  • Patriots' Brandon Bolden: Effective as receiver Saturday

Bolden carried the ball four times for three yards and caught three of five targets for 41 yards in Saturday's 27-17 loss to the Colts.

With Damien Harris (hamstring) sidelined for the contest, Rhamondre Stevenson was the primary ball carrier for the Patriots, while Bolden did most of his damage as a pass catcher. The veteran back actually wound up leading the New England backfield in scrimmage yards, 44-40 over Stevenson. It's the first time Bolden has seen more than five touches in a game since Week 10, but his role will likely shrink again if Harris is back in the lineup for a Week 16 rematch with the Bills.

  • Broncos' Javonte Williams: Expected to play against Bengals

Williams (knee), who is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Bengals, is expected to play, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

He was unable to practice Thursday but was a limited participant Wednesday and Friday. Head coach Vic Fangio told reporters Friday that Williams isn't expected to have any limitations against the Bengals on Sunday. Melvin Gordon (thumb/hip) is also expected to be available Week 15, so the two running backs should operate in their usual timeshare out of the backfield.

  • Melvin Gordon RB | BAL

Broncos' Melvin Gordon: On track to play Sunday

Gordon (thumb/hip), who is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Bengals, is expected to play, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Gordon was a limited participant in practice all week before receiving the questionable designation. Javonte Williams (knee) is also listed as questionable but expected to be active, so the two running backs should continue to work in their usual timeshare versus Cincinnati. Their statuses will be confirmed when Denver posts its inactive list 90 minutes prior to Sunday's 4:05 p.m. ET kickoff.

  • Patriots' Rhamondre Stevenson: Contained by Colts

Stevenson carried the ball 10 times for 36 yards and caught his lone target for four yards in Saturday's 27-17 loss to the Colts.

With Damien Harris (hamstring) inactive, Stevenson took on lead back duties for the Pats but was mostly held in check and then saw his workload dwindle in the second half after New England fell behind early. It was a disappointing performance for Stevenson after the rookie had topped 60 rushing yards the last four times he saw double-digit carries. Even if Harris returns to the lineup in Week 16, both backs could be busy in a rematch with the Bills.

  • Tony Pollard RB | TEN

Cowboys' Tony Pollard: Expected to play Sunday

Pollard (foot), who is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Giants, is expected to play, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

After sitting out the Cowboys' Week 14 win over Washington, Pollard returned to practice in a limited capacity Thursday and Friday. He looks like he's made enough progress in his recovery from a torn plantar fascia of his left foot, but the Cowboys may put him through a pregame workout to be sure he's ready to go. Even if Pollard avoids the inactive list ahead of Sunday's 1 p.m. ET kickoff, the Cowboys could be inclined to be cautious with his workload coming off the injury, so he may have a more limited role than usual behind Ezekiel Elliott.

  • James Conner RB | ARI

Cardinals' James Conner: In line to play Sunday

Conner (ankle) remains listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Lions but is expected to play, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

The 26-year-old played at least 81 percent of the Cardinals' offensive snaps in each of the last four games, but if he suits up, Conner will likely have to cede more backfield work to Chase Edmonds (ankle), who was activated from injured reserve Saturday. Confirmation on Conner's availability should arrive when Arizona releases its inactive list 90 minutes prior to Sunday's 1 p.m. ET kickoff.

  • Patriots' Brandon Bolden: Suits up Saturday

Bolden (knee) is listed as active for Saturday night's game against the Colts.

With Damien Harris (hamstring) having been ruled out for the contest, look for Rhamondre Stevenson to log the bulk of the Patriots' early down work, while Bolden handles a change-pace-role and Devine Ozigbo provides the team with a depth RB option. In that context, Bolden -- who has notched 32 catches for 303 yards and a TD to go along with 30 carries for 169 yards in 13 games to date -- could see enough touches Saturday to help out those in PPR formats who are scrambling for a Week 15 lineup option.

  • Buccaneers' Kenjon Barner: Bumps up to active roster

Barner was moved up to the Buccaneers' active roster Saturday.

Barner joined the Buccaneers' practice squad earlier this week and immediately finds himself on the active roster, likely as a depth replacement with Giovani Bernard (hip/knee) on injured reserve. The scatback last played in 2020, but he was almost exclusively used on special teams.

  • Devine Ozigbo RB | DET

Patriots' Devine Ozigbo: Elevated for Saturday's game

The Patriots have elevated Ozigbo from their practice squad ahead of Saturday night's game against the Colts.

He'll provide the team's backfield with added depth, with Damien Harris (hamstring) having been ruled out for the contest. Also in the mix Saturday will be expected lead back Rhamondre Stevenson and change-of-pace option Brandon Bolden (knee), provided he's active.

  • Michael Carter RB | TEN

Jets' Michael Carter: Activated ahead of Week 15

Carter (ankle) has been activated from injured reserve in advance of Sunday's game against the Dolphins.

The move was expected, after head coach Robert Saleh told Rich Cimini of ESPN.com that Carter -- in his first game action since Week 11 -- will have "a significant role" Sunday. With that in mind, look for the rookie to head the Jets' Week 15 rushing attack, with Tevin Coleman and Ty Johnson also factoring in and Austin Walter and La'Mical Perine in reserve.
