  • Najee Harris RB | LAC

Steelers' Najee Harris: Racks up 74 rushing yards in loss

Harris rushed 18 times for 74 yards during the Steelers' 24-20 loss to the Jets on Sunday.

Harris recorded a season-high 18 carries during Sunday's matchup, and his 4.1 yards per carry also represented his highest mark of the season. However, he was held without a target as the Steelers made a change at quarterback after halftime. It's not yet clear whether Mitch Trubisky or Kenny Pickett will serve as the team's starting quarterback going forward. However, even though Harris was less involved in Pittsburgh's passing game against the Jets, it's possible he'll face less crowded boxes if the team turns to Pickett at quarterback and finds more success through the air.

  • J.K. Dobbins RB | DEN

Ravens' J.K. Dobbins: Pair of TDs in loss

Dobbins rushed 13 times for 41 yards and a touchdown and secured all four targets for 22 yards and another score in the Ravens' 23-20 loss to the Bills on Sunday.

Playing in his second game of the season following a year-plus absence due to a gruesome August 2021 knee injury, Dobbins saw his touch count bump up after a quiet season debut in Week 3. The third-year back paced the ground attack in carries and made his first two trips to the end zone since the 2020 season, scoring on a one-yard shovel pass and a four-yard touchdown run in the first quarter. Dobbins unsurprisingly found running room mostly at a premium against a tough Bills defense -- outside of his game-long 16-yard run, he gained 25 yards on his other 12 carries -- but his ability to handle a heavier workload and his solid amount of involvement in the passing game were both very encouraging for fantasy managers. Dobbins' next opportunity to continue rounding into form comes in a Week 5 Sunday night divisional battle against the Bengals.

  • Commanders' Antonio Gibson: Weak usage in loss

Gibson ran for 49 yards on 13 carries and caught three passes on three targets for 14 yards against Dallas on Sunday.

It's not clear why, but Washington gave five carries to Jonathan Williams and eight to J.D. McKissic as it lost by 15 points. Gibson doesn't seem to have much traction in the Washington offense despite doing reasonably well with the scattered chances he gets, and Brian Robinson's pending return certainly won't help his cause.

  • Saints' Latavius Murray: Finds end zone in loss

Murray rushed the ball 11 times for 57 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 28-25 loss to the Vikings. He added one reception for eight yards.

Murray split touches evenly with Mark Ingram, in the absence of Alvin Kamara (ribs). Murray looked more impressive with the opportunity, highlighted by eight rushes of more than five yards. He also plunged into the end zone from one yard away to tally his first touchdown of the season. Murray has spent the majority of the campaign on the Saints' practice squad, though he could return to the active roster if Kamara remains out for a Week 5 matchup against the Seahawks.

  • Dameon Pierce RB | PHI

Texans' Dameon Pierce: Scores 75-yard touchdown

Pierce rushed 14 times for 131 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 34-24 loss to the Chargers. He also caught all six of his targets for eight yards.

Pierce took a pitch 75 yards for a touchdown in the second quarter, fueling his productive day on the ground. The rookie also hauled in every pass thrown his way, albeit for minimal yardage. Now with back-to-back games with at least 100 scrimmage yards and a touchdown, Pierce approaches next Sunday's matchup versus the Jaguars with significant momentum.

  • Justice Hill RB | BAL

Ravens' Justice Hill: Questionable to return

Hill is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Bills due to a hamstring injury, Jonas Shaffer of The Baltimore Sun reports.

Hill was productive prior to Sunday's second-half departure, rushing eight times for 45 yards. If he's forced to miss additional time, Mike Davis will likely see an increased role in the backfield behind starter J.K. Dobbins.

  • Colts' Jonathan Taylor: Hurts ankle Sunday

Taylor was forced out of Sunday's game against the Titans with an ankle injury, Kevin Bowen of 107.5 The Fan Indianapolis reports.

Prior to exiting the contest, Taylor logged 20 carries for 42 yards caught one pass for one yard. With the Colts playing again Thursday against the Broncos, Taylor's status will be worth monitoring closely in the coming days. Next up for the team's carries if Taylor is limited or out in Week 5 are Nyheim Hines and Deon Jackson.

  • Cardinals' Keaontay Ingram: Not playing Sunday

Ingram (coach's decision) is listed as inactive Sunday at Carolina.

Yet again, Ingram will don street clothes as he awaits his pro debut. The rookie sixth-round pick may be a healthy scratch without an injury to multiple backfield mates, but until or if that comes to pass, James Conner will continue to be supported by Eno Benjamin, Darrel Williams and Jonathan Ward on game day.

  • Panthers' Christian McCaffrey: Active in Week 4

McCaffrey (thigh) is active for Sunday's Week 4 clash against the Cardinals, David Newton of ESPN.com reports.

McCaffrey had been trending up heading into the weekend, and as had been reported, he'll be active and fill his usual starting role Sunday. However, the star back got in only a limited Friday practice this week and could be at less than 100 percent, so Chuba Hubbard and D'Onta Foreman could spell him a bit more than they otherwise would as the game unfolds.

  • Jerome Ford RB | WAS

Browns' Jerome Ford: Forced out in Week 4

Ford (ankle) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Falcons, D. Orlando Ledbetter of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

Ford has played exclusively on special teams over the first three weeks of the season, netting 111 kick return yards over this span. With the rookie temporary sidelined, D'Ernest Johnson will take over the Browns' primary kick return duties.
