Manning (shoulder) will make one more rehab start for Triple-A Toledo, Jason Beck of MLB.com reports.

Manning has already thrown a pair of rehab outings as he makes his way back from shoulder inflammation, but he only got up to 3.2 frames in his most recent one Friday. He'll be targeting 75-80 pitches in his next start, which should leave him ready for something close to a full workload when he returns to the majors.

Faedo will start Monday against the Rays, Evan Petzold of the Detroit Free Press reports.

Faedo's last two appearances have come in the majors, but both came during doubleheaders, so the Tigers were allowed to send him to the minors between starts. He'll be up as a normal member of the roster for Monday's start, so the Tigers will have to make a decision at that point about whether or not he'll remain in the big leagues.

Roberson was traded from the Marlins to the Rays on Saturday as the player to be named later in the deal involving Louis Head, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Roberson has made seven appearances (one start) between Single-A Jupiter and Double-A Pensacola this year and has posted a 6.75 ERA and 2.70 WHIP in 6.2 innings. The right-hander will likely report to Double-A Montgomery to begin his time with his new organization.

Manager A.J. Hinch said Saturday that Mize (elbow) will return to Lakeland to slow down his rehab program, Cody Stavenhagen of The Athletic reports.

The right-hander made a rehab start at Triple-A Toledo on Thursday and gave up three runs on four hits and no walks while failing to strike out a batter in two-thirds of an inning. While Hinch didn't say that Mize suffered a setback, he's still feeling some pain in his elbow and wasn't able to throw at his full intensity during Thursday's outing. It's not yet clear when the 25-year-old will be able to resume his rehab assignment.

Rasmussen didn't factor into the decision in Friday's 5-2 win over the Blue Jays, allowing one run on three hits and a walk over 5.2 innings while striking out one.

The right-hander has only completed six innings once in his seven starts this season, but otherwise Rasmussen has had an outstanding beginning to the season as he continues to draw weak contact out of hitters. Through 33.2 innings, the 26-year-old has posted a 2.67 ERA and 0.92 WHIP with a 27:8 K:BB.

Gausman (3-2) took the loss Friday as the Blue Jays were downed 5-2 by the Rays, giving up four runs (three earned) on five hits and a walk over seven-plus innings. He struck out eight.

The veteran right-hander headed into the eighth inning with the score tied 2-2, but manager Charlie Montoyo's decision to try and squeeze a few more outs from Gausman backfired when Gausman gave up three straight hits to start the frame. He still wound up recording his fifth straight quality start, and Gausman will take a 2.40 ERA, 0.98 WHIP and stunning 54:2 K:BB through 45 innings into his next outing.

Gonzales didn't factor into the decision in Friday's 2-1 win over the Mets, allowing one run on five hits and three walks over 6.2 innings. He struck out five.

The veteran southpaw wasn't dominant, but he held the Mets in check over 103 pitches (66 strikes) and dueled Max Scherzer to a draw before Seattle was able to push across the winning run in the eighth inning. Gonzales has three quality starts through seven outings, but his 3.38 ERA masks a 6.31 FIP, 1.53 WHIP and poor 22:13 K:BB through 32 innings.

Rodriguez (1-2) picked up the win in Friday's 4-2 victory over the Orioles, allowing five hits and four walks over 6.2 scoreless innings. He struck out three.

It wasn't the southpaw's sharpest effort, but Rodriguez tossed 72 of 104 pitches for strikes despite the elevated walk total and all of Detroit's hits off him were singles. The 29-year-old has delivered quality starts in four of his last five outings, leading to a 3.72 ERA and 1.19 WHIP on the season, but his 21.0 percent strikeout rate and 9.3 percent walk rate would both be the worst marks of his career if they don't improve.

Lyles (2-3) took the loss Friday, giving up four runs on six hits and three walks over 5.2 innings as the Orioles fell 4-2 to the Tigers. He struck out six.

The six whiffs tied his season high, but so did the three free passes and it was overall another mediocre outing for Lyles. The veteran right-hander has a 4.38 ERA through seven starts and 39 innings, but it comes with a 1.51 WHIP and subpar 18.5 percent strikeout rate.

Velasquez (2-3) gave up seven runs on eight hits and three walks in five innings Friday, striking out four and taking a loss against the Yankees.

Velasquez served up three home runs in the ugly outing, including a two-run blast by Giancarlo Stanton in the first inning. The veteran righty had lowered his ERA to 3.97 after allowing just one run in his previous two starts, but it jumped to 5.53 after Friday's game. He's sporting a 25:12 KBB through 27.2 innings on the year. Velasquez is expected to start in Kansas City next week.
