Medina allowed just one hit while striking out four and walking one in 8.1 innings for short-season Class A Williamsport on Monday.

Medina, 19, was making his third start of the season after beginning the year in extended spring training. He was flirting with a no-hitter before giving up a hit with one out in the ninth inning Monday. Medina has yet to allow a run this season and has given up just six hits in 21 innings while striking out nine and walking six.

De La Rosa was scheduled to play catch on Monday for the first time since landing on the disabled list, Steve Gilbert of MLB.com reports.

De La Rosa has been on the disabled list since May 27 due to right elbow inflammation. His most recent MRI revealed that his ligament was stretched in his pitching arm. The fact that he has begun to play catch is a good first step in his rehabilitation. The Diamondbacks are still hoping he'll be able to return in August or early September.

Jansen walked one and struck out two in a four-out save Monday in Pittsburgh.

Jansen was asked to do a little extra work in his first action since last Tuesday, striking out Josh Harrison in the eighth before working a relatively uneventful bottom of the ninth in a one-run game. He earned his 22nd save with the 23-pitch outing.

Voth will not be called up to start Tuesday's game against the Mets.

The Nationals were deciding between Voth and Lucas Giolito for Tuesday's start, and ended up picking the 21-year-old phenom, Giolito, to make his MLB debut. Voth will remain in Triple-A Syracuse for now where he is 4-3 with a 2.99 ERA and 1.11 WHIP.

Voth, and not Lucas Giolito, appears to be the most logical candidate to take Stephen Strasburg's (back) spot in the rotation Tuesday, The Washington Post reports.

Voth and Giolito would both be on normal rest but Giolito struggled in his last start for Double-A Harrisburg, walking four and allowing five runs in 4.2 innings. Voth, on the other hand, has been sharp all season for Triple-A Syracuse, posting a 2.99 ERA and 75:19 K:BB in 81.1 innings. The 24-year-old doesn't have the electric stuff to be a future ace, but his low-90s fastball, curveball and change all play up due to his strong control and command, giving Voth a similar fantasy upside to Tanner Roark.

Melancon earned his 22nd save of the season Sunday versus the Dodgers, striking out one in a perfect inning of work.

The veteran has still blown just one save this season, and he owns strong ratios in the form of a 1.48 ERA and a 1.05 WHIP. Melancon is also fourth in the league in saves, making him one of the better fantasy relievers available despite his sometimes underwhelming strikeout numbers (7.12 K/9).

Vizcaino struck out the only batter he faced in Sunday's win over the Mets to notch his 10th save of the season.

The Braves headed into the ninth inning with a 5-0 lead, but Alexi Ogando gave up two runs on three hits in his 0.2 innings to set up the easy save opportunity. Vizcaino now has a 1.93 ERA and 45:15 K:BB in 32.2 innings on the year.

Nelson (5-6) allowed no runs on one hit and five walks while striking out one over five innings, but received no decision Sunday against the Nationals.

Nelson was nearly unhittable, but allowed five walks and burned through 91 pitches in his five innings. He's now held opponents to two or fewer runs in three of his last four starts, and his ERA rings in at 3.60. He'll make his next start Saturday at St. Louis.

Gomez retired the side in the ninth on nine pitches to earn his 20th save of the year in a 3-2 victory over the Giants on Saturday.

He induced two groundballs and then a popup to end the game. Unfortunately, it was just his third save this month, but that's more the result of few opportunities than anything else, as Philadelphia has a 6-18 record in June. Gomez is 20-for-22 in save opportunities with a 3.09 ERA, 1.17 WHIP, and 24 strikeouts in 35 innings in 2016.

Miller (2-7) gave up 11 hits, seven earned runs and a walk over six innings in Saturday's 11-6 loss to the Rockies.

The 25-year-old couldn't duplicate the success he'd seen in his first appearance back from injury against the Phillies last Monday, instead surrendering the most earned runs in a start all season. The setting certainly didn't do him any favors, but Miller also failed to help his own cause by sandwiching homers to Charlie Blackmon and Tony Wolters around RBI hits from Daniel Descalso, Wolters and Nolan Arenado. Miller's ERA is back up to 6.79, and he's yielded at least one homer in five of his last six trips to the mound. He'll look to rebound versus the Giants on Friday.
