Astros' Isaac Paredes: Smacks 12th homer
Paredes went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run Tuesday against the Pirates.
Paredes delivered insurance runs with a ninth-inning home run, his 12th long ball of the year. That broke a short-term slump, as Paredes hit only .175 with four RBI and five runs scored across a 10-game homestand that concluded Sunday.

Royce Lewis 3B | MIN
Twins' Royce Lewis: Ends 0-for-32 slump
Lewis went 1-for-4 with a double, two RBI and a run scored in Tuesday's win over the A's. Lewis ended an 0-for-32 slump with his double.
Lewis is hitting just .133/.207/.420 in 22 games since returning from a hamstring injury. While Lewis has been a bit unlucky with a .148 BABIP, he also struggled at the end of last season, hitting .181 with a .500 OPS in September. The Twins will hope his performance Tuesday finally gets him going at the plate.

Addison Barger SS | TOR
Blue Jays' Addison Barger: Homer streak at four games
Barger went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run in Tuesday's 8-3 loss to the Phillies.
The 25-year-old continues to pummel the baseball, crushing a Max Lazar fastball over the right-field fence in the eighth inning. Barger has gone deep in four straight games and hit safely in six straight, and since a breakout three-double performance May 9, he's produced a .325/.385/.639 slash line with eight two-baggers, six homers, 14 runs and 16 RBI in 91 plate appearances. With Andres Gimenez returning to the lineup Tuesday, Barger shifted to right field against southpaw Cristopher Sanchez and hit fifth in the order, but he has entrenched himself as an everyday player for the Blue Jays, either at third base or in right.

Jose Ramirez 3B | CLE
Guardians' Jose Ramirez: Swipes two bags in loss
Ramirez went 2-for-4 with a run scored and two stolen bases in Tuesday's 3-2 loss to the Yankees.
It's the first time since May 12 that Ramirez has pilfered multiple bags in a game. He's been scorching hot at the plate of late, rapping out multiple hits in nine of his last 12 games while slashing .449/.491/.673 with two homers, four steals, six RBI and 12 runs.

Junior Caminero 3B | TB
Rays' Junior Caminero: Adds late homer in win
Caminero went 1-for-3 with a solo home run, two runs scored, one walk and one stolen base in Tuesday's win over the Rangers.
Caminero put the game out of reach Tuesday with a solo homer in the eighth inning. Though not known for his speed, the third baseman also swiped his fourth base of the season. The former top prospect has showcased plenty of pop, slugging .516 with 14 home runs. While a low walk rate has limited his on-base percentage to .294, an .810 OPS at age 21 is incredibly impressive.

Maikel Garcia 3B | KC
Royals' Maikel Garcia: Back in Kansas City lineup
Garcia (thumb) is starting at third base and batting third in Tuesday's game versus the Cardinals.
Garcia had to be scratched from Sunday's lineup against the Tigers due to right thumb soreness, but he's ready to roll after the Royals were idle Monday. It's the first time this season that Garcia has batted third for Kansas City.

Royce Lewis 3B | MIN
Twins' Royce Lewis: Out of lineup again Monday
Lewis is absent from the lineup for Monday's game against the Athletics.
It's the third time over the Twins' last six contests that Lewis -- who is in a 0-for-30 slump at the plate -- has been out of the lineup. Brooks Lee is covering third base and batting third as Minnesota opens up a four-game series versus the Athletics.

Yoan Moncada 3B | LAA
Angels' Yoan Moncada: Back to IL with knee inflammation
The Angels placed Moncada on the 10-day injured list Monday with right knee inflammation.
Moncada injured the knee last Wednesday and had missed two of the last three contests before the Angels decided to make a roster move. It's the second trip to the IL this season for Moncada, who previously missed a month of action with a thumb injury. Luis Rengifo is likely to see the bulk of the starts at third base while Moncada is out.

Yoan Moncada 3B | LAA
Angels' Yoan Moncada: Sitting again Monday
Moncada is not in the lineup for Monday's contest in Boston, Jeff Fletcher of The Orange County Register reports.
Moncada returned to the lineup Saturday after missing one game with a sore knee, but he has now been absent from the lineup for two straight contests. It's not clear whether he's had a setback or if the Angels are just being proactive with his rest. Luis Rengifo is at third base and Scott Kingery is at second base for the second day in a row.
