Phillies' J.T. Realmuto: Belts homer, adds steal in win
Realmuto went 1-for-3 with a solo home run, a walk, a stolen base and two total runs scored in Saturday's 4-2 win over the Padres.

Reds' Tyler Stephenson: Approaching rehab assignment
Manager David Bell said Saturday that he hopes Stephenson (thumb) could begin a rehab assignment in the next week to 10 days, Bobby Nightengale of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.
Stephenson sustained a fractured right thumb June 9 and initially carried a return timetable of 4-to-6 weeks, but he appears to be slightly ahead of schedule in his recovery. He shed his cast this week and will likely resume baseball activities in the coming days as he prepares for a minor-league rehab assignment.

Brewers' Omar Narvaez: Siting against lefty
Narvaez is out of the lineup for Saturday's game against the Blue Jays.

-
Elias Diaz C | KC
Rockies' Elias Diaz: Starting again Saturday
Diaz is starting Saturday's game against the Twins.
Diaz lost out on playing time last week but appears to be the Rockies' primary catcher for now, as he'll start in a fourth consecutive game Saturday. Over his last four games, he's gone 5-for-13 with two homers, a triple, six RBI, two walks and a strikeout.

Yan Gomes C | CHC
Cubs' Yan Gomes: Serving as DH on Saturday
Gomes is serving as the DH and batting seventh in Saturday's game against the Cardinals.
Gomes will be making his fourth straight start, as the Cubs are using both him and Willson Contreras together regularly. Despite the playing time, Gomes hasn't been a great fantasy option with a .606 OPS and just three home runs and eight RBI across 35 games.

James McCann C | ARI
Mets' James McCann: Activated, on bench Friday
McCann (wrist) was reinstated from the 10-day injured list Friday but isn't starting against the Marlins, Tim Healey of Newsday reports.
McCann recently completed a rehab assignment at Double-A Binghamton, where he hit .286 with two doubles, three runs and an RBI over five games. While Tomas Nido is starting behind the dish Friday, McCann should serve as the Mets' primary catcher now that he's fully healthy.
