Wil Lutz K | DEN
Broncos' Wil Lutz: Makes one field goal in loss
Lutz made one of two field-goal attempts while converting one of two extra-point tries in Sunday's 17-16 loss to the Raiders.
Lutz struggled in his first game with the Broncos, as his inaccuracies were devastating in a game that Denver lost by just one point. The veteran's missed field goal was a 55-yard attempt that went wide right, but he was able to later convert a 24-yard field goal in the fourth quarter. Lutz will look to bounce back in Week 2 when the Broncos host the Commanders.

Nick Folk K | NYJ
Titans' Nick Folk: Perfect in Tennessee debut
Folk made all five of his field-goal attempts in Sunday's 16-15 loss to the Saints.
Folk accounted for all of Tennessee's points in his debut with the team and enjoyed a mistake-free performance. Three of his five kicks came from inside 35 yards, though he also converted 50- and 45-yard attempts. The Titans had trouble finding a reliable placekicking option throughout the offseason, though Folk has seemingly stabilized the position.

Brett Maher K | LAR
Rams' Brett Maher: Back to practice squad
Maher reverted to the Rams' practice squad Monday.
Maher was elevated from the practice squad prior to Sunday's 30-13 win over the Seahawks, going 3-for-5 on field-goal attempts while making all three of his extra-point tries in the victory. Both of the misses came on 50-plus yard attempts, one of which was a blocked 57-yarder. With no other kicker on the roster, Maher figures to get elevated again for the team's Week 2 matchup with the 49ers.

Justin Tucker K | BAL
Ravens' Justin Tucker: Automatic to start season
Tucker converted a 39-yard field goal attempt and made both of his extra-point attempts in Sunday's win over the Texans.
The veteran started his season with a perfect afternoon, though he wasn't overly busy with just three total attempts. Tucker has made 35 or more field goals in each of the last two seasons and has missed just one extra-point attempt in that span as well. Baltimore travels to Cincinnati to take on the Bengals in Week 2.

Brett Maher K | LAR
Rams' Brett Maher: Inconsistent in opener
Maher converted three of five field-goal attempts and all three of his extra point attempts during Sunday's 30-13 victory over the Seahawks.
Maher's debut with the Rams was marred by a missed 56-yard field goal and a blocked 57-yard field-goal attempt in the first half, but the veteran bounced back and made attempts from 38, 54 and 45 yards out. Part of the reason the Rams waived rookie kicker Tanner Brown was his difficulties with lengthy kicks, so seeing Maher hit the 54-yard attempt in particular should give him a measure of job security for now.

Jake Moody K | WAS
49ers' Jake Moody: Perfect in pro debut
Moody went 3-for-3 on field-goal attempts and 3-for-3 on point-after tries in a 30-7 win over the Steelers on Sunday.
Moody had a tumultuous preseason that started with two missed field-goal attempts and ended with a quadriceps strain that put his roster spot in jeopardy. The Michigan product not only overcame his health matter, but he also put any concerns regarding his psyche to rest with a perfect kicking day to open the regular season. San Francisco's star-studded offense looked as good as advertised after one game, making Moody a desirable fantasy option heading into next week's tilt against the Rams.

Graham Gano K | NYG
Giants' Graham Gano: Injury update likely Wednesday
Gano, who suffered a calf injury in Sunday night's Week 1 loss to the Cowboys, will have his status updated Wednesday per head coach Brian Daboll, Ryan Dunleavy of the New York Post reports.
Gano suffered the injury on the blocked field goal in the first quarter of the contest but remained in the game and subsequently missed a 36-yard try before halftime. The veteran kicker underwent X-rays after the game, but details of those results will be held back for now. His status for Sunday's Week 2 matchup against the Cardinals should gain further clarity with Wednesday's expected update.

Jake Elliott K | PHI
Eagles' Jake Elliott: Good day from long range
Elliott went converted all four of his field-goal attempts but missed one of his two extra points in Sunday's 25-20 win over the Patriots.
The Eagles had one of the top offenses in the league last season, but they were so efficient at getting into the end zone that their kicker wasn't a particularly strong fantasy option. Only once all year did Elliott attempt more than two field goals in a game. If Week 1 is any indication, that won't necessarily be the case this year. Elliott did his job to help secure victory in a game in which the offense wasn't firing on all cylinders, making second-half kicks from 56, 48 and 51 yards.

Matt Prater K | BUF
Cardinals' Matt Prater: Perfect in season opener
Prater made all three field-goal attempts and his lone extra-point try in Sunday's 20-16 loss at Washington.
The highlight of Prater's perfect opener was a 54-yarder early in the second quarter that cut the Commanders' lead to 7-6. Arizona isn't likely to be an offensive juggernaut this season -- especially not as long as Kyler Murray remains sidelined by an injury -- so Prater remains an average-at-best fantasy option until the Cardinals' signal-caller returns to action. With that said, Prater is set for a weather-neutral home environment in Week 2 against a Giants team that ceded two field-goal attempts and five extra-point tries Sunday versus Dallas.

Joey Slye K | TEN
Commanders' Joey Slye: Accurate in victory
Slye converted both his two field-goal attempts and both his extra-point tries in Sunday's 20-16 win over Arizona.
Slye did everything Washington asked of him in Week 1 and got off to a perfect start to the 2023 season after winning the starting job in August. In Week 2, the Commanders will travel to the Mile High City to take on Denver, a good kicking environment historically. The bad news for Slye is the Commanders will be coming in as underdogs to face a defense that allowed just 17 points in Week 1.
