Davis reverted to the Cowboys' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's official transaction log.

Davis was elevated to the active roster ahead of Sunday's 44-24 loss to the Broncos, logging two carries for three yards while playing four offensive snaps. Additionally, he was on the field for 20 snaps with the special-teams unit. Davis can be elevated once more this season before the team would have to officially sign him to the active roster.

The Seahawks designated Ouzts (ankle) to return from injured reserve Monday, John Boyle of the team's official site reports.

Ouzts missed the Seahawks' last four games due to an ankle injury that he sustained in Week 3 against the Saints. He has progressed enough in his recovery to return to practice, and the rookie fifth-rounder's practice participation this week will determine whether he will be activated off IR and cleared to play against the Commanders on Sunday. Ouzts' return would boost the Seahawks' backfield blocking and increase the effectiveness of Kenneth Walker and Zach Charbonnet in the rushing attack.

Mitchell had four carries for 43 yards on seven snaps in Sunday's 30-16 win over the Bears.

The third-year back was more involved in the offense in the first game coming out of a bye week, and he showed the burst that was his calling card before he suffered a season-ending ACL tear as a rookie in 2023. Mitchell peeled off a 25-yard run in the third quarter that helped set up a field goal to put the Ravens up by two scores. He was also effective on special teams with 66 yards on two kickoff returns. Seven snaps is not enough to get Mitchell on the radar in redraft leagues just yet, but his usage is worth monitoring going forward.

Blue gained 29 yards on eight carries in Sunday's 44-24 loss to the Broncos.

About half of the rookie's yardage came on one 14-yard run, which was the longest of the day by any Cowboys player. Blue remains firmly behind Javonte Williams in the pecking order for touches out of the backfield, but he's beginning to see enough work to flash occasional glimpses of his upside. Over the last two games -- one blowout win and one blowout loss -- Blue has compiled 58 yards on 15 carries, while catching his only target for five yards.

Hill had one carry for two yards and drew zero targets on 19 snaps in Sunday's 30-16 win over the Bears.

Baltimore leaned on Derrick Henry as its primary running back Sunday, and even when Hill was on the field, he wasn't a featured part of the offense. Hill's usage is volatile week to week and depends on game scripts where Baltimore needs to utilize his blitz pickup and pass-catching skills. Another looming threat to Hill's usage was the reintroduction of Keaton Mitchell to the backfield. Mitchell played just seven snaps but had a strong usage rate with four carries for 43 yards. Hill's role won't be deleted from the offense because he offers elements that Henry and Mitchell don't, but his snap counts could take a hit going forward if Mitchell continues to shine.

Giants head coach Brian Daboll said Monday that Skattebo's ankle procedure "all went well" and that the rookie running back is "on the road to recovery," Dan Salomone of the team's official site reports.

Daboll declined to go into any further detail about Skattebo's procedure or disclose an expected timetable for his recovery, per Stephen Whyno of the Associated Press. The rookie fourth-round pick suffered a dislocated right ankle during New York's loss to the Eagles in Week 8, for which he had to be carted off the field and transported to a local hospital. While it's encouraging that the procedure to repair Skattebo's injured ankle was successful, it remains to be seen whether he could have a chance to retake the field at some point this season. As long as Skattebo is unavailable, Tyrone Tracy will lead the Giants backfield, while Devin Singletary bumps into the No. 2 role. Tracy rushed 10 times for 39 yards and caught two of three targets for 14 yards (on 33 offensive snaps) versus Philadelphia, while Singletary had two carries for zero yards and secured his only target for a 28-yard gain (on eight offensive snaps).

Johnson didn't take the field in Sunday's 35-25 loss to the Packers.

Johnson's lack of usage continued during Sunday's primetime matchup, as he was held off the field for a second consecutive matchup. The rookie entered the season with intriguing potential, but Jaylen Warren has continued to operate as Pittsburgh's primary running back in 2025, while Kenneth Gainwell has consistently served as the No. 2 option. Johnson has appeared in just four games, rushing 14 times for 36 yards while failing to secure his lone target.

Gainwell rushed five times for 31 yards while securing both of his targets for four yards during Sunday's 35-25 loss to Green Bay.

Gainwell was the lone backup running back to take the field for the Steelers, as Kaleb Johnson didn't see any playing time in the primetime loss. Gainwell played 38 percent of the team's offensive snaps and was relatively efficient on the ground, but he didn't have enough volume to provide much fantasy value. While Gainwell has consistently outpaced Johnson's snap count over the first half of the season, Jaylen Warren has operated as the Steelers' clear lead back, making Gainwell an unreliable fantasy option.

Ogunbowale played 13 of the Texans' 80 snaps on offense and finished with a nine-yard rush and an eight-yard reception in Sunday's 26-15 win over the 49ers.

The Texans' special-teams captain, Ogunbowale is a staple of Houston's kick-coverage units, but he occasionally makes cameos on offense as a passing-down back. However, unless the Texans are without both of Nick Chubb and Woody Marks in a given week, Ogunbowale is unlikely to see enough snaps to warrant attention in fantasy circles. Through seven games, Ogunbowale has carried three times for 18 yards and has recorded three receptions for 25 yards on four targets.

Brooks played 11 of the Texans' 80 snaps on offense but didn't record any touches in Sunday's 26-15 win over the 49ers.

Brooks has been active for five of the Texans' first seven games this season but has been deployed mainly as on the team's kick-coverage and return units, logging nearly three times as many snaps on special teams as offense. The Houston backfield would likely need to lose multiple contributors to injury before Brooks is called upon to play meaningful snaps on offense.
