Jones rushed 12 times for 51 yards and a touchdown and secured all three targets for 16 yards in the Buccaneers' 35-22 win over the Falcons on Sunday.

Jones split run-game work almost evenly with Peyton Barber, who logged 11 carries himself. However, it was Jones who got a touchdown opportunity and made good with it, powering his way into the end zone from four yards out to cap off the opening drive of the second half for the Buccaneers. The score was Jones' fifth of the season, all of which have come on the ground. The second-year back will look to follow up his solid performance when he faces the vulnerable Jaguars run defense Week 13.

Chubb carried 21 times for 106 yards during Sunday's 41-24 win over the Dolphins. He also caught three of four targets for 58 additional yards.

Chubb exploited this favorable matchup to the tune of 5.0 yards per carry, as he topped the 100-yard mark for the fifth time this season. He also notched a new season high in receiving yardage thanks to a couple of big plays in the passing game. Kareem Hunt scored a short rushing touchdown in the first half, but Chubb got one of his own in the final minutes to end a four-game run without a TD. The second-year back continues to produce at a strong rate and will look to do so again next Sunday against the Steelers.

Penny rushed 14 times for 129 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 17-9 win over the Eagles.

Penny entered the contest with just 167 rushing yards as the secondary option to Chris Carson, but the second-year pro out-touched Carson 14-12 and outgained him by 72 yards. His day was highlighted by breaking free for a career-best 58-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter, as he showcased the explosiveness that enticed the Seahawks to select him in the first round of the 2018 NFL Draft. Coach Pete Carroll stuck with the hot hand in this low-scoring affair, and Penny likely earned additional looks going forward. The Seahawks host Minnesota in Week 12.

Jacobs rushed 10 times for 34 yards and caught his lone target for two yards in Sunday's 34-3 loss to the Jets.

Jacobs and starting quarterback Derek Carr were both taken out of the game late in the third quarter with the Raiders trailing 34-3. The rookie running back still is locked in as Oakland's workhorse on the ground, but nothing went right for his team in this one. He'll have an opportunity to bounce back against the vulnerable Chiefs run defense Week 13, in a game the Raiders will need to win to keep pace in the AFC West.

Harris (hamstring) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Cowboys.

Harris was limited at practice all week, and he'll sit out a fourth straight game, although only two were attributed to this injury. The Patriots' backfield remains deep with Sony Michel, James White, Rex Burkhead and Brandon Bolden.

Breida (ankle) isn't expected to play Sunday against the Packers, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Considering he entered the weekend as 'doubtful' to play, Breida was highly likely to miss a second straight game due to a low-ankle sprain. His initial recovery timetable was 1-to-2 weeks, so there's a decent chance he'll be back Sunday, Dec. 1 at Baltimore, assuming he gets through the upcoming week of preparation OK.

Sanders is expected to handle a lead role out of the Eagles backfield with Jordan Howard (shoulder) inactive for Sunday's game against the Seahawks, Daniel Gallen of The Harrisburg Patriot-News reports.

While Howard sat out the Week 11 loss to the Patriots, Sanders saw the highest offensive snap share of his young career (85 percent), but only parlayed his 13 touches into 47 yards. The Eagles' offense struggled as a whole to move the ball on a tough New England defense, but the home matchup with Seattle should prove more favorable for the rookie. That being said, coach Doug Pederson has historically favored used a committee at running back, so it wouldn't be surprising if the newly signed Jay Ajayi garnered a complementary role out of the backfield now that he's had a full week to practice with the team. Boston Scott, who acted as the No. 2 option behind Sanders is Week 11, should also remain a part of the game plan in a change-of-pace capacity.

Sanders is expected to see the majority of the touches out of the backfield Sunday against the Seahawks with Jordan Howard (shoulder) unlikely to play, Daniel Gallen of The Harrisburg Patriots-News reports.

Howard is officially listed as questionable for the contest, but he's expected to be inactive for a second straight game after failing to practice fully at any point this week. Assuming that's the case, Sanders looms as the next man up on the depth chart, though his role on offense may not be quite as sizable as it was in the Week 11 loss to the Patriots. Sanders played 85 percent of the offensive snaps in that contest but managed only 47 total yards on 15 touches, while backup Boston Scott took seven carries for 26 yards. Even if Scott doesn't cut into his workload, Sanders could be threatened by Jay Ajayi, who coach Doug Pederson noted will likely see action in Week 12 after logging zero snaps in his season debut versus New England.

Harris (hamstring) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Cowboys.

Harris was out for last week's win over the Eagles due to the hamstring issue and could miss his second straight game. The 22-year-old may be inactive regardless of his health given that the rest of the team's running backs are currently healthy.

Breida (ankle) is listed as doubtful for Sunday night's game against the Packers, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports.

Breida has an impressive history of fighting through injuries to play at a high level, but his absence from practice for a second straight week leaves us with minimal cause for optimism regarding his Week 12 status. The 49ers likely will use Raheem Mostert as the No. 2 running back behind a slumping Tevin Coleman, who has just 77 rushing yards on 33 carries (2.3 YPC) in three games since his four-touchdown explosion Week 8 against the Panthers. Coleman does have the matchup working in his favor this week, with the Packers allowing 4.8 yards per carry (28th) and 126.9 rushing yards per game (25th).
