Bobby Dalbec 1B | CHW
Red Sox's Bobby Dalbec: Goes yard twice in rout
Dalbec went 2-for-4 with two home runs and three RBI in Saturday's 16-2 rout of the Orioles.
The 26-year-old took Adam Plutko deep in the fifth inning and Cesar Valdez in the sixth, part of a five-homer, 17-hit rampage by the Boston offense in support of Chris Sale during the southpaw's first big-league start in almost exactly two years. Dalbec is up to 14 homers on the season, with three of them coming in the last two days, but his .233 batting average and 36.3 percent strikeout rate put a firm cap on his fantasy upside.

Matt Olson 1B | ATL
Athletics' Matt Olson: Reaches 30-homer plateau
Olson was 2-for-4 and cracked his 30th home run of the season in Saturday's 8-3 win over the Rangers.
Olson took Texas starter Jordan Lyles deep in the sixth inning -- one of four Oakland round-trippers off Lyles -- to hit the 30-home run mark for the second time in his career (he hit 36 in 2019). The 27-year-old Olson is hitting .333 during the month of August, upping his season slash line to .285/.379/.578 in 475 plate appearances.

Rowdy Tellez 1B | ATL
Brewers' Rowdy Tellez: Provides pinch-hit homer in victory
Tellez came off the bench and cracked a pinch-hit, two-run home run in Saturday's 6-0 win over Pittsburgh.
Tellez hit for Milwaukee reliever Brad Boxberger in the sixth inning and sent a Chris Stratton offering over the right-field wall to give the Brewers a 5-0 lead. It was the 10th homer of the year for Tellez, six of which have come with Milwaukee. The 26-year-old is hitting .333/.407/.613 in 86 plate appearances since being acquired from Toronto. He's had hot streaks like this in the past for the Blue Jays; we'll have to wait and see if Tellez can remain productive over a longer duration this time.

LaMonte Wade 1B | CHW
Giants' LaMonte Wade: Remains on bench
Wade remains on the bench for Saturday's game against the Rockies, Amy Gutierrez of the Giants' official site reports.
The Giants will again load up on righties as the Rockies send another southpaw (Kyle Freeland) to the mound. Kris Bryant starts in right field, with Evan Longoria (shoulder) returning from the injured list to start at third base.

Yuli Gurriel DH | SD
Astros' Yuli Gurriel: Back in action
Gurriel (neck) was reinstated from the injured list Saturday and will bat sixth and play first base against the Angels, Julia Morales of AT&T SportsNet Southwest reports.
Gurriel will wind up missing just one day more than the minimum with a neck strain. He'll look to recapture the form he shown immediately prior to the injury, as he was riding a streak of five straight multi-hit games before getting hurt. He replaces Kyle Tucker, who landed on the COVID-19 injured list.

Brewers' Rowdy Tellez: Sitting Saturday night

Yankees' Anthony Rizzo: Could resume activities Monday
Rizzo (illness) is feeling much better and could resume baseball activities Monday, Bryan Hoch of MLB.com reports.
Rizzo has been out since Sunday after testing positive for COVID-19. It remains unclear exactly when he'll return, but the Yankees don't believe he'll require much time to build back up to full strength once he's cleared to practice.
-
Yandy Diaz DH | TB
Rays' Yandy Diaz: Not in Saturday's lineup
Diaz (thumb) will be on the bench for Saturday's game against the Twins, Neil Solondz of the Rays Radio Network reports.
Diaz left Friday's game with a sprained left thumb. His X-rays were negative, but he remains sore, so he'll miss at least one start. Joey Wendle starts at third base in his absence.
-
Christian Walker 1B | HOU
Diamondbacks' Christian Walker: On bench Saturday
Walker is not starting Saturday's game against the Padres.
Walker has gone hitless in each of his last four starts; however, he has drawn four walks in that span. Asdrubal Cabrera is starting at first base Saturday, with Drew Ellis playing third base.
