  • Landon Young OT | NO

Jets' Landon Young: Picked up by Jets

Young (ankle) signed with the Jets on Sunday.

Young appeared in 56 games with 12 starts over his first four seasons with the Saints, but he spent the entire 2025 campaign on IR with an ankle injury. The 2021 sixth-round pick was one of 31 tryout players during the Jets' rookie minicamp, and he is heading into his age-29 season.

  • Mac Dalena WR | NYJ

Mac Dalena: Let go by Jets

Dalena was waived by the Jets on Sunday.

Dalena signed a reserve/future contract with New York after last season. The undrafted rookie was let go by the Chiefs just ahead of his 2025 rookie campaign, and he spent a brief stint on the Seahawks practice squad in November. Dalena has yet to make his NFL debut.

  • Patriots' Quintayvious Hutchins: Injured at rookie minicamp

Hutchins (undisclosed) suffered an injury during Saturday's practice session at rookie minicamp, Mike Kadlick of CLNSMedia.com reports.

Hutchins, a 2026 seventh-round pick, is competing to carve out a reserve role in New England's edge rushing corps. He will have plenty of time to heal up in advance of June minicamp activities, though the details and severity of his injury remain undisclosed. A five-year contributor at Boston College, Hutchins wrapped up his senior year in 2025 with 35 total tackles, including 2.0 sacks, across 10 appearances.

  • Michael Wiley: Waived with injury designation

The Buccaneers waived Wiley (undisclosed) on Saturday with a non-football injury designation, Scott Smith of the team's official site reports.

Wiley spent time on Tampa Bay's practice squad in 2025 and inked a reserve/future contract with the team in January, but with roster spots at a premium in order to pursue undrafted free agents in the wake of the 2026 NFL Draft, he finds himself in need of a new team. Once recovered from his undisclosed injury, Wiley will search for a chance to compete for a reserve role elsewhere. He's still looking for a chance to make his regular-season debut.

  • Bo Nix QB | DEN

Broncos' Bo Nix: On track for minicamp

Head coach Sean Payton told reporters Saturday that Nix (ankle) will throw during mid-June minicamp and should be at full speed at training camp in July, Parker Gabriel of The Denver Post reports.

Nix continues to progress in his recovery from surgery to repair a broken bone in his right ankle that he underwent in late January. The initial recovery timeline was 12 weeks, but the Broncos won't push the third-year quarterback too much during June's minicamp, with Jarrett Stidham expected to take the majority of snaps at that time, though Nix should be a full go for training camp.

  • Jordyn Tyson WR | NO

Saints' Jordyn Tyson: Sits out of Saturday's practice

Tyson did not participate in Saturday's rookie minicamp practice due to a "minor injury," Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football reports.

Saints head coach Kellen Moore clarified that Tyson is dealing with a soft-tissue injury and that his absence Saturday was planned, per Underhill. Tyson participated in Friday's session, and there's no indication that it will impact his ability to participate in future offseason programs. The Arizona State product was the eighth overall pick of the 2026 NFL Draft, and his addition gives the Saints a lethal one-two punch at wide receiver with Tyson working alongside Chris Olave.

  • Scott Miller WR | PIT

Bears' Scotty Miller: Heading to Chicago

Miller and the Bears agreed to terms on a contract Saturday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Miller spent the last two seasons with the Steelers after spending the first four years of his NFL career with the Buccaneers, with a one-season stint with Atlanta sandwiched in between. He didn't see much work in the Steelers' offense, and he finished the 2025 regular season with only nine catches (on 14 targets) for 62 yards across 13 games. Rome Odunze and Luther Burden are the clear top wideouts for the Bears, so Miller will be competing for offensive snaps against Kalif Raymond, Zavion Thomas and Jahdae Walker.

  • Sal Cannella TE | CLE

Sal Cannella: Cut loose by Cleveland

The Browns waived Cannella on Saturday.

The move corresponds with the Browns signing undrafted free agent Michael Coats. Canella entered the NFL in 2021 but didn't make his regular-season debut until Week 17 of the 2025 campaign with the Browns. He caught two passes (on five targets) for 11 yards across two regular-season games for Cleveland last year and signed a reserve/future contract with the team in January, but the Auburn product will now look for opportunities elsewhere, assuming he clears waivers.

  • Colts' Anthony Richardson: Cleared for voluntary workouts

Richardson (eye) has been cleared to fully participate in practice at voluntary workouts this week, Kevin Bowen of 107.5 The Fan reports.

Richardson initially opted against reporting for the start of the team's voluntary offseason workout program after he requested a trade back in February but has since had a change of heart, as he reported to the team earlier this week. Coming off a fractured orbital that ended his 2025 season last October, Richardson is back to 100 percent health. There's still a decent chance he's not part of the Colts' roster later this summer after Indy declined the quarterback's 2027 option. Richardson is competing with Riley Leonard for the QB2 gig behind Daniel Jones and figures to draw interest as a one-time first-round pick with theoretical upside when healthy.

  • Broncos' Kolbe Katsis: Lands in Mile High City

Katsis signed with the Broncos as an undrafted free agent Friday.

Katsis was dominant for Northern Arizona of the FCS last season, and he recorded a combined 95 receptions for 1,566 yards and 12 touchdowns over his last two college campaigns. He earned All-Big Sky First Team honors as a wide receiver and as a kick returner, as he averaged 30.6 yards per kick return while scoring once. The Broncos have a deep receiver corps, so Katsis likely will need to produce immediately as a returner to earn a 53-man roster spot.
