Henry (rest) doesn't have a designation for Sunday's game at Kansas City, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

Henry kicked off the week with limited on-field work Wednesday due to a foot issue, while his absence one day later was related to rest. After a full practice Friday, though, the Titans' top running back is good to go for Week 9 action. Henry could find the going tough versus the Chiefs' third-ranked run defense (92 yards per game).

Coach Sean McVay said Friday that "there's a possibility" Akers (personal) will play Sunday at Tampa Bay, Cameron DaSilva of USA Today reports.

Akers hasn't suited up for a game since Week 5, missing the Rams' last two outings due to personal reasons. And he only rejoined his teammates at practice Thursday, so the lack of game preparation could be a determining factor in McVay's decision. The team also can activate rookie fifth-rounder Kyren Williams (ankle) from IR for Week 9 action. which leaves the overall state of the backfield in question. Perhaps the only certainties are Darrell Henderson and Malcolm Brown, while Ronnie Rivers is a candidate to be elevated from the practice squad.

Coach Kliff Kingsbury considers Conner (ribs) a game-time decision for Sunday's game against the Seahawks, Tyler Drake of ArizonaSports.com reports.

For a second week in a row, Conner opened it with back-to-back capped practices. However, last Friday, he didn't practice at all and was ruled out, so he appears to be in a much better spot, health-wise. In the end, Conner likely will be accompanied by a questionable designation upon the release of this Friday's injury report.

Coach Sean McVay hasn't made a decision on if the Rams will activate Williams (ankle) from injured reserve ahead of Sunday's game at Tampa Bay, Gary Klein of the Los Angeles Times reports.

Such a decision may be contingent on Cam Akers' situation after he rejoined his teammates at practice Thursday following a two-game absence for personal reasons. If Akers is deemed to be a suitable part of the game plan and the team believes another week will get Williams that much healthier, the latter may not return to the active roster by Saturday's 4:00 p.m. ET deadline. However, in the event Williams is activated and available this weekend, he'll join some combination of Darrell Henderson, Malcolm Brown, Akers and practice squad member Ronnie Rivers out of the backfield.

Edwards (hamstring) sat out a second consecutive practice Friday, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.

Edwards will have another chance to take the practice field Saturday, but consecutive absences to begin the week don't bode well for his chances of suiting up Monday against the Saints. If Edwards joins J.K. Dobbins (knee) on the sidelines Monday, Kenyan Drake likely would assume the lead role in Baltimore's backfield, with Justice Hill and Mike Davis on hand to spell him.

With Jonathan Taylor (ankle) ruled out, Jackson is in line for an expanded role Sunday against the Patriots, Kevin Bowen of 107.5 The Fan Indianapolis reports.

The report notes that the Colts are likely to elevate Phillip Lindsay from their practice squad ahead of the contest, with newcomer Zack Moss' role this weekend to be determined. Also currently on the team's practice squad are D'Vonte Price and Jordan Wilkins. With that in mind, Jackson profiles as a fantasy lineup option for those looking to find a replacement for Taylor or seeking some Week 9 running back depth with six NFL teams on bye.

With Taylor unavailable, look for Deon Jackson to see an expanded workload Sunday, while Zack Moss could mix in along with Phillip Lindsay, who is likely to be elevated from the Colts' practice squad, per James Boyd of The Athletic. Also currently on the team's practice squad are D'Vonte Price and Jordan Wilkins. Taylor thus will target a potential return to action Week 10, when Indianapolis faces the Raiders.

Coach Arthur Smith said the Falcons will wait until Saturday to make a decision on Patterson (knee) returning for Sunday's game against the Chargers, Tori McElhaney of the team's official site reports.

Patterson returned to practice Wednesday and was designated to return from injured reserve. He's apparently avoided setbacks with the knee issue that required a minor procedure in early October, but the Falcons aren't yet ready to commit (as of Friday) to placing him back on the active roster. If that does end up happening, Patterson will take aim at a struggling Chargers defense that's given up a league-worst 5.7 yards per carry this season.

Harris (illness) wasn't spotted at practice Friday, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports.

Harris also missed practice Wednesday and Thursday, which clouds his status for Sunday's game against the Colts. Friday's final injury report will reveal whether the running back has a chance to play this weekend, but if he's out or limited, Rhamondre Stevenson would be in line to see added touches, with Pierre Strong (hamstring) and Kevin Harris on hand in reserve.

Hubbard (ankle) is ruled out for Sunday's game against the Bengals.

Hubbard did not practice Friday after having been limited Wednesday and Thursday, setting him up for a second straight missed contest. That positions D'Onta Foreman, who is coming off back-to-back games with 100-plus rushing yards, to lead Carolina's backfield again Sunday versus the Bengals. Hubbard's next chance to play will come on Thursday Night Football against the Falcons in Week 10.
