Coach Doug Pederson said Sanders (ankle) will participate at Friday's practice, Zack Rosenblatt of The Newark Star-Ledger reports.

The rookie running back sat out the first two practices of the week, but he'll retake the field Friday as previously reported. Sanders' level of participation at practice will likely determine whether he's able to avoid an injury designation, but he appears to be trending in the right direction for Sunday's playoff matchup with the Seahawks.

Blasingame hauled in his lone target for seven yards in the team's Week 17 win over the Texans.

Blasingame played 26 total snaps, 13 of which came on offense. However, that playing time produced only one target, with Derrick Henry continuing to dominate touches out of the backfield. Blasingame remains under contract with the team through 2020 and is set to make just $585,000 in 2020, but he'll likely be in competition for his roster spot throughout training camp.

Washington (knee) was a full participant in Thursday's practice, Mike Triplett of ESPN.com reports.

Washington was limited in Wednesday's practice due to a knee injury, but he now looks back to full health. He'll serve as the No. 3 running back behind Alvin Kamara and Latavius Murray during Sunday's wild-card clash against the Vikings.

Sanders (ankle) was officially listed as a non-participant at practice Thursday.

Back to-to-back missed sessions make what Sanders is able to do Friday pivotal with regard to his status for Sunday's playoff game against the Seahawks. Per Les Bowen of the Philadelphia Daily News, the running expects to practice Friday, and when asked if he thinks he can play this weekend, Sanders nodded and replied, "it's the playoffs, man." With that, he'll probably end up officially listed as questionable, but if he makes it through Friday without any setbacks, we'd expect Sanders to give it a go against Seattle.

Sanders' activity in practice needs to be monitored in the Eagles' final session of the week Friday, but Zach Berman of The Athletic puts forth the notion that the Eagles are simply "being cautious" with Sanders. In a similar vein, Eliot Shorr-Parks of Sports Radio 94 WIP Philadelphia inferred from coach Doug Pederson's press conference Wednesday that the running back will play in Sunday's wild-card game against the Seahawks. It does, however, seem likely that Sanders will be officially listed as questionable for the contest.

Perine carried the ball five times for 16 yards during Week 17's divisional win over the Patriots.

Perine made his debut with Miami during the regular-season finale. He also had a four-game stint in Cincinnati in 2019, during which he contributed on special teams. As an unrestricted free agent, the 2017 fourth-round pick's future with Miami is unclear.

Boone is expected to move down to third on the depth chart at running back in Sunday's wild-card matchup with the Saints with Dalvin Cook (shoulder) and Alexander Mattison (ankle) in line to return from multi-game absences, Eric Smith of the Vikings' official site reports.

Mattison was sidelined for each of the Vikings' final three games, while Cook missed the last two contests and exited early in the Week 15 win over the Chargers. During that three-game stretch, Boone turned in 232 yards and three touchdowns on 41 carries (5.7 YPC), but little of that production (11 totes for 28 yards) came in the Week 16 loss to the Packers, when he was most likely to be used in fantasy lineups. After opening the week as full participants in practice, Cook and Mattison look set to handle their regular roles as the Nos. 1 and 2 backs, which likely leaves little work left over for Boone. In the 13 games in which both Cook and Mattison were available during the regular season, Boone played only 15 offensive snaps in total and carried the ball eight times.

Williams (shoulder) practiced Thursday, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports.

Williams, who was inactive in Week 17, previously relayed via Matt Schneidman of The Athletic that he would have been able to suit up for the Packers' regular-season finale if it had been a playoff game. His presence on the practice field supports that notion, and it looks like Williams will be good to go when his team takes on a yet-to-be-determined opponent Jan. 12.

Penny's knee injury involves more damage than just a torn ACL, Gregg Bell of the Tacoma News Tribune reports. "There were some other things that they had to clean up and all that," said Seahawks coach Pete Carroll. "It was more than just a simple ACL surgery."

An ACL tear typically requires 9-to-12 months for recovery/rehab, and additional damage to the knee will make it even more of a challenge for Penny to be ready by Week 1 of 2020. The Seahawks do anticipate a return to full strength eventually, with the 2018 first-round pick presumably hoping to contribute to the team at some point during his third pro season. Meanwhile, fellow running back Chris Carson is expected to avoid surgery for his season-ending hip injury, though he too faces an "extensive recovery," per Carroll.

Ollison ran four times for nine yards across 10 offensive snaps in the Falcons' Week 17 win over the Buccaneers.

The 2019 fifth-round draft pick played more than 20 percent of Atlanta's offensive snaps in one game all season, while collecting just 22 carries across eight appearances. Ollison's 2.3 yards-per-carry average wasn't encouraging, but he was able to come through with four goal-line touchdown runs to lead the Atlanta backfield. Looking ahead to 2020, Ollison is expected to remain a low-usage backup option behind Devonta Freeman and Ito Smith (concussion).
