  • Younghoe Koo K | NYG

    Falcons' Younghoe Koo: Limited Thursday

Koo (back) was limited at practice Thursday, Scott Bair of the Falcons' official site reports.

One day removed from sitting out due to a back injury, Koo was back on the field with a cap on his reps, giving him just one more chance to get back to full before the Falcons potentially give him a designation for Sunday's game against the Saints. Atlanta signed kicker Matthew Wright to its practice squad Thursday as insurance in the even Koo is unable to go this weekend.

  • Matthew Wright: Signs to Falcons' practice squad

Atlanta signed Wright to the practice squad Thursday, Scott Bair of the Falcons' official site reports.

Wright joins the Falcons' practice squad after Younghoe Koo (back) missed Wednesday's practice. Depending on Koo's status for Week 12, Wright could be asked to serve as Atlanta's placekicker Sunday versus the Saints.

  • Cade York K | CIN

Cade York: Parts ways with Giants

The Giants waived York on Friday, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.

New York signed the 22-year-old kicker in early November after deciding to place Graham Gano (knee) on IR. However, the team brought in veteran Randy Bullock at the same time, and Bullock was ultimately given the first chance to kick on game days. He didn't do anything to lose the job, thus York has been let go after being a healthy scratch three straight Sundays. After being selected in the fourth round of the 2022 NFL Draft, York went 24-for-32 on field goals -- including 4-for-7 from 50-plus yards -- as a rookie with Cleveland last year.

Falcons' Younghoe Koo: Tending to back injury

Koo was held out of Wednesday's practice due to a back injury, Scott Bair of the Falcons' official site reports.

Koo has been mostly spot on with his opportunities this season, netting 21 of 22 field-goal attempts and 14 of 15 point-after tries in 10 games. With Koo now nursing an injury, his status bears watching as the week continues to get a sense of his potential to play Sunday against the Saints.

  • Chargers' Cameron Dicker: Makes all kicks

Dicker made both of his field-goal attempts and both of his extra-point tries in the 23-20 loss to the Packers during Week 11.

Dicker converted field goals from 25 and 26 yards. Through 10 games, he's made an impressive 45 of 46 kicks, registering 77 total points.

  • Matt Prater K | BUF

Cardinals' Matt Prater: Makes both kicks in Week 11

Prater connected on his sole field-goal attempt and only point-after try during Sunday's 21-16 defeat in Houston.

Through 11 contests this season, Prater has missed just three kicks (two FGAs, one PAT) on 33 total attempts. But with a scoring average of just 6.2 points per game, he ranks 26th in the category among placekickers to have made at least 10 appearances, making him an unreliable option for fantasy purposes. Still, Prater has a decent chance to bounce back Sunday against the Rams, who have conceded 8.8 points per game (fifth most) to opposing kickers this season.

  • Wil Lutz K | DEN

Broncos' Wil Lutz: Flawless performance in win

Lutz made all five of his field-goal attempts in Sunday's 21-20 win over the Vikings.

Lutz was heavily involved Sunday, as the veteran kicker accounted for 15 of the Broncos' 21 points in the contest. The 29-year-old continued his stellar 2023 campaign and has now made 22 of his 24 field-goal tries this season. This 92 percent success rate is a drastic improvement over his 2022 performance, in which he connected on just 74 percent of his field-goal attempts. Lutz will look to carry this momentum into a Week 12 matchup with the Browns.

  • Lions' Riley Patterson: Held without field-goal attempt

Patterson converted three of three PATs during Sunday's 31-26 win over the Bears.

Detroit did not attempt a field goal for the fourth time in 10 games this year. Making matters worse for Patterson's production was the Lions' decision to go for a two-point conversion after one of the team's four touchdowns, as Detroit otherwise scored on a safety to reach 31 points. Just a few weeks removed from attempting five field goals against the Raiders, Patterson is entering Week 12 as a high-upside, low-floor fantasy option.

  • Jake Elliott K | PHI

Eagles' Jake Elliott: Only sees extra-point opportunities

Elliott wasn't called upon to kick a field goal in the Eagles' 21-17 win over the Chiefs on Monday, but he did make all three of his extra-point tries.

Elliott has had limited opportunities since Week 5, seeing the field for only three FGAs in his last five games and none in his last two. However, he continues to see a heavy amount of PATs, with 18 opportunities over that same timeframe. Next up for Elliott and the Eagles is a matchup with the Bills in Week 12.

  • Chiefs' Harrison Butker: Remains perfect

Butker made his lone field-goal attempt and both of his extra-point tries in Monday's 21-17 loss to the Eagles.

Butker connected from 43 yards out at the end of the first half to help the Chiefs extend their lead to 17-7, but other than the opening kickoff of the second half, the Georgia Tech product wasn't called upon again. He is now 19-for-19 on FGAs and 24 -for-24 on PATs on the season. Other than Randy Bullock, who has only appeared in three games, no other kicker has converted on all their opportunities this season besides Butker.
