Mountcastle went 5-for-9 with a double, two RBI, a stolen base and one run scored across both games of Sunday's doubleheader versus the Royals.

Mountcastle went 4-for-5 in the first game, then added his steal in the second. The 25-year-old lifted his slash line to .276/.303/.419 through 109 plate appearances this season. He's gone 9-for-17 across his last four contests as he continues to hit in the middle of the Orioles' order. The first baseman has four home runs, 14 RBI, 10 runs scored, three doubles and two stolen bases in 26 games.

Alonso went 3-for-5 with two home runs and five RBI in a 6-1 win Sunday during the second game of a doubleheader in Philadelphia.

Alonso reached safely in each of his first three plate appearances in the nightcap, hitting a two-run homer in the first, singling in the third and hitting a long three-run shot in the fifth. The Polar Bear has four multi-hit performances in his last six games, going 10-for-24 with five extra-base hits and raising his OPS from .710 to .833 in the process. With 26 RBI, he is setting the pace for the National League.

Torkelson, who went 0-for-3 with three strikeouts in Sunday's loss to the Astros, has just three hits in his last 10 games.

In this cold stretch, Torkelson has gone just 3-for-32 with 14 strikeouts, and his season batting average has dipped to .167. The Tigers fell to 8-19 with Sunday's loss, so they'll likely keep playing the talented rookie regularly in what appears to be a rebuilding season. Fantasy managers may occasionally get some big games from Torkelson, but he's hard to trust at this point due to his inability to make consistent contact at the plate.

Manager David Bell said Sunday that Votto (illness) is still "a couple of days" away from returning from the COVID-19-related injured list, Bobby Nightengale of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.

Bell said the same is true for Nick Senzel, who remains away from the team along with Votto after both recently tested positive for the virus. Votto looks like he can safely be ruled out for Monday's series opener with the Brewers, which should pave the way for Colin Moran to pick up another start at first base following his career-best six-RBI performance in Sunday's 7-3 win over the PIrates.

Voit (biceps) has returned to San Diego and is expected to get some live at-bats at the Padres' facility over the next few days before returning from the 10-day injured list, AJ Cassavell of MLB.com reports.

Though Voit believes the biceps issue that resulted in his placement on the IL on April 24 has subsided at this point, he's looking to regain his timing at the plate on the heels of a rough rehab assignment at Triple-A El Paso. During his five-game run with El Paso, Voit went hitless with 12 strikeouts across 18 at-bats. The Padres don't believe Voit will need extensive time to find his swing, though he's not expected to be activated during the team's three-game home series with the Cubs that runs from Monday through Wednesday.

O'Hearn isn't starting the second game of Sunday's doubleheader against the Orioles.

O'Hearn drew his third consecutive start in Sunday's matinee, and he went 0-for-3 with an RBI and a strikeout. Hunter Dozier will start at first base while Salvador Perez serves as the designated hitter.

Calhoun is out of the lineup for the second game of Sunday's doubleheader with the Yankees.

With southpaw Jordan Montgomery on the hill for the nightcap, Calhoun will head to the bench while Adolis Garcia picks up a start in right field. Calhoun was responsible for the Rangers' only damage against Gerrit Cole in the Yankees' 2-1 win in Game 1, as he took New York's ace deep in the seventh inning for his first home run of the season.

Smith is out of the lineup for the second game of Sunday's doubleheader with the Phillies.

The Phillies are bringing a southpaw (Cristopher Sanchez) to the hill for the second game of the twin bill, so the lefty-hitting Smith will cede his spot to the righty-hitting J.D. Davis as the Mets play matchups. Smith started at first base in the Mets' 3-2 loss in Game 2, going 0-for-4 with two strikeouts.

Diaz is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Mariners.

The freshly activated Ji-Man Choi (elbow) will step in at first base for Diaz, who had drawn starts at the position in each of the Rays' last six games. Though Choi is back in the fold, Diaz is expected to play on a near-everyday basis while bouncing between the two corner-infield spots. Taylor Walls appears to be at greater risk of losing out on regular playing time following Choi's return.

Gurriel is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Tigers, Danielle Lerner of the Houston Chronicle reports.

Gurriel is presumably sitting as a result of a planned rest day, as he had started in each of the Astros' last 10 games. Niko Goodrum will get the nod at first base in place of Gurriel, who went 6-for-37 during that 10-game stretch to drop his season average to .196.
