While Dobbins remains the lead backfield option for Denver, continued impressive performances on Harvey's part could allow his usage to steadily grow as the 2025 campaign continues. The rookie second-round pick will work to keep up his momentum Week 9 on the road versus Houston.

Pierce didn't log any snaps on offense and returned three kickoffs for 70 yards in Sunday's 26-15 win over San Francisco.

Even with Joe Mixon (foot) missing in action, Pierce has been a forgotten piece on offense and had been a healthy inactive in four of the Texans' first six contests before suiting up Sunday. He has experience as a kickoff returner and could carve out a role on special teams going forward, but Pierce's chances of reclaiming a significant role in the backfield are slim, as Nick Chubb and Woody Marks have formed a fairly effective tandem.

Ford caught one of two targets for minus-1 yard in Sunday's 32-13 loss to the Patriots in Week 8.

For the second consecutive week, Ford was on the field for 13 snaps, which was fewer than Dylan Sampson (25 snaps). It was the first time this season that Ford lagged behind the rookie, a telling sign as the Browns enter a bye week followed by the NFL trade deadline (Nov. 4). Sampson took over as the lead back Sunday after Quinshon Judkins (shoulder) was ruled out, and that would likely be the case again if Judkins isn't ready to return in Week 10 against the Jets.

Wilson rushed 11 times for 61 yards while catching three of four targets for 26 yards in Sunday's 35-25 win over the Steelers.

Starter Josh Jacobs struggled on Sunday Night Football (13-33-1), affording Wilson extra opportunities in his usual change-of-pace role. The 26-year-old Wilson registered a season-high 87 yards from scrimmage while leading the Packers in rushing production. Wilson was averaging 4.8 combined touches over his previous six appearances, so Sunday's increased usage should be considered an aberration as opposed to a sign of things to come against the Panthers next Sunday.

Jacobs (calf) took 13 carries for 33 yards and a touchdown while corralling all three of his targets for 12 yards in Sunday's 35-25 win over the Steelers.

Jacobs was headed towards his worst fantasy performance of the season before punching in a touchdown late in the fourth quarter on Sunday Night Football. Green Bay's workhorse was held to 2.5 yards per carry, opening the door for backup Emanuel Wilson to lead the team with 61 rushing yards on 11 attempts. Jacobs was dealing with a calf injury during the practice week, which could help explain his poor efficiency in Sunday's victory. The late score extended Jacobs' touchdown streak to four games, rewarding fantasy managers with seven trips to the end zone over that span. Assuming he escaped this contest unscathed, Jacobs should be treated as an elite asset in a soft matchup against the Panthers next Sunday.

Warren took 13 carries for 62 yards while catching two of three targets for 11 yards in Sunday's 35-25 loss to Green Bay.

Warren cooled off following last week's 127-yard rushing performance, reverting to the modest production he's logged most weeks as the Steelers' starter this season. The 26-year-old actually finished Sunday's primetime tilt right at the 62.2 yards he averaged over his previous five contests. Backup Kenneth Gainwell finished with 31 yards on five carries, but he coughed up Pittsburgh's only fumble on the evening. Warren carries a high floor as the Steelers' lead back heading into a Week 9 matchup against the Colts.

Spears rushed nine times for 59 yards and a touchdown while catching all three of his targets for 23 yards in Sunday's 38-14 loss to Indianapolis.

Tony Pollard led Tennessee with 11 carries, but Spears outproduced the veteran starter in every other facet Sunday. The nine carries also represented a new personal best through four healthy appearances this season. The 1-7 Titans may opt to feature the 24-year-old more prominently in the second half of the season if the team offense continues to struggle. As for Week 9, Spears remains stuck in a timeshare with Pollard, limiting both players' value to deeper formats against the Chargers next Sunday.

Pollard rushed 11 times for 44 yards while adding one reception on two targets for nine yards in Sunday's 38-14 loss to the Colts.

Pollard finished with a team-high 11 carries in Sunday's blowout loss, but it was backup Tyjae Spears (9-59-1) who produced the superior fantasy score. The 28-year-old Pollard has seen his production dip in recent weeks, tallying just 96 rushing yards with no touchdowns over his last three starts. The untimely dip in production has come alongside Spears' return from injury in Week 5, with a less-than-appealing timeshare developing in Tennessee's backfield. Pollard still retains deep-league value so long as he is starting, but expectations should be kept in check for larger formats against the Chargers next Sunday.

Beck caught his only target for nine yards in Sunday's 39-38 win over the Bengals.

Beck has registered a reception in three of the Jets' last four games. The team is desperate for pass catching production after multiple injuries to wide receivers, but the fullback is unlikely to expand his contributions much.

Dobbins took full advantage of Dallas' porous rush defense Sunday, rumbling for his second 100-plus yard rushing game this season. Fantasy managers will be annoyed to see rookie backup RJ Harvey gobble up three touchdowns on just eight total touches, as even just one of those scores going to the starter would have elevated his fantasy score from good to great. Touchdown vultures aside, Dobbins has been as steady as they come leading Denver's rushing attack in 2025, maintaining a stellar 5.0 per-carry average through eight starts.
