Tyler Allgeier RB | ARI
Falcons' Tyler Allgeier: Tops 100 rushing yards in win
Allgeier rushed 24 times for 135 yards during Sunday's 30-17 win over Tampa Bay.
Allgeier dominated the backfield work in Week 18, as Cordarrelle Patterson saw just five rushing attempts and three targets. The rookie took advantage and notched his second game of the season with at least 100 rushing yards. In the process, Allgeier eclipsed the 1,000-yard mark in his first NFL campaign and will finish with 1,035 rushing yards and three touchdowns to go along with 16 receptions on 17 targets for 139 yards and an additional receiving touchdown. Atlanta may add more running back depth in the offseason, but as of now, Allgeier appears to have proven himself worthy of a solid role next year.

D'Onta Foreman RB | CLE
Panthers' D'Onta Foreman: Ejected in finale
Foreman rushed 12 times for 68 yards prior to being ejected early in the third quarter of Sunday's 10-7 win over the Saints.
Foreman and Saints defensive end Marcus Davenport were both disqualified after exchanging punches following a play with nearly 12 minutes remaining in the third quarter. Thanks to a long run of 21 yards, it had been a productive day for Foreman, who elevated his performance this season after Carolina traded fellow tailback Christian McCaffrey in October. In 17 games, including eight starts, Foreman rushed 203 times for 914 yards (4.5 per carry) and five touchdowns. Although he hardly contributed in the passing game while catching just five of nine targets for 26 yards, Foreman will now become an unrestricted free agent coming off his best campaign as a pro. At 26 years old, it'll be interesting to see whether the Panthers seek to re-sign Foreman to once again work alongside Chuba Hubbard, or whether the 235-pound tailback finds a prominent role elsewhere.

Matt Breida RB | SF
Giants' Matt Breida: Role should expand sans Barkley
Breida is expected to take on an increased workload in Sunday's game against the Eagles with top back Saquon Barkley (coach's decision) a healthy inactive for the contest.
Barkley is sitting out the regular-season finale simply for preservation purposes, as the Giants are locked into as the No. 6 seed in the NFC playoff regardless of the outcome of their game or any of the NFL's other contests Sunday. Considering that Gary Brightwell -- who has mainly been a special-teams contributor this season -- is the Giants' only other available running back, Breida looks as though he could be primed for his biggest role of the season. Breida fared well in garbage time of last week's commanding win over the Colts with nine carries for 59 yards and one reception for eight yards on 12 snaps, but even though he'll likely be in store for an increased touch count, expect his efficiency to take a major hit. Not only will be facing off against a tough Eagles defense that won't be resting key players, but Breida will also be playing alongside a third-string quarterback (Davis Webb) and a makeshift offensive line missing star offensive tackle Andrew Thomas, who joins Barkley as a healthy inactive.

Raheem Mostert RB | LV
Dolphins' Raheem Mostert: Injures thumb Sunday
Mostert sustained a thumb injury during Sunday's contest versus the Jets, Daniel Oyefusi of the Miami Herald reports.
Prior to his exit early in the fourth quarter, Mostert had 11 carries for 71 yards and hauled in both targets for minus-10 yards. Jeff Wilson will handle most of the backfield work for the Dolphins as long as Mostert is sidelined.

Zander Horvath RB | MIA
Chargers' Zander Horvath: Missing another matchup
Horvath (ankle) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Broncos.
Despite the trio of limited practices Horvath put forth earlier this week, he'll ultimately miss a second consecutive matchup Sunday due to the high-ankle sprain he sustained back in Week 16. Donald Parham and Tre' McKitty could be in store for additional blocking opportunities as long as Horvath remains sidelined.

Saquon Barkley RB | PHI
Giants' Saquon Barkley: Not suiting up for Week 18
Barkley (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Eagles, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
The Giants are locked in as the No. 6 seed for the NFC playoff regardless of the outcome of their game with the Eagles as well as the rest of this weekend's action, so head coach Brian Daboll has chosen to err on the side of caution by holding out his franchise running back with little at stake in the regular-season finale. Matt Breida and Gary Brightwell are the Giants' lone active running backs and will likely split the snaps to some extent.
-
Gus Edwards RB | LAC
Ravens' Gus Edwards: Won't return Sunday
Edwards (head) won't return to Sunday's game against the Bengals, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.
With Edwards now sidelined by a head injury, Kenyan Drake and Justice Hill will handle the Ravens' Week 18 backfield duties versus Cincinnati. Meanwhile, Edwards will look to be ready to play by next weekend's playoff opener.

D'Onta Foreman RB | CLE
Panthers' D'Onta Foreman: Available in Week 18
Foreman (knee) is listed as active Sunday at New Orleans, Darin Gantt of the Panthers' official site reports.
Foreman didn't make an appearance on Carolina's injury report until Friday due to a knee issue, which resulted in a cap on his reps and a listing of questionable for Week 18 action. In the end, though, the health concern won't keep him from suiting up Sunday. If he's able to handle his normal workload, Foreman should be in line for the 18.4 touches per game that he's averaged over the 10 contests since Christian McCaffrey was dealt to the 49ers after Week 6.

J.K. Dobbins RB | DEN
Ravens' J.K. Dobbins: Confirmed inactive
Dobbins (rest) is inactive for Sunday's game in Cincinnati.
TE Mark Andrews and G Kevin Zeitler also are inactive after not having injury designations for the game. Other starters may be rested as well in preparation for the wild-card round, and QB Tyler Huntley (shoulder) joins QB Lamar Jackson (knee) on the inactive list. Dobbins, Andrews and Zeitler will be back for the playoffs; the real question is whether Jackson and/or Huntley will be.
