Nick Senzel 3B | LAD
Reds' Nick Senzel: Homers in loss
Senzel went 2-for-3 with a solo home run in Sunday's 8-4 loss to the Mets.
Senzel has seen an uptick in plate appearances of late, as Reds manager David Bell gets him into contests whenever a lefty is throwing -- be that a starter or reliever. He's started four of the last six and entered as a pinch hitter in the two games he did not start. The infielder/outfielder has responded well to the increased usage, posting a .391/.391/.696 slash line with two home runs over the last eight games.

Bohm went 2-for-4 with a solo home run, a walk and two runs scored in Sunday's loss to the Cardinals.
Bohm swatted his first home run since Sept. 3 with a solo blast in the eighth inning and extended his hitting streak to seven games. He has 11 hits and five RBI over those seven games and is now up to 91 RBI on the year, giving him a chance to reach 100 RBI for the first time in his career. The 26-year-old has provided a steady bat for the majority of the season, as he's now slashing .281/.337/.439 with 17 home runs, 69 runs and a 41:87 BB:K in 563 plate appearances.

Josh Jung 3B | TEX
Rangers' Josh Jung: Could be activated Monday
Jung (thumb) will rejoin the Rangers on Monday and could be activated from the 10-day injured list ahead of the team's series opener with the Red Sox after an encouraging weekend of rehab, Shawn McFarland of The Dallas Morning News reports. "He had a really good day yesterday, a really good day," Rangers manager Bruce Bochy said. "A lot of improvement from the day before as far as comfort, seeing the ball, hard contact."
Jung, who worked out at the Rangers' complex in Arizona this weekend, faced live pitching and played a three-inning simulated game Saturday. He'll fly back to Texas on Sunday, rejoin the club on Monday and be further evaluated. Jung met with Arizona-based hand specialist Dr. Don Sheridan on Thursday and was given full clearance to return to baseball activities. He's been sidelined since Aug. 7 with a fractured left thumb that he had surgically repaired.

Maikel Garcia 3B | KC
Royals' Maikel Garcia: Notches 22nd steal
Garcia went 0-for-3 with a stolen base, two walks and two runs scored in Saturday's 10-8 win over the Astros.
Garcia went hitless for the seventh time in his last nine games, but the two walks allowed him to generate some production anyway. The infielder is at a .273/.325/.368 slash line with 22 steals, four home runs, 49 RBI and 53 runs scored through 112 contests this season. While he's seen the bulk of the playing time at third base throughout the campaign, his recent struggles at the plate have opened the door for utility man Nick Loftin to earn time at the hot corner.
