  • Chiefs' Harrison Butker: Misfires on extra point for first time in career

Butker knocked home his only field-goal attempt Sunday, but he hit only three of his four extra-point tries.

Butker was a perfect 50-for-50 on extra-point attempts entering Sunday's contest, but he failed to knock home his second try against the Broncos. He's still been one of the most consistent kickers in the league and kicks for one of the NFL's most explosive offenses, making Butker a must-own in most formats.

  • Jake Elliott K | PHI

Eagles' Jake Elliott: Has perfect day in win

Elliott made his lone field-goal attempt in Sunday's 24-18 win over the Jaguars, tacking on three extra points.

Elliott had missed field-goal tries in each of his last two contests and had received the dreaded vote of confidence from his head coach in the week leading up to the game, so even though it wasn't a huge scoring day for the second-year kicker, it was important nonetheless in terms of job security. Heading into a Week 9 bye makes the 23-year-old droppable in most fantasy leagues, especially with a terrible slate of matchups for kickers over the rest of the season.

  • Wil Lutz K | DEN

    Saints' Wil Lutz: Perfect again

Lutz converted three of three field-goal attempts and made all three of his extra-point tries during Sunday's 30-20 win over the Vikings.

Lutz logged another strong fantasy performance in Week 8, including a long field-goal attempt of 52 yards. New Orleans will face off against the Rams on Sunday, so Lutz should once again benefit from a high-scoring gamescript in Week 9.

  • Graham Gano K | NYG

Panthers' Graham Gano: Perfect in Week 8

Gano made all three of his field-goal attempts and converted each of his three extra-point tries during Sunday's 36-21 win over the Ravens.

Gano notched 12 points during the Week 8 win, including a long field-goal attempt of 54 yards. The 31-year-old remains one of the top fantasy options at the kicker position, and will face off against the Buccaneers on Sunday.

  • Ravens' Justin Tucker: Kicks three extra points in loss

Tucker did not attempt a field goal and made all three of his extra-point tries during Sunday's 21-36 loss to the Panthers.

Tucker was perfect Sunday after missing his first career extra-point attempt in Week 7, but logged only three offensive points due to a lack of volume. The 28-year-old will attempt to bounce back against the Steelers in Week 9.

  • Redskins' Dustin Hopkins: Scores eight points in win

Hopkins converted two of his three field goal attempts and made both extra point tries during Sunday's 20-13 win over the Giants.

Hopkins' lone missed field goal came on a 41-yard attempt. The sixth-year pro has converted 14 of 16 field goals on the year, including three attempts of over 50 yards. Hopkins' accuracy makes him a solid weekly fantasy option.

  • Raiders' Daniel Carlson: Collects four points in Raiders debut

Carlson connected on all four of his extra-point attempts in Sunday's 42-28 loss to the Colts.

Carlson didn't have a chance to attempt a field goal in his Raiders debut with quarterback Derek Carr racking up a quartet of touchdowns, but the rookie kicker was perfect on extra-point tries. Carlson's brief tenure with Minnesota ended in misery when he missed three crucial field-goal attempts in a Week 2 tie with the Packers, but he'll look to continue building confidence again Thursday night versus the 49ers.

  • Matt Bryant K | ATL

Falcons' Matt Bryant: Expected to test hamstring Thursday

Bryant is scheduled to test his sore right hamstring Thursday, D. Orlando Ledbetter of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

It isn't a great sign Bryant still needs to take it easy coming out of a bye week, but the Falcons at least remain open to the possibility he could be ready for Sunday's game at Washington. Giorgio Tavecchio will get the nod in a tough matchup if Bryant misses another week of action.

  • Matt Prater K | BUF

Lions' Matt Prater: Zero field-goal chances against Seahawks

Prater didn't attempt a field goal but nailed both of his PATs during Sunday's 28-14 loss to Seattle.

The Lions shot themselves in the foot multiple times Sunday, blowing multiple chances to score on some occasions and committing crucial turnovers on others. Not only did both Ameer Abdullah and Matthew Stafford lose fumbles that killed two separate drives, but Stafford also threw an interception on the one-yard line near the end of the fourth quarter. It was ultimately a day to forget for Lions fans, and the team will now look to get back on track on the road against an underperforming Vikings unit in Week 9.

  • Rams' Greg Zuerlein: Hits both field goals against Green Bay

Zuerlein connected on both of his field-goal attempts and his lone extra-point kick during Sunday's 29-27 win over the Packers.

The veteran has now hit nine of 10 field goals and all eight of his extra-point attempts through three games this season. The groin injury that cost Zuerlein five contests is clearly no longer a concern, and with the Rams continuing to click offensively, he's set for a strong second half of the season. Zuerlein projects to rank among the best kickers in fantasy moving forward.
