Mets' J.D. Davis: Resumes swinging bat
Davis (hand) is swinging a bat again and hopes to begin a rehab assignment within the next couple weeks, Justin Toscano of The Record reports.
It's been a slow recovery for Davis from a torn ligament in a finger on his left hand, but the 28-year-old said Tuesday that he was feeling healthy. Assuming he has no further setbacks, Davis could rejoin the Mets' lineup in early July.

Phillies' Jean Segura: Could miss three weeks
Segura (groin) is nursing a Grade 1 strain to his left groin and may miss as many as three weeks, Todd Zolecki of MLB.com reports.

Phillies' Nick Maton: Recalled from Triple-A
The Phillies recalled Maton from Triple-A Lehigh Valley on Wednesday, Matt Gelb of The Athletic reports.

Dodgers' Max Muncy: Progressing in recovery
Muncy (oblique) is pain-free and remains on-track for a minimum stay on the injured list, Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic reports.
With his current trajectory, Muncy could return Tuesday during what's likely to be a hotly-contested series against the Padres. Though he endured a 3-for-21 stretch in eight games before the injury, Muncy still boasts a .418 OBP and has undoubtedly been one of the Dodgers' most impactful bats this season.
