Blake Snell SP | LAD
Rays' Blake Snell: Suffers tough-luck loss versus Braves
Snell (4-2) allowed one run on four hits and two walks across 6.1 innings while taking the loss Tuesday against the Braves. He struck out five.
Snell threw first-pitch strikes to 16 of 25 batters and induced 13 swinging strikes as he kept the Atlanta lineup off balance for most of the night. His only real mistake came on a solo home run from Ronald Acuna in the third inning. Due to a lack of run support, he suffered his first loss since April 4. The left-hander has been outstanding over his last six starts, allowing two runs or fewer in each while posting a 43:9 K:BB during that span. He'll take a 2.40 ERA into Sunday's scheduled start against Baltimore.

Corey Kluber SP | BOS
Indians' Corey Kluber: Takes loss despite quality start
Kluber (5-2) allowed three runs on five hits and one walk across six innings while taking the loss Tuesday against the Brewers. He struck out four.
Kluber's only real mistakes cost him in this one, including a two-run home run from Travis Shaw in the first inning and a solo shot from opposing pitcher Brent Suter in the third. Unfortunately, despite his eighth straight quality start to begin the season, Kluber lost for the first time since Opening Day due to a lack of run support. He hasn't been quite as dominant of late, allowing exactly three earned runs in four straight outings and striking out more than six batters just once in that span. Still, he'll take a tidy 2.62 ERA into his next scheduled start Monday against Detroit.

Lucas Giolito SP | SD
White Sox's Lucas Giolito: Blows early lead in no-decision
Giolito allowed four runs on seven hits, two walks and a hit batsman while striking out three over four innings in Tuesday's 10-6 loss to the Pirates.
Giolito's mates staked him to a 4-0 lead after one inning, but he gave it all back in the second. It could have been worse, but the Pirates ran into the final out of a four-run second inning. Giolito eventually departed with a lead after needing 98 pitches to record his 12 outs. The word "erratic" comes to mind when looking at his game log, which is dotted with a four quality and near-quality starts among his seven outings, but the young right-hander left Tuesday's game with a 7.25 ERA. He leads the AL with 25 walks and six hit batsmen. Giolito next takes the ball Sunday on the road against the Cubs.

Lance McCullers SP | MIL
Astros' Lance McCullers: Earns fifth win Tuesday
McCullers (5-1) allowed two runs on five hits in a win over the A's on Tuesday, striking out three and walking four in five innings.
McCullers threw 89 pitches (52 for strikes) on the evening, the fewest pitches he's thrown this season. Over his last five starts, McCullers has allowed a combined seven runs on 21 hits across 32 innings, striking out 29 in that span. The right-hander's 52 strikeouts are good for ninth in the American League. His next start will be a matchup with the Angels in Los Angeles.

Dylan Bundy SP | NYM
Orioles' Dylan Bundy: Pitiful performance Tuesday
Bundy (1-5) earned the loss Tuesday by allowing seven runs on five hits and two walks while not recording an out in the 15-7 loss to Kansas City.
Bundy put forth one of the worst performances by a pitcher in recent memory, allowing four home runs over seven batters without recording an out. The 25-year-old has collapsed over his last three outings, having allowed 22 runs (19 earned) on 23 hits (nine home runs) across nine innings. Bundy started the season with a fantastic 1.42 ERA and 1.11 WHIP across 31.2 innings -- with 40 strikeouts and only one home run allowed -- but has recently looked like a completely different pitcher.

Luis Severino SP | ATH
Yankees' Luis Severino: Strikes out 11 in no-decision
Severino (5-1) racked up 11 strikeouts in Tuesday's no-decision, allowing two earned runs on six hits and no walks over six innings against the Red Sox.
Severino came out for the top of the seventh and gave up a leadoff single to Eduardo Nunez before being pulled. Nunez then stole second base and scored the tying run on Mookie Betts' two-out triple. The 24-year-old continued his stellar start to the season and now has a 2.21 ERA and 0.87 WHIP with 63 strikeouts and 12 walks over 53 innings. The right-hander is next slated to start Sunday at home against the Athletics.

Andrew Heaney RP | LAD
Angels' Andrew Heaney: Takes loss in quality start
Heaney (1-2) took the loss Tuesday, allowing two runs on five hits and three walks while striking out five over six innings against the Rockies.
Despite the loss, it was Heaney's second straight quality start and third straight outing allowing two or fewer runs. The lefty's ERA sits at an inflated 4.78, but he's posting strong strikeout numbers (9.9 K/9). He's still less than two years removed from Tommy John surgery and continues to be managed somewhat carefully. As a result, Heaney may not provide much in the way of length. The six innings matched a season high and he was lifted after 86 pitches -- tied for his second-highest total this season.

Marcus Stroman SP | NYY
Blue Jays' Marcus Stroman: Knocked around again
Stroman (0-5) allowed five earned runs on nine hits while walking two and striking out two across five innings to take the loss Tuesday against the Mariners.
Stroman continued his season-long struggles, allowing the Blue Jays to string together several hits at a time to do the majority of their damage. However, he also allowed a home run for his fourth consecutive start. His 7.71 ERA and 1.71 WHIP illustrate just how bad he has been through seven starts this season, though with the reintroduction of his cutter, fantasy owners can at least dream on better days ahead.

Jake Odorizzi SP | TB
Twins' Jake Odorizzi: Earns third win
Odorizzi (3-2) struck out three and allowed one earned run on two hits and two walks across five innings to earn the win against the Cardinals on Tuesday.
Odorizzi's only blemish on the afternoon was a first-inning home run given up to Jose Martinez. The 28-year-old now has a 3.83 ERA and 1.32 WHIP with 38 stikeouts and 20 walks over 42.1 innings this season, and is next slated to start Monday against the Mariners.

James Paxton SP | BOS
Mariners' James Paxton: Throws no-hitter against Blue Jays
Paxton (2-1) walked three and struck out seven while holding the Blue Jays hitless in 5-0 complete-game shutout win Tuesday.
Paxton was both dominant and efficient while throwing the second complete game no-hitter of the season. He needed only 99 pitches -- generating 15 swinging strikes in the process -- to complete the effort, and was also helped by several key defensive plays from the likes of Dee Gordon, Ben Gamel and Kyle Seager. He has now thrown 16 shutout innings across his last two starts and is second in the American League with 67 strikeouts on the season.
