Adam Frazier 2B | LAA
Pirates' Adam Frazier: Heads to bench Sunday
Frazier is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Yankees.
With left-hander Jordan Montgomery toeing the rubber for the Yankees on Sunday, Frazier will head to the bench in favor of the right-handed hitting Jose Osuna.

Amed Rosario 3B | NYY
Mets' Amed Rosario: Not getting promoted just yet
The Mets have no intentions of immediately promoting Rosario, despite his hot start, the team's myriad of injuries and Jose Reyes' slump, Newsday reports.
Rosario is slashing .387/.418/.435 while also playing solid defense at short and seeing time at third base. The Mets are reluctant to promote him too soon before he might be ready. In addition, by waiting, the Mets also would be able to delay his arbitration and free agency rights an extra year. But if he continues to rake at the plate and the team continues to struggle, the Mets' view may be forced to change.

Brandon Drury 2B | KC
Diamondbacks' Brandon Drury: Out of Saturday's lineup
Drury is out of Saturday's lineup against the Dodgers.
He has started 16 of the first 19 games of the season, hitting .293/.339/.379, and has not yet hit a home run or successfully stolen a base (0-for-1). Daniel Descalso will start at second base and hit sixth.

Adam Frazier 2B | LAA
Pirates' Adam Frazier: Set to start at second Saturday
Frazier will leadoff and play second base Saturday against the Yankees.
Frazier is hitting .286 in 45 at-bats but has just one hit in 10 at-bats since April 16. His defense remains an issue, but he'll get a chance with righty Michael Pineda on the mound for New York. Frazier will be making his fifth appearance at second base in 2017, increasing his positional eligibility in some leagues.

Brandon Drury 2B | KC
Diamondbacks' Brandon Drury: Reaches base four times Friday
Drury went 2-for-3 with a double, two walks and two runs scored in Friday's 13-5 win over the Dodgers.
It's the first multi-hit outing for Drury since April 8, concluding a 10-game stretch where he'd gone just 5-for-36 at the dish. In collecting two walks as well Friday, Drury matched his combined output from his previous 15 games this season. The Diamondbacks would probably like to see Drury show some improved plate discipline, but he's still fairly secure in his everyday starting role at second base.

Grant Green 2B | MIA
Nationals' Grant Green: Designated for assignment
Green was designated for assignment Friday, Dan Kolko of MASN Sports reports.
With Trea Turner (hamstring) returning from the disabled list, Green was the obvious casualty. The 29-year-old received barely any playing time during his short stint with the Nationals, going 0-for-3 in his only start Thursday. Green likely returns to Triple-A Syracuse if he clears waivers, where he should see regular playing time and further chances to hone his skill set.

Gavin Lux SS | TB
Dodgers' Gavin Lux: Set to debut with Loons
Lux (ribs) will make his season debut Thursday for Low-A Great Lakes, hitting second and playing second base.
He was held back in extended spring training with a rib issue, but is ready to go, with the only surprise being where he is deployed. The big selling point on Lux in the draft was that he was the next best prep shortstop behind Delvin Perez, with a good chance of sticking at shortstop. However, Brendon Davis, who is a legitimate prospect in his own right, also plays shortstop, but does not play second base, so Lux may see the majority of his action at the keystone early on for the Loons.

Enrique Hernandez SS | LAD
Dodgers' Enrique Hernandez: Bashes two extra-base hits in win
Hernandez had a big day at the plate in Wednesday's win against the Rockies, going 2-for-4 with a double, a triple, an RBI and a run scored.
His .250 batting average doesn't do him justice for his performance as of late, as Hernandez has garnered starts in Los Angeles' past three games and rewarded his team by cracking three extra-base hits in that span. It still looks like he'll only pick up starts against left-handed pitchers in the long run, but he's worthy of streaming consideration if he continues to make the most of his scattered opportunities.

Logan Forsythe 2B | LAD
Dodgers' Logan Forsythe: Headed to DL
Forsythe was placed on the 10-day disabled list with a fractured toe on his right foot.
Chris Taylor was called-up from Triple-A to take Forsythe's spot on the roster. MLB.com's Ken Gurnick reports the injury is a hairline fracture, so the return time looks closer to two weeks as opposed to four-to-six, which is good news for both parties. The 30-year-old was off to a nice start in his first year as a Dodger, going 13-for-44 (.295) with three RBI and seven runs through the first 14 games. While Forsythe is sidelined, Chase Utley should get most of the reps at second base against southpaws while Taylor could be in line for some starts against righties.

Adam Frazier 2B | LAA
Pirates' Adam Frazier: Out of lineup Wednesday
Frazier is not in the Pirates' starting lineup for Wednesday's game against the Cardinals, Adam Berry of MLB.com reports.
John Jaso gets the call in right field as the Pirates attempt to adjust to life without the suspended Starling Marte. Frazier has put together a solid start to the season, slashing .295/.354/.455, so he should continue getting plenty of at-bats after the off-day.
