  • AJ Dillon RB | CAR

Packers' AJ Dillon: Ready to face Chicago

Dillon (quadriceps) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game in Chicago, Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.

Dillon and Aaron Jones (shin/glue) both are cleared to play after limited practices throughout the week. Dillon is coming off his best game since Week 1 and faces a poor defense, but Jones has consistently gotten more playing time and touches since the first few weeks of the season when the split was more even.

  • Aaron Jones RB | MIN

Packers' Aaron Jones: Fine for Week 13

Jones (shin/glute) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game in Chicago, Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.

Neither does backfield mate AJ Dillon, who was also a limited practice participant throughout the week (with a quad injury). It's a good matchup for both against a Bears defense that lost its two best front seven players in trades earlier this season, and the Packers could favor the run more than usual with QB Aaron Rodgers (ribs/thumb) seemingly more banged up than his running backs. Rodgers also avoided a game designation, but he did mention earlier this week that he'd try to keep an open mind if the Packers fall out of the playoff hunt and want to give Jordan Love a start or two late in the season. For now, it'll be Rodgers and Jones leading the way as the Packers desperately cling to their fading wild-card hopes.

  • Joe Mixon RB | HOU

Bengals' Joe Mixon: Status up in air for Sunday

Mixon, who still is in the concussion protocol as of Friday, is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Chiefs, Geoff Hobson of the Bengals' official site reports.

While Mixon didn't practice at all last week before getting ruled out for this past Sunday's contest at Tennessee, he's been able to maintain limited listings on all three injury reports this week. With at least one phase to complete before Cincy can remove him from the protocol for head injuries, his status is up in the air, and Sunday's 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff doesn't do fantasy managers any favors. If Mixon doesn't gain clearance to play, the Bengals again will hand over the backfield to Samaje Perine, who turned 21 touches into 93 yards from scrimmage and one rushing TD in place of the former in Week 12.

  • Cam Akers RB | SEA

    Rams' Cam Akers: Overcomes illness

Akers (illness) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against Seattle, Gregg Bell of The Tacoma News Tribune reports.

Akers was a full practice participant Friday after missing the previous two days. He and Kyren Williams figure to continue splitting work in the backfield, though it's possible the rookie's share continues to grow with the Rams out of the playoff hunt and perhaps not viewing Akers as part of their future beyond 2022. For now, he should get some carries, but within the context of an injury-riddled offense full of backup linemen and now led by backup quarterback John Wolford.

  • Michael Carter RB | TEN

Jets' Michael Carter: Officially doubtful for Week 13

Carter (ankle) didn't practice Friday and is listed as doubtful for Sunday's contest at Minnesota, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports.

Carter was forced out of this past Sunday's win against the Bears with what eventually was termed a low-ankle sprain, which left him day-to-day. However, with no practice reps under his belt this week, he seems destined to be among the Jets' inactives this weekend. If Carter is unable to play, the Jets likely will roll with Zonovan Knight and Ty Johnson at running back, though James Robinson also could join the mix if he isn't a health scratch for a second straight game.

  • Jaylen Warren RB | PIT

    Steelers' Jaylen Warren: Questionable Sunday

Warren (hamstring) is questionable for Sunday's game against Atlanta, Mike DeFabo of The Athletic reports.

Warren practiced fully during each of Pittsburgh's three practice sessions this week, but he'll still carry a questionable designation ahead of Week 13. It wouldn't be surprising to see the undrafted rookie suit up this week after missing Monday's win over the Colts. However, Warren would be in line to serve in a backup capacity since Najee Harris will be able to play through an oblique issue.

  • Myles Gaskin RB | SEA

Dolphins' Myles Gaskin: Deemed questionable for Sunday

Gaskin (shoulder) is questionable for Sunday's matchup against the 49ers, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.

Gaskin was sidelined for the first two practices of Week 13 prep due to a shoulder injury, but he returned Friday as a limited participant and is officially questionable for Sunday. However, even if he's available, it's unlikely Gaskin garners a substantial offensive role with Raheem Mostert back in the mix following a one-game absence due to a knee issue.

  • Dolphins' Raheem Mostert: Cleared to return in Week 13

Mostert (knee) doesn't carry an injury designation ahead of Sunday's game against the 49ers after practicing fully Friday, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.

After missing the Dolphins' Week 12 win over Houston, Mostert is poised to re-enter the team's backfield mix Sunday against his former team. In the process, Mostert is in line to work in a time-share alongside Jeff Wilson, a context that makes Mostert a hit-or-miss fantasy option in his looming return to action, given a degree of uncertainty regarding his potential volume versus San Francisco.

  • Benny Snell RB | DET

Steelers' Benny Snell: Cleared for Week 13

Snell doesn't have an injury designation ahead of Sunday's matchup against Atlanta, Chris Halicke of DKPittsburghSports.com reports.

Snell popped up on the injury report Thursday as a limited participant due to a knee injury, but he returned to full participation Friday and is cleared for Week 13. Najee Harris also doesn't carry an injury designation into Sunday's matchup despite an oblique injury that held him to just one limited practice, and Harris' top backup, Jaylen Warren (hamstring), is listed as questionable despite practicing in full throughout Week 13 prep. With Warren inactive and Harris forced out of Week 12, Snell logged season highs in rushing attempts (12) and rushing yards (62), but he figures to see a reduced role with at least one of the Steelers' top two backs available for Pittsburgh's matchup against Atlanta's porous run defense.

  • Jaguars' Travis Etienne: Listed as questionable for Sunday

Etienne (foot) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Lions after being limited in practice this week.

Per Cameron Wolfe of NFL Network, coach Doug Pederson indicated that Etienne would be "good to go" this weekend, but giving the running back's official 'questionable' designation, his status will be worth confirming ahead of Sunday's 1:00 ET kickoff. Assuming he's active, Etienne will be in line to continue to lead the Jaguars' ground game in Week 13, with JaMycal Hasty, Snoop Conner and possibly Darrell Henderson (illness/questionable) candidate to log complementary snaps.
