Jackson is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Yankees, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Jackson had started behind the plate in each of the past three games, but he struck out in all six of his at-bats during that stretch while drawing a walk in his lone other plate appearance. One of his starts came against a lefty and another came versus a righty (Chris Flexen) with reverse splits, so the right-handed-hitting Jackson still looks to be in the short side of a platoon at catcher with the lefty-hitting Ben Rortvedt, who rejoins the lineup Sunday.

Wells is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Rays.

With lefty Tyler Alexander on the hill for the Rays, the lefty-hitting Wells will exit the lineup for the series finale. Jose Trevino will spell Wells behind the plate.

Fortes is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Phillies.

The timeshare behind the plate continues for the Marlins, as neither Fortes nor Christian Bethancourt has performed well enough to gain separation from one another in the job battle. The two have now alternated turns behind the plate over the past eight games, with Bethancourt getting the nod Sunday.

Rogers is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Astros.

Rogers will get a breather after he started in each of the past four games, with the last three coming behind the plate. Carson Kelly will step in for Rogers as the Tigers' starting catcher in the series finale.

Grandal is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Cubs.

Grandal had started at catcher both of the past two days, so he's likely just sitting out Sunday for maintenance purposes as the Pirates and Cubs wrap up their series with an afternoon game. Joey Bart will replace Grandal behind the dish.

Phillies manager Rob Thomson said Realmuto is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Marlins due to a knee injury, Todd Zolecki of MLB.com reports.

More specifically, Thomson said Realmuto's knee was "a little banged up" when he reported to the ballpark earlier Sunday, so the Phillies opted to give him the series finale off. The skipper noted that he's not worried about Realmuto, but fantasy managers will still want to verify that the star catcher is back in the starting nine for Monday's game against the Mets before locking him into weekly fantasy lineups. Garrett Stubbs will replace Realmuto behind the plate Sunday.

Raleigh went 1-for-3 with a solo home run in a loss to the Athletics on Saturday.

Raleigh's 387-foot shot to right center in the second inning served as the first run of the night for either side and also made him the first AL catcher to hit 10 or more homers in his team's first 40 games since 2003. The slugging backstop has cleared the fences four times in the last eight games alone, and he's reached safely in seven contests overall during that span.

Ruiz is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Red Sox.

Ruiz will receive some routine maintenance for the day game after he started in each of the Nationals' last eight contests. Riley Adams will fill in for Ruiz behind the dish.

Jansen is out of the starting lineup for Sunday's series finale against the Twins.

Jansen will sit for the series finale Sunday while Alejandro Kirk starts behind the dish and bats eighth against Twins right-hander Bailey Ober. Since May 1, Jansen has gone 10-for-28 with four doubles, two home runs and four RBI.

Moreno is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Orioles.

Moreno will receive a breather after he had started at catcher both of the previous two days while going 1-for-8 with a double. Tucker Barnhart will get the starting nod behind the dish in the series finale in Baltimore.
