Walker is not starting Sunday against the Cubs.

After a stretch in which he picked up two hits in nine games, Walker has 15 over his last six contests. Wilmer Flores will slide over to first base in his absence, with Ketel Marte moving in from center field to second base.

Cabrera (shoulder) is not in Sunday's lineup against the Astros.

He said he felt a pop in his shoulder during Saturday's game, yet indicated that he would play Sunday. The Rangers are obviously proceeding cautiously, but Cabrera reportedly didn't get an MRI, so he should be considered day-to-day for now. Patrick Wisdom is starting at third base and hitting seventh.

Olson (hand) is on track to return to the big-league lineup around May 5, Jim Bowden of The Athletic reports.

General manager David Forst told Bowden on Sunday that Olson was two weeks away, which would line him up to return late in the first week of May in Pittsburgh or early in the second week of May at home against the Reds. This is excellent news, as it originally seemed like Olson would be out through the end of May. It's a pain-tolerance issue at this point, and he is using an axe-handle bat, which should ease the pain when he makes contact.

Dixon is starting at first base and batting sixth in Sunday's game against the White Sox.

Dixon got called up from Triple-A Toledo on Thursday and will now make his first start in the majors this season. The 27-year-old appeared in 74 games with the Reds last year, posting a .178/.218/.356 slash line with five home runs and 10 RBI.

Alonso (hand) is batting second and playing first base Sunday against St. Louis.

Alonso took a pitch off the hand in Saturday's game and required X-rays afterwards. He avoided a fracture and any bruise he suffered evidently won't be enough to keep him out of the lineup.

O'Hearn is not in Sunday's lineup against the Yankees.

As has typically been the case this season, O'Hearn will head to the bench with a lefty (James Paxton) on the hill for the opposition. Hunter Dozier slides to first base with Chris Owings starting at third base and Lucas Duda getting the start at DH.

Walker went 4-for-4 with a double, a run scored and a walk in Saturday's 6-0 win over the Cubs.

Walker reached base in all five plate appearances Saturday and is a ridiculous 15-for-25 with three home runs over his last six games. The 28-year-old is slashing .353/.421/.706 with six homers, though he has struck out 23 times in only 68 at-bats.

Cabrera said he felt a "pop" in his shoulder during Saturday's win over the Astros but indicated he'd be able to play in Sunday's series finale, Levi Weaver of The Athletic reports.

Cabrera had an odd sequence during the game in which he made an unusually weak throw to first base and was seen grabbing and testing his shoulder afterwards, though he never actually exited the game. The 33-year-old said he visited the athletic trainer after the game and won't undergo an MRI, so there doesn't appear to be any real concern from the Rangers.

Diaz went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Saturday's 6-5 loss to the Red Sox.

His eighth-inning shot off Matt Barnes tied the score at 5-5, only for Jose Alvarado to then hand the lead back to Boston in the top of the ninth. Diaz continues to reward fantasy GMs who anticipated a breakout from the 27-year-old, slashing .275/.393/.551 through 19 games with five homers, one steal, nine RBI and 15 runs.

Santana went 3-for-5 with a run, an RBI and a stolen base in the first game of Saturday's doubleheader against Atlanta.

After taking advantage of Friday's rainout to get officially sworn in as a brand new American citizen, Santana celebrated with his sixth multi-hit performance of the season. The 33-year-old isn't showing his age, slashing .407/.521/.542 with a homer, a steal, 12 RBI and 13 runs over 18 games.
