Lopez (0-2) allowed seven runs on eight hits and one walk while striking out four over four innings in a loss to the Red Sox on Sunday.

Lopez was relatively effective by tossing two scoreless innings to begin Sunday's game, but he allowed back-to-back home runs in the top of the third inning to put him in line for the loss. The right-hander has recorded an 11.42 ERA and 1.73 WHIP in 8.2 innings through his first two starts of the season. He'll attempt to bounce back on the road against the Rangers on Friday.

Pivetta (2-0) allowed four runs on seven hits and three walks while striking out seven in six innings to earn the win against the Orioles on Sunday.

Pivetta began Sunday's game by tossing three scoreless frames but faltered slightly in his final three innings. Although the Orioles made a push in the final few innings Sunday, Pivetta picked up his second win in as many starts due to a strong offensive showing by Boston. The right-hander has posted a 3.27 ERA and 1.45 WHIP with 11 strikeouts in 11 innings to begin the season. Pivetta should make his third start of the year at home against the White Sox on Friday.

Clase notched his second save of the season Sunday against the Tigers. He allowed one hit and one walk while fanning one during a scoreless inning of work.

Clase recorded two saves during the weekend series against the Tigers and has yet to allow a run this season, though this was the first time in four outings he allowed a baserunner. The right-hander didn't rattle despite having runners on first and second with one out, and he closed things out with a double play after inducing Nomar Mazara to ground out. Clase has gone 2-for-2 in save opportunities this season and has started the year on a dominant note.

Robles threw a scoreless inning in Sunday's loss to the Mariners. He's thrown 4.2 scoreless innings with six strikeouts and one walk this season.

Robles was mentioned by Rocco Baldelli in spring training as a pitcher who could finish games, but he's been used in the seventh and eighth inning so far this season to set up Alex Colome. It's not a stretch to think he could figure into the closer mix if Colome continues to struggle, but he's not likely to finish games at the moment. At least Robles is showing so far that he may back to his 2019 form (2.48 ERA) after his 2020 struggles (10.26 ERA).

McHugh (0-1) allowed four runs (three earned) on three hits while striking out one across one inning in Sunday's loss against the Yankees.

McHugh came into the game in the 10th inning and recorded two outs rather quickly, but the wheels came off thereafter. He gave up three straight hits that resulted in four runs before he was able to close things out. He did toss 16 of his 24 pitches for strikes, but that's where the positives end for the veteran right-hander, who has now allowed three earned runs in two of his three relief appearances this season.

Chapman (1-0) struck out the side and allowed one hit during his lone inning of work Sunday against the Rays, earning his first win of the season.

Chapman pitched the ninth with the game tied 4-4, and he was absolutely filthy -- despite allowing a two-out double to Mike Zunino, Chapman struck out the side and threw 10 of his 13 pitches for strikes. Chapman has yet to record a save this season, but he has pitched three straight scoreless outings while fanning nine across three innings of work.

Crochet (0-1) allowed an unearned run and a walk with one strikeout in one inning, taking the loss in Sunday's extra-inning defeat against the Royals.

Crochet will take the blame for the loss, as his throwing error allowed Michael Taylor to score the go-ahead run in the top of the 10th inning. The 21-year-old Crochet has yet to allow an earned run in 4.1 innings this season. He's posted a 0.69 WHIP, six strikeouts and a hold in three outings. The southpaw can be expected to feature in high-leverage roles as one of the setup relievers to closer Liam Hendriks.

Hendriks allowed a run on two hits and struck out two in one inning, taking a blown save in Sunday's extra-inning loss versus the Royals.

Hendriks gave up a game-tying solo shot to Carlos Santana in the ninth inning. It was the second homer allowed in 3.1 innings for Hendriks, who yielded only a single long ball in 25.1 innings last season. He's off to a rough start as the White Sox's closer, allowing three earned runs on four hits and a walk with five strikeouts in three outings. He is 1-for-2 in save chances so far.

Colome (0-1) allowed three runs on four hits in one-third of an inning, taking the loss and a blown save Sunday versus the Mariners.

Colome was in trouble from the get-go, allowing singles to Mitch Haniger and Ty France. Kyle Seager then swatted a go-ahead, three-run home run, which was enough to stick Colome with the loss. The right-hander is now 2-for-4 in save chances, with a 6.75 ERA and 1.69 WHIP across 5.1 innings. Taylor Rogers didn't appear in Sunday's game, but he remains in the mix for ninth-inning action should Colome's struggles continue.

Montero pitched a perfect ninth inning to earn the save in Sunday's 8-6 win over the Twins.

Montero retired Nelson Cruz, Byron Buxton and Max Kepler on flyouts, needing just nine pitches to lock down the save. It was an impressive bounce-back for Montero, who suffered a blown save Saturday. The Mariners' closer is now 2-for-4 in save chances with a 3.38 ERA and 0.56 WHIP across 5.1 innings this season.
