NFL Rookie of the Week honors. With veteran Carlos Hyde locked in as the Browns' lead runner and Duke Johnson handling most of the passing-down work, Chubb hasn't mustered more than three touches in any contest this season. Any effort to get Chubb more work would likely come at the expense of Hyde, who has scored five touchdowns but is averaging a meager 3.4 yards per carry across 83 attempts this season.

Wilkins had six carries for 39 yards and two receptions for nine yards in Thursday's loss to New England.

Wilkins played just 18 snaps on offense compared to 56 snaps for Nyheim Hines. With Indianapolis falling behind early, the Colts turned to Hines as their pass-catching back (seven catches for 45 yards) but Hines also had 15 carries (for just 45 yards). Despite a 6.5 YPC on Thursday, Wilkins hasn't been able to establish himself as a running back who should get the majority of workload and it's worrisome to see Hines used as heavily as he was Thursday. Wilkins may have missed his window for a breakout with Robert Turbin back from a suspension and Marlon Mack likely returning at some point from a hamstring injury.
