Miles Sanders RB | DAL
Eagles' Miles Sanders: Ruled out of Sunday's game
Sanders (ankle) won't return to Sunday's game versus the Giants.
Sanders was hobbled after making a sideline grab in the first quarter but attempted to play through the issue. In the second quarter, though, he paid a visit to the blue sideline tent and then limped to the locker room with the training staff, never to return. For the game, he compiled nine rushes for 52 yards and three catches (on five targets) for minus-1 yard. Since Sanders' departure, Boston Scott has earned all the RB touches despite the presence of Jordan Howard for the first time since Week 9.

Latavius Murray RB | BUF
Saints' Latavius Murray: Logs 18 touches in rout of Panthers
Murray carried 17 times for 61 yards, adding a 14-yard reception in the Saints' 42-10 win over the Panthers on Sunday.
As expected, Murray had his way with the Panthers' poor run defense, managing 75 total yards on the day. He out-touched Alvin Kamara by a comfortable margin, though most of his work came with the game well in hand for New Orleans. Murray closes out his first year as a Saint with 872 total yards and six total touchdowns.

Alvin Kamara RB | NO
Saints' Alvin Kamara: Scores twice in blowout victory
Kamara rushed eight times for 39 yards and two touchdowns, adding two receptions for 18 yards on three targets in the Saints' 42-10 win over the Panthers on Sunday.
After failing to score for nine straight weeks, Kamara has now produced back-to-back two-touchdown efforts on the ground in Weeks 16-17. He closes the regular season on a high note, though most of his scoring output has come in the final two weeks of the campaign. The talented third-year back ends the 2019 regular season with a career-low six total touchdowns after producing 22 in his first two seasons. Regardless, he'll head into the playoffs on a hot streak.

Melvin Gordon RB | BAL
Chargers' Melvin Gordon: Racks up 122 yards, touchdown
Gordon ran for 46 yards and a touchdown on 14 carries and caught six of seven targets for 76 yards during Sunday's 31-21 loss to Kansas City.
Gordon briefly put the Chargers back on top early in the second half, dashing through the Chiefs' defense for a five-yard touchdown, his third in his last two games. The Wisconsin product finished 2019 on a high note as his 122 total yards were his second-most on the year. Gordon's season started with a holdout, and he was never really able to regain his form. His 75.7 total yards per game and 3.8 yards per carry were both his lowest totals since his rookie season while his three fumbles were his most since his rookie year.

Miles Sanders RB | DAL
Eagles' Miles Sanders: Picks up ankle injury
Sanders suffered an ankle injury during Sunday's game against the Giants.
After making a catch in the first quarter, Sanders appeared hobbled and convened with the training staff for a spell. He returned to action but eventually was examined in the sideline tent before limping to the locker room, per Martin Frank of The Delaware News Journal. Sanders was called questionable to return by the Eagles, but if he doesn't, he'll finish Week 17 with nine carries for 52 yards and three receptions (on five targets) for minus-1 yard. In Sanders' stead, Jordan Howard and Boston Scott will pick up the slack out of the backfield.

Ronald Jones RB | DAL
Buccaneers' Ronald Jones: Best game of season in finale
Jones rushed 11 times for 106 yards and secured both of his targets for 10 yards in the Buccaneers' 28-22 overtime loss to the Falcons on Sunday. He also committed two fumbles, losing one.
Jones' pair of fumbles were naturally a blemish, but he did help make up for it with a career-high rushing yardage total that was partly comprised of a 33-yard run. It was a positive finish to the season for Jones, who posted 183 total rushing yards over his last pair of games and was exponentially better than during an utterly forgettable 2018 rookie campaign. Head coach Bruce Arians never quite committed fully to either Jones or backfield mate Peyton Barber as a feature back this season, which makes Jones' final total of 724 rushing yards respectable given the circumstances.
-
Damien Williams RB | ARI
Chiefs' Damien Williams: Strikes twice in huge win
Williams ran for 124 yards and two touchdowns on 12 carries during Sunday's 31-21 win over the Chargers. He added 30 yards on four receptions.
Williams extended Kansas City's lead to two scores midway through the third quarter when he kept his footing after an attempted group tackle, spun out, and raced down the sideline for a game-changing 84-yard touchdown. He struck again from seven yards out to put the game away in the fourth quarter. Williams has come out of the gate hot after missing several weeks with a rib injury, accounting for 246 total yards and three touchdowns in two games. The Chiefs get a bye next week and will play either the Patriots, Texans or Bills in the divisional round.

Christian McCaffrey RB | SF
Panthers' Christian McCaffrey: Scores 19th TD of 2019
McCaffrey ran for 26 yards and a touchdown on nine carries and caught seven of 10 targets for 72 receiving yards during Sunday's 42-10 loss to the Saints.
The third-year running back wrapped up an uber-prolific 2019 campaign as Carolina was drubbed by its division rival Week 17, collecting his 19th TD and reaching a nearly unfathomable threshold of 116 receptions on the year. While logging seven-plus catches for his seventh consecutive outing Sunday, McCaffrey tied Philadelphia's Zach Ertz (2018) and Jacksonville's Jimmy Smith (1999) for 18th all-time in single-season receptions. McCaffrey also became just the third individual in NFL history with both 1,000 rushing and 1,000 receiving yards in a single year, joining Marshall Faulk and Roger Craig as the only players to ever accomplish that feat. Heading into the fourth frame of his rookie contract in 2020, McCaffrey is expected to remain one of the most valuable stocks in fantasy as the centerpiece of a rebuilding Panthers offense.

David Montgomery RB | HOU
Bears' David Montgomery: Eclipses 100 yards
Montgomery rushed 23 times for 113 yards and a touchdown in the Bears' 21-19 win over the Vikings in Week 17, and he finished the season with 889 rushing yards, 185 receiving yards and six touchdowns .
Despite seeing over 250 touches in his rookie season, Montgomery struggled due to poor offensive line blocking and inconsistent usage that rarely allowed him to get into a rhythm. He typically showed excellent elusiveness, but he was usually met by multiple defenders after evading an initial tackler. He'll be entering the second year of his rookie deal in 2020, and he should be considered a top-24 running back in fantasy drafts; however, if Chicago improves its blocking and playcalling, he'll definitely have potential for a breakout campaign.

Mike Boone RB | MIA
Vikings' Mike Boone: Gashes Bears in finale
Boone carried 17 times for 148 yards and a touchdown Sunday against the Bears. He also caught two of three targets for 12 yards in the 21-19 loss.
Boone gashed a solid Chicago front for an impressive 8.7 yards per carry, thanks in large part to a career-long gain of 59 yards. He scored a one-yard rushing touchdown in the fourth quarter and rounded out his performance with a pair of catches as well. Boone disappointed many fantasy owners in last week's start against the Packers, but this performance was much more along the lines of what some thought he was capable of. With that said, the rookie back could head to the bench in the playoffs if Dalvin Cook (shoulder) and Alexander Mattison (ankle) return from their injuries.
