Rasmussen was recalled from Triple-A Durham on Saturday, Neil Solondz of the Rays Radio Network reports.

Rasmussen made eight appearances (one start) with Triple-A Durham this year and posted a 0.63 WHIP and 23:2 K:BB in 11.1 scoreless innings. He was traded from the Brewers to the Rays in mid-May and will now be in line to make his team debut out of the bullpen.

Seabold (elbow) threw 25 pitches in a bullpen session Friday, Christopher Smith of The Springfield Republican reports.

Seabold began a throwing program in mid-May, and he was able to throw off a mound Friday. The right-hander will likely need to build back up since he's been sidelined since early May with elbow inflammation, but he's making progress in his recovery.

Sale (elbow) is scheduled to throw bullpen sessions Tuesday and Friday, Pete Abraham of The Boston Globe reports.

Sale threw a 40-pitch bullpen session Friday and felt good afterward. If all goes well during next week's bullpens, the southpaw is expected to face hitters for the first time the week after. A timetable for Sale's return to game action hasn't yet been established, but he could potentially begin a rehab assignment sometime in July.

Means (shoulder) hasn't yet resumed throwing off a mound, Jon Meoli of The Baltimore Sun reports.

Means began a throwing progression at the Orioles' spring training facility Tuesday, but he's still only playing catch. As a result, manager Brandon Hyde said the left-hander will likely be sidelined until around the All-Star break. The 28-year-old has been on the 10-day injured list since June 6 due to a left shoulder strain.

Kremer will start Saturday's game against the Blue Jays, Roch Kubatko of MASNSports.com reports.

Baltimore is down two starting pitchers in John Means (shoulder) and Bruce Zimmermann (biceps), so Kremer will receive a second straight turn through the rotation following his promotion from Triple-A Norfolk earlier in the week. He acquitted himself well in his start Monday against Cleveland, working 5.1 innings and giving up four runs (three earned) on four hits and no walks en route to taking a loss. For the season, Kremer is 0-6 with a 6.65 ERA, 1.55 WHIP and 39:16 K:BB in 43.1 innings.

Severino (elbow/groin) played catch on the field ahead of Saturday's game against the Athletics, Lindsey Adler of The Athletic reports.

Severino suffered a Grade 2 groin strain during his rehab stint at High-A Hudson Valley on June 12, but he was able to resume throwing a week later. While it was encouraging to see him play catch Saturday, the right-hander's setback is expected to delay his return by about a month, so he'll likely be sidelined until at least late July or early August.

Wacha (1-2) was tagged with the loss Friday against the Mariners after giving up five runs on 11 hits and a walk while fanning two across 3.2 innings.

As expected, Wacha was unable to go deep into the game. While he tossed 77 pitches, he couldn't even complete the fourth inning. The veteran is likely to remain in the rotation due to the fact that Tyler Glasnow is out with an elbow injury, but the results just haven't been there for him of late, as he owns a 6.92 ERA over his last five appearances. Wacha is slated to make his next start at home against the Red Sox next week.

Kikuchi (4-3) earned the win Friday against the Rays after tossing seven innings of one-run ball, allowing four hits and three walks while fanning six.

Kikuchi has given up just one earned run over his last two outings (14 innings) and has been pitching lights out of late, going 3-0 with a 2.05 ERA over his last five appearances and posting four quality starts in that stretch. The southpaw is slated to make his next appearance on the road against the White Sox next week.

Cobb (5-2) earned the victory over Detroit on Friday, pitching 5.2 innings and allowing one unearned run on three hits and two walks while striking out eight.

Cobb entered the contest having given up five runs in each of his past two outings, and he would have escaped without allowing any runners to cross the plate Friday if not for a sixth-inning error by Jared Walsh that helped the Tigers push across a single tally against him. By that point, the Angels had already notched seven runs and given Cobb all the support he needed to earn his fifth win of the campaign. The right-hander helped himself with eight strikeouts and has unexpectedly blossomed in that category that season, posting over a strikeout per inning for the first time in his 10-year career. That has given him some fantasy relevance despite a pedestrian 4.41 ERA and 1.27 WHIP. Cobb's next start is lined up to come at Tampa Bay next weekend.

Urena (2-7) took the loss against the Angels on Friday, allowing seven runs on seven hits and three walks while striking out four over 4.1 innings.

The right-hander fared well enough through four frames, giving up a pair of runs but allowing Detroit to stay within striking range. Things fell apart for Urena in the fifth inning, however, as he surrendered three home runs along with a single and a walk to depart with a seven-run deficit. The veteran has now given up 15 runs (14 earned) over his past two starts covering six innings, pushing his season ERA up to 5.79. He'll attempt to turn things around in his next appearance, which is tentatively scheduled to come at home against the Astros on Thursday.
