Manager Walt Weiss said Saturday that Murphy (hip) has resumed all baseball activities, Mark Bowman of MLB.com reports.
Weiss added that Murphy could be cleared to begin a minor-league rehab assignment soon if he continues to progress smoothly. The 31-year-old has spent the offseason recovering from surgery he underwent in September to repair a labral tear in his right hip and will likely need to spend multiple weeks in the minors once he's cleared to resume playing in games.

Phillies' Garrett Stubbs: Outrighted to Triple-A
Stubbs cleared waivers Saturday and was outrighted to Triple-A Lehigh Valley, Lochlahn March of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
Stubbs was DFA'd after losing the race for the backup catcher job in Philadelphia to Rafael Marchan but will remain in the organization. The 32-year-old Stubbs slashed .265/.352/.402 across 307 plate appearances in Triple-A last season and would likely return to the majors if J.T. Realmuto or Marchan were to miss any amount of time.

White Sox's Korey Lee: Outrighted to Triple-A
The White Sox outrighted Lee to Triple-A Charlotte on Saturday, LaMond Pope of the Chicago Tribune reports.
Lee was DFA'd by the White Sox on Wednesday after he failed to make the team's Opening Day roster. He'll remain in the organization after clearing waivers but could see some major-league action this season if the White Sox require depth at catcher. Lee appeared in 26 regular-season games for the White Sox in 2025 and posted a .257/.333/.429 slash line with one home run and three RBI across 40 plate appearances.
