Pilkington is scheduled to start Wednesday's game against the Royals in Cleveland.

Despite failing to escape the fourth inning while giving up three earned runs on seven hits and four walks in his second start of the season with the Guardians on Thursday in Detroit, Pilkington will remain in the rotation for at least one more turn while Aaron Civale (glute) is on the 15-day injured list. Even with a home start against a weak Kansas City offense, Pilkington doesn't make for a comfortable streaming option outside of AL-only leagues.

Pressly allowed a hit and two walks while striking out one in a scoreless inning to earn the save in Sunday's 2-1 win over the Mariners.

Pressly loaded the bases with one out, but he got Luis Torrens to ground into a double play to end the threat. This was Pressly's fourth straight appearance with a save over the last eight days, and he's riding a 6.2-inning scoreless streak. The Astros' closer is at a 2.45 ERA, 1.27 WHIP and 9:4 K:BB across 11 innings while going 8-for-10 in save chances in 12 outings.

Smeltzer is scheduled to start the first game of Tuesday's doubleheader in Detroit, Phil Miller of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.

Smeltzer will be making his fourth start of the season with the big club and his second straight turn through the Minnesota rotation after he struck out six over seven scoreless innings Thursday against the Royals following his call-up from Triple-A St. Paul. The Twins could get Joe Ryan (illness) back from the COVID-19 injured list as soon as Tuesday, but with Sonny Gray (pectoral) exiting early in his start Sunday against Kansas City, Smeltzer may have an opportunity to stick around in the rotation beyond his upcoming outing in Detroit.

Ciscnero (shoulder) threw 40 pitches during a bullpen session Sunday, Jason Beck of MLB.com reports.

The right-hander began throwing off a mound last week, and he's now close to pitching against live hitters. Cisnero has been sidelined since late March by the shoulder strain but is now closing in on his return to game action.

Rom (undisclosed) gave up three runs on three hits and no walks while striking out two over 2.1 innings in his return from Double-A Bowie's 7-day injured list Wednesday.

Rom slotted back into the Bowie rotation after he was sidelined for three weeks due to an unspecified issue. The 22-year-old lefty has made six starts for Bowie this season, logging a 4.76 ERA, 1.44 WHIP and 27:7 K:BB in 22.2 innings.

Feyereisen retired the side in order and earned the save in a 4-2 win Sunday over the Yankees.

Feyereisen needed just five pitches to retire the bottom three batters in the Yankees lineup. It was the first time he was allowed to close out a game all season. The 29-year-old has been stellar, allowing no earned runs and only nine baserunners while striking out 25 in 22 innings. He's primarily appeared in the seventh and eighth innings, but with his dominance and the Rays' closer committee, it's possible he could see more opportunities to earn saves.

Pruitt, called from Triple-A Las Vegas earlier in the day, fired three scoreless innings during which he allowed two hits in a loss to the Rangers on Saturday.

Pruitt gave the Athletics some much-needed length on a day when starter Zach Logue was chased after 2.1 innings. The journeyman right-hander, who also has 10 starts on his career resume, is likely to remain in a multi-inning role while up with the big-league club.

Quijada (oblique) was activated from the 10-day injured list Sunday.

Quijada has been sidelined since Opening Day with a strained oblique but will rejoin the active roster after a three-game rehab assignment. The 26-year-old had a 4.56 ERA, 1.36 WHIP and 38:15 K:BB over 25.2 innings last year and should work in middle relief out of the bullpen.

Kolarek was optioned to Triple-A Las Vegas on Sunday, Matt Kawahara of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

Kolarek was promoted from Triple-A during the opening weekend of the season, and he'll return there after giving up four runs over his past three outings. Overall this season the left-hander has a 4.58 ERA, 1.58 WHIP and 9:8 K:BB across 17.2 innings.

Yankees manager Aaron Boone said Saturday that Ridings (shoulder) isn't throwing at the moment, Bryan Hoch of MLB.com reports.

Ridings was reportedly throwing from flat ground a few weeks ago, so he may have encountered a setback in his recovery from a right shoulder impingement. However, Boone indicated that surgery is not being considered, thus it's unclear what Ridings' path toward a return currently looks like. Until more information is provided, a timeline for the right-handed hurler to make his season debut will remain murky.
