Jorge Soler DH | LAA
Royals' Jorge Soler: Sets franchise home run record
Soler went 3-for-3 with a three-run homer, a stolen base and a walk in Tuesday's win over Detroit.
Soler crushed a 431-foot long ball with two men on base in the third inning to give the Royals an early lead. The home run was Soler's 39th of the season to establish the franchise single-season record. The 27-year-old also became the first Royal since Eric Hosmer in 2016 to reach the 100-RBI mark.

Eloy Jimenez DH | TOR
White Sox's Eloy Jimenez: Homers twice
Jimenez went 3-for-4 with a double, two home runs and three RBI against the Indians on Tuesday.
Jimenez delivered two vital home runs, his first tying the contest at two in the seventh inning. One frame later, he delivered the game-winning run with his 24th long ball of the season. It marked the first time Jimenez has recorded an extra-base hit since Aug. 18, adding to what has proven to be a promising yet inconsistent rookie campaign. Overall, Jimenez is hitting .252/.300/.475 across 410 plate appearances.

Daniel Vogelbach DH | TOR
Mariners' Daniel Vogelbach: Day off Tuesday
Vogelbach is out of the lineup Tuesday against the Cubs, Greg Johns of MLB.com reports.
Vogelbach has hit just .143/.323/.286 over his last 15 games, showing good plate discipline but little else. Austin Nola gets the nod at first base.

Yordan Alvarez DH | HOU
Astros' Yordan Alvarez: Sitting Tuesday
Alvarez is not starting Tuesday against the Brewers, Brian McTaggart of MLB.com reports.
With the series taking place in Milwaukee, Alvarez got the start in left field Monday, but he won't have a spot in Tuesday's lineup. The Astros will be happy to have no more interleague games remaining on the schedule, as Alvarez owns an incredible .317/.413/.671 slash line in his first 66 career big-league games.

Zack Collins C | CLE
White Sox's Zack Collins: Up for final month
Collins was recalled from Triple-A Charlotte as expected Tuesday.
The 24-year-old got his first taste of the big leagues over the summer, going just 2-for-26 at the plate with 14 strikeouts. He owns a much stronger .282/.403/.548 slash line for Charlotte. He could be a candidate for a fair number of starts down the stretch as the White Sox look to evaluate for next season.

Franmil Reyes DH | WAS
Indians' Franmil Reyes: Drives in three Monday
Reyes went 2-for-4 double, a run scored and three RBI to help the Indians to an 11-3 win over the White Sox on Monday.
The 24-year-old continues to swing a hot bat of late, as he's now recorded multi-hit efforts in four out of his last seven games, driving in 10 runs over that stretch. His .250 average is pedestrian, but Reyes has been an excellent source of power this season, cranking 33 homers and slapping 14 doubles to leave him with a solid .519 slugging percentage across 420 at-bats with the Padres and Indians.
-
Miguel Cabrera DH | DET
Tigers' Miguel Cabrera: Hits 10th home run
Cabrera went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in Monday's 4-3 loss to the Twins.
Cabrera got the scoring started for Detroit with a first inning homer off of Minnesota starter Jake Odorizzi. It was just the 10th home run of the season for the 36-year-old, who has hit only 29 long balls since the start of the 2017 season. However, the blast was a career milestone for Cabrera, as he moved into a tie with Stan Musial and Willie Stargell for 31st all time with 475 home runs.

Daniel Vogelbach DH | TOR
Mariners' Daniel Vogelbach: Outstanding offensive effort in win
Vogelbach went 2-for-3 with a solo home run, a bases-loaded walk, another base on balls and two runs overall in a win over the Rangers on Sunday.
Vogelbach generated one of five multi-hit efforts on a breakout offensive day for the Mariners. The slugger limped to a .130 average in a forgettable August, but he does have a modest three-game hitting streak and is now just one homer away from hitting 30-mark in that category for the first time in his career.

Nick Solak 1B | PIT
Rangers' Nick Solak: Sitting out Monday
Solak is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Yankees.
Solak appeared to be overtaking Rougned Odor for the primary job at second base, but that may no longer be in the cards with the latter set to make his fifth straight start at the position Monday. Even if Solak remains blocked at second base, he should still have a decent avenue to steady action at either third base or designated hitter. The rookie had cracked the lineup for each of the Rangers' last 13 games, batting .333 with five extra-base hits and a stolen base.
