Bazzana is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Orioles.

Since being promoted to the big leagues April 28, the left-handed-hitting Bazzana has submitted a weak .188./296/.231 slash line (58 wRC+) over 135 plate appearances against left-handed pitching. He'll head to the bench Monday while southpaw Trevor Rogers toes the rubber for the Orioles.

Lowe is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Orioles.

The left-handed-hitting Lowe will hit the bench for the third time in four games while Baltimore sends southpaw Trevor Rogers to the bump in the series opener. David Fry will spell Lowe at first base and will bat fifth.

Bailey is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Orioles.

Austin Hedges has been the Guardians' preferred option at catcher against left-handed pitching, so he'll get the nod over Bailey on Monday while the Orioles send southpaw Trevor Rogers to the mound.

High-A Beloit placed Caba on its 7-day injured list Wednesday due to an unspecified injury.

Caba, 20, was slashing .236/.389/.378 with seven home runs and 21 stolen bases over 82 games with Beloit this season before landing on the shelf.

Mathis (undisclosed) has gone 1-for-13 with a stolen base and a 3:5 BB:K in four games for High-A Brooklyn since being reinstated from the 7-day injured list Wednesday.

Mathis missed just under a month due to the unspecified injury and didn't require any rehab appearances in the Florida State League before making his return to Brooklyn. Acquired from the Cubs in late June in the trade that sent left-hander David Peterson to Chicago, Mathis has appeared in just 13 games across three minor-league levels with his new organization and is slashing a collective .119/.283/.143.

Abrams went 1-for-4 with a walk and a solo home run in Sunday's loss to the Dodgers.

The 25-year-old reached 30 homers on the season for the first time in his career with his fourth-inning shot off Justin Wrobleski. Abrams snapped a 19-game power drought with the blast, and during that 20-game span he's sagged to a .135/.247/.216 slash line. Despite the late-season slump, he sits just five RBI away from 100, and two steals shy of his first 30-30 campaign.

Lopez (knee) will return from the 15-day injured list to start Wednesday's game against the Rays in Atlanta, Chad Bishop of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

Atlanta will keep a six-man rotation intact but will open up a spot for Lopez by shifting Bryce Elder to the bullpen, at least for the next week. Lopez will make his return to the big club after a strong showing in his three-start rehab assignment at Triple-A Gwinnett, during which he rung up a 2.57 ERA, 1.14 WHIP and 11:3 K:BB in 14 innings. He tossed 93 pitches in his final rehab outing and shouldn't face any workload restrictions Wednesday, when he makes his 12th start of the season for Atlanta.

Yastrzemski is out of the lineup for Monday's game in Philadelphia.

Yastrzemski will sit for the third time in Atlanta's four-game series with Philadelphia, with two of those absences having come against left-handed pitching. Since the All-Star break, Yastrzemski has turned in a lackluster .214/.287/.393 line over 37 games, and his underwhelming production could put him in danger of losing his strong-side platoon role and becoming more of a part-time player versus right-handed pitching.

Guardians manager Stephen Vogt said that DeLauter (wrist), who is out of the lineup for Monday's contest against the Orioles, is "feeling a lot better" and will do some hitting pregame, Tim Stebbins of MLB.com reports.

Vogt reiterated that he considers DeLauter's sprained right wrist a "day-to-day" situation that isn't going to force him to the injured list. Though Angel Martinez will get the nod in right field in the series opener, DeLauter could be back in the lineup Tuesday if he doesn't experience any setbacks following his workout Monday.
