Eddy Pineiro K | SF
49ers' Eddy Pineiro: Misses PAT in Niners debut
Pineiro went 2-for-3 on extra-point attempts and made both of his field-goal tries during the 49ers' 26-21 win over the Saints on Sunday.
Pineiro made his 49ers' debut Sunday after the team cut Jake Moody this past Tuesday. Things didn't start well for Pineiro after he missed his first extra-point attempt late in the first quarter, but he settled in to make his two following PATs while connecting on field goals from 44 and 46 yards in the second and third quarters, respectively. A reliable boot will give head coach Kyle Shanahan more confidence to turn to Pineiro to get three points rather than being forced to keep the offense on the field for fourth downs in opposing territory.

Wil Lutz K | DEN
Broncos' Wil Lutz: Misses crucial kick in loss
Lutz missed his lone field-goal attempt but made all four of his extra-point tries in Sunday's 29-28 loss to the Colts.
Lutz only field-goal attempt was a 42-yard try late in the fourth quarter that would have given the Broncos a five-point lead over the Colts. Instead, the veteran missed the kick, hitting the right upright in the process. The Colts would then go on to make a field goal of their own to win the game in walk-off fashion. With Denver's offense operating at a high level and finding the end zone on multiple occasions Sunday, Lutz was not relied upon as much as usual. The 31-year-old will look to get back on track when the Broncos visit the Chargers in Week 3.

Ryan Fitzgerald K | CAR
Panthers' Ryan Fitzgerald: Remains perfect through Week 2
Fitzgerald converted on his only field-goal attempt and his lone extra-point try in Sunday's 27-22 loss to the Cardinals.
Despite the Panthers scoring three touchdowns in Week 2, Fitzgerald attempted just one extra point, with Carolina electing to attempt two-point conversions on each of its first two scores. The 25-year-old also connected on a 27-yard field goal in the first quarter of Sunday's loss, cutting Arizona's lead to seven points at the time. He will look to remain perfect when the Panthers host the Falcons in Week 3.

Jason Myers K | SEA
Seahawks' Jason Myers: Hits upright Sunday
Myers connected on one of two field-goal attempts and made all four extra-point tries in Sunday's 31-17 win over the Steelers.
Myers hit the left upright on a 36-yard field-goal try in the second quarter, but he bounced back in the fourth quarter by drilling a 54-yarder. The veteran kicker was perfect from within 40 yards last season, and he should remain a stable kicking option moving forward.
-
John Parker Romo K | ATL
Falcons' Parker Romo: Spotless in team debut
Romo went 5-for-5 on field-goal attempts and made his only extra-point try in Sunday's 22-6 win over the Vikings.
Romo was elevated to the active roster to serve as Atlanta's kicker in Week 2, while Week 1 starter Younghoe Koo didn't make the trip to Minnesota. Romo couldn't have performed any better, making field goals from 38, 29 and 33 yards in the first half before later adding a 33-yarder in the third quarter and a 54-yard make in the fourth. The kicker certainly made the most of his opportunity, and he may have earned himself another elevation for the team's Week 3 matchup with the Panthers.
-
Chad Ryland K | ARI
Cardinals' Chad Ryland: Makes two FGAs in Week 2
Ryland went 2-for-2 on field-goal attempts and made three PATs in Sunday's 27-22 win over the Panthers.
Ryland finished off Arizona's first offensive possession of the game with a 29-yard field goal, and he later added a 47-yard make in the second quarter. Through two weeks in 2025, the kicker has made four out of five field-goal tries, including a 50-yarder, while also adding five PATs.
-
Riley Patterson K | MIA
Dolphins' Riley Patterson: Makes two FGAs in Week 2
Patterson went 2-for-2 on field-goal tries and made three PATs in Sunday's 33-27 loss to the Patriots.
Patterson was elevated to the active roster for the second week in a row while Jason Sanders (hip) remained sidelined. Patterson made a 40-yard field goal to finish off Miami's first possession of the second half. He later added a 44-yard make on the team's next drive. If Sanders (hip) can't go in Week 3, Patterson will likely be elevated again for the team's matchup with the Bills on Thursday Night Football.

Graham Gano K | NYG
Giants' Graham Gano: Connects on three FGAs in loss
Gano went 3-for-3 on field-goal attempts and made three PATs in Sunday's 40-37 overtime loss to the Cowboys.
Gano finished off the Giants' opening drive of the game with a 38-yard field goal, before later adding another 33-yard make in the first quarter. The kicker would later add another 33-yard field goal in the third quarter. Gano has now made all five of his field-goal tries, and three PATs over the first two games of the season.

Blake Grupe K | IND
Saints' Blake Grupe: Misses lone FG on Sunday
Grupe missed his only field-goal attempt and was 3-for-3 on point-after tries during Sunday's 26-21 loss to the 49ers.
Grupe missed a 40-yard field-goal attempt to end the first drive of the game. The 5-foot-7 kicker is now 2-of-4 on field-goal tries this season. He'll look to bounce back when the Saints next play at Seattle on Sunday, Sept. 21.

Cairo Santos K | CHI
Bears' Cairo Santos: Three points in loss
Santos converted three extra-points in the Bears' 52-21 loss to the Lions on Sunday.
After scoring six points in the season opener, Santos was not called upon to attempt a field goal in the blowout loss against the Lions. Unless the Bears can improve their offensive production, Santos will not be a stable fantasy option.
