McMahon went 2-for-5 with a double, a stolen base and a run scored in Sunday's 7-6 loss to Cincinnati.

The infielder reached on a fielder's choice in the first inning and stole second, but he was left stranded. In the fourth, he added a double and scored on Josh Fuentes' two-run double. McMahon has hit safely in five of the last six games, going 7-for-23 (.304) with a home run and four doubles in that span. For the season, he's slashing .269/.315/.506 with nine home runs, 26 RBI, 28 runs scored and two stolen bases in 168 plate appearances.

Chapman went 3-for-4 with three RBI in Sunday's 7-6 win over Minnesota.

Chapman opened the game's scoring with his RBI single in the second inning. He later plated runs in the fifth and seventh innings on a sacrifice fly and another base knock. The slugging third baseman has just two multi-hit games this month, both coming in his last seven appearances. Chapman is slashing .225/.327/.387 with 18 RBI through 42 games.

Riley went 2-for-2 with three walks and a run scored in Sunday's 10-9 loss to the Brewers.

Riley reached base in all five plate appearances Sunday. He came around to score following a walk in the seventh inning. The 24-year-old raised his slash line to an impressive .291/.405/.394 through 153 plate appearances. It was hit fourth multi-hit performance of the month.

Davis (hand) will join Triple-A Syracuse for a rehab assignment this week, Deesha Thosar of the New York Daily News reports.

The Mets originally expected the 28-year-old to be activated from the injured list this weekend, but he'll instead head to Triple-A for some rehab games. Davis has been sidelined for a little over two weeks, so he should need only a couple games in the minors to get back up to speed.

GM Ben Cherington said Sunday that Hayes (wrist/hand) is expected to begin a rehab assignment within "the next several days," Jason Mackey of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.

The 23-year-old shifted to the 60-day injured list last weekend and isn't eligible to be activated until early June, so he's not on the cusp of his return. Hayes could build up slowly during the rehab stint with over two weeks until he can rejoin the active roster.

Astudillo was removed from Sunday's game against the A's with a bruised hand, Do-Hyoung Park of MLB.com reports.

The 29-year-old went 0-for-1 and exited Sunday's contest after suffering the injury on a hit-by-pitch. Astudillo was working behind the plate and was replaced by Ben Rortvedt.

McMahon went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run, an additional run scored and a walk in the 6-5 loss to the Reds on Saturday.

McMahon homered off Tyler Mahle in the first inning for his ninth of the season. It was his first long ball since April 27. The 26-year-old has three RBI and five runs in his last three games. He is slashing .265/.313/.503 in 163 plate appearances and is leading the Rockies in home runs (9), RBI (26) and runs (27).

Ramirez went 3-for-3 with three doubles, a walk and a run scored in Saturday's 7-3 loss to Seattle.

Ramirez was productive at the plate, and his lone run came on an Eddie Rosario groundout in the sixth inning. For the year, Ramirez is slashing .261/.344/.575 with 11 home runs, 22 RBI, 25 runs scored and four stolen bases in 154 plate appearances. The third baseman has produced a .314 ISO, right in line with the .315 mark he had last year as a strong power hitter in the heart of Cleveland's order.

Muncy went 3-for-4 with a run and an RBI in Saturday's 7-0 victory over Miami.

All three of Muncy's hits were singles, and his base knock in the fifth inning brought home the Dodgers' third run of the game. The first baseman has been red hot of late, registering three straight multi-hit contests. Over his past four games, Muncy has gone a collective 8-for-14 with three homers, seven RBI and six runs. He has brought his season average up over 40 points to .261 with the productive stretch.

Moustakas (heel) is out of the lineup Sunday against the Rockies.

The 32-year-old will miss his second straight game after suffering a heel contusion Friday. Nick Senzel (heel) will shift to third base in Moustakas' absence while Jonathan India starts at the keystone and Kyle Farmer works at first base.
