Alvarez went 3-for-5 with an RBI and two runs scored Saturday against the White Sox.

Alvarez notched his first multi-hit effort of the season, which was highlighted by an RBI single in the eighth inning to put the Astros up by two runs. He has now knocked in at least one run in all three games this season, totaling five RBI and four runs scored.

Martinez went 2-for-3 with a solo home run, a double, a walk and an additional run scored in Saturday's 10-1 win over Arizona.

Martinez got his third straight start at DH and slotted into the No. 3 spot in the order with Will Smith getting a night off. The veteran enjoyed his best game of the season thus far, knocking his first two extra-base hits, including a 409-foot solo homer in the seventh inning. Martinez has gone 3-for-11 with a pair of RBI and five strikeouts through his first three games of the campaign.

Carpenter went 2-for-3 with a double and two RBI in Saturday's victory over Colorado. He also walked.

Carpenter doubled home Jake Cronenworth and Juan Soto to give the Padres a 4-0 lead in the second inning. The 37-year-old has already driven in three runs in 2023, and he should continue to see plenty of playing time against right-handed pitching as the designated hitter.

Pederson went 2-for-4 with a walk, a solo home run and a second run scored in Saturday's 7-5 win over the Yankees.

The veteran outfielder took Clarke Schmidt deep in the fourth inning to get the Giants on the board, then crossed the plate in the ninth on a Mike Yastrzemski double. Pederson has his first homer of 2023 in the books after slugging 23 in 433 plate appearances last season, and he figures to be productive again in a strong-side platoon role.

Stanton went 1-for-5 with a solo home run in Saturday's 7-5 loss to the Giants.

He took Alex Cobb deep in the third inning, giving Stanton his first homer of the season. The 33-year-old slugger has launched at least 30 homers in each of the last four seasons in which he's played at least 110 games, and positive regression in last year's career-worst .227 BABIP should raise his overall production -- as long as he can stay healthy.

Ozuna went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Saturday's 7-1 win over the Nationals.

His fourth-inning blast was one of three on the day as Atlanta hitters bashed off Josiah Gray. Ozuna has struggled to hit for average the last couple seasons, but the 32-year-old still hit 23 homers in 124 games in 2022 and figures to be a solid power source once again this year, even if the rest of his profile doesn't rebound.

Canha went 3-for-4 with a walk, a double, a home run, two RBI and three runs scored in Saturday's win over the Marlins.

Canha scored the first run of the game and drove in runs on a single in the fifth inning and a solo homer in the seventh. He has started in all three games for the Mets so far this season, twice in left field and once as the designated hitter. Even though he's 34 years old, there might be some upside here, particularly in the power department.

Buxton went 2-for-4 with two runs scored and a double in Saturday's victory over Royals.

Buxton has picked up extra-base hits in each of his first two games, as he tripled Opening Day and laced a double off Jordan Lyles on Saturday. Over nine at-bats to open the season, he's now hitting .444 with a .778 slugging percentage. Buxton has been the designated hitter in the first two games for Minnesota, and it's allowed the 29-year-old to make an immediate impact with the bat without the physical toll of playing in the field.

Ramirez will be on the bench Saturday against the Tigers, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Ramirez went hitless in his two at-bats on Opening Day. Luke Raley will take over at designated hitter Saturday.

Winker is not in the lineup against lefty Justin Steele and the Cubs on Saturday.

Winker served as the designated hitter on Opening Day and hit second, but he finished the day 0-for-4 with three strikeouts. Given that his career wRC+ against righties (136) is nearly 50 points higher than his mark against lefties (87), it's likely he won't receive many starts against opposing southpaws. Luke Voit will be the DH on Saturday.
