  • Jalen Hurts QB | PHI

Eagles' Jalen Hurts: Runs listless offense in loss

Hurts completed 18 of 30 passes for 158 yards with a touchdown and no interceptions and added 20 yards and another touchdown on eight carries in the Eagles' 33-16 loss to the Buccaneers on Sunday. He also committed two fumbles, losing one.

Playing without top wideouts A.J. Brown (hamstring) and DeVonta Smith (concussion), Hurts predictably struggled to run any type of cohesive attack and took six sacks. Additionally, the fact Tampa Bay was able to jump out to a 24-7 lead over the first two quarters certainly didn't help matters, as it made Philadelphia's plan of attack all the more predictable. Some chunk gains in the second half and Hurts' own one-yard touchdown run early in the third quarter helped salvage his fantasy day, but there's no question his upside is significantly capped with out his top two pass catchers. There should be a very good chance Hurts will have at least one of Brown or Smith when the Browns come calling for a Week 6 home matchup on Sunday, Oct. 13 following a Week 5 bye.

  • Justin Herbert QB | LAC

Chargers' Justin Herbert: Active versus Chiefs

Herbert (ankle) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Chiefs.

Herbert, who was limited in all three of the Chargers' practices this week after having aggravated his high right-ankle sprain last weekend, approached the contest officially listed as questionable. With his active status confirmed, the QB will continue to work through his injury versus Kansas City. It remains to be seen how much Herbert's ankle issue will impact his mobility Sunday, but he'll give a go, with Taylor Heinicke and Easton Stick available to sub in should Herbert end up suffering a setback, as he did during Week 3 action.

  • Browns' Dorian Thompson-Robinson: Emergency QB for Week 4

Thompson-Robinson (coach's decision) is inactive but will serve as the Browns' emergency quarterback for Sunday's game against the Raiders.

Thompson-Robinson will only see the field Sunday if both Deshaun Watson and Jameis Winston were to leave the game due to injury.

  • Joshua Dobbs QB | DET

49ers' Joshua Dobbs: Emergency QB again

Dobbs (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Patriots, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports.

Once again, Dobbs will serve as the 49ers' emergency quarterback. He's technically inactive but will suit up and can play if Brock Purdy and Brandon Allen are both injured during Sunday's game.

  • Sam Hartman QB | WAS

Commanders' Sam Hartman: Emergency QB in Week 4

Hartman (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's Week 4 game against the Cardinals but will serve as the emergency quarterback for the contest.

Hartman will continue in the same role he's held through the first three games of the regular season, and he'll only be able to enter Sunday's game if both Jayden Daniels and Jeff Driskel become unavailable due to injury or an ejection.

  • Colts' Anthony Richardson: Won't return Sunday

Richardson (hip) won't return to Sunday's game against the Steelers.

Richardson's Week 4 thus concludes with him having completed three of his four passing attempts for 71 yards, while having carried three times for 24 yards. Joe Flacco has taken over at QB for the Colts, with Richardson's status now worth monitoring ahead of next weekend's game against the Jaguars.

  • Colts' Anthony Richardson: Exits Sunday's game

Richardson exited Sunday's game against the Steelers due to a hip injury.

Prior to his exit, Richardson completed three of his four passing attempts for 71 yards and carried three times for 24 yards. In his absence, Joe Flacco is in at QB for the Colts.

  • Caleb Williams QB | CHI

    Bears' Caleb Williams: Expresses frustration

Williams, Cole Kmet and Gerald Everett met with Bears offensive coordinator Shane Waldron to express their frustration with the play-calling, Fox's Jay Glazer reported on Fox NFL Sunday.

It's been frustrating to say the least for the Bears' offense. They can't run the ball, and Williams has been under pressure constantly.

  • Tanner McKee QB | PHI

Eagles' Tanner McKee: Emergency QB again Sunday

McKee (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's Week 4 matchup against the Buccaneers but designated as the emergency quarterback.

McKee will continue to fill his customary No. 3 emergency quarterback role and can only enter the game if both Jalen Hurts and Kenny Pickett are either ejected or injured and unable to return to the contest.

  • Saints' Spencer Rattler: Working as emergency QB again

Rattler (coach's decision) is inactive Sunday against the Falcons, but he'll still suit up as the Saints' emergency third quarterback.

Rattler will again be officially inactive behind Derek Carr and No. 2 Jake Haener, but he'll be available to take the field in the event that both quarterbacks in front of him suffer injuries. The rookie fifth-round pick is still looking for a chance to make his regular-season debut.
