Lowe went 3-for-4 with a home run and three RBI on Sunday in Triple-A Durham's 7-6 loss to Gwinnett.

Through the first month of the minor-league season, Lowe has validated his status as one of the top prospects in a farm system teeming with high-end talent. The first baseman is slashing .308/.446/.596 across 65 plate appearances while posting identical strikeout and walk rates (18.8 percent). According to Baseball America, one scout who viewed Lowe on Sunday declared him major-league ready. Given that the Rays tend to act conservatively with their top talent, it's hard to bank on Lowe getting the call any time in the next few weeks, especially with top corner bats Ji-Man Choi and Yandy Diaz both faring well in the early stages of the season.

Guerrero isn't expected to receive a promotion from Triple-A Buffalo ahead of the Blue Jays' series opener Tuesday against the Giants, Bob Nightengale of USA Today reports.

Some reports over the past few days indicated Guerrero's MLB debut would come Tuesday during the start of the Blue Jays' homestand, but manager Charlie Montoyo suggested over the weekend that likely wouldn't be the case, per Ben Nicholson-Smith of Sportsnet.ca. Toronto hasn't officially confirmed when baseball's top prospect will arrive in the majors, but Nicholson-Smith believes that Friday's game against the Athletics is the most realistic target. Due to the uncertainty of Guerrero's arrival date, fantasy managers in leagues with weekly lineups may be best off keeping him on the bench -- especially with Toronto playing just five games this week -- but it's apparent the wait will come to an end soon.

Dixon went 2-for-3 with two singles and an RBI during his 2019 MLB debut in a 4-3 victory against the White Sox on Sunday.

The 27-year-old made a nice impression during his Tigers debut. The team called him up from Triple-A on Thursday when it placed Christin Stewart on the 10-day injured list. Dixon has some pop, as he recorded 11 extra-base hits in 118 at-bats with the Reds last season, but he also only slashed .178/.218/.356. Despite the hot debut, keep the expectations in check.

Cabrera (shoulder) is not in Sunday's lineup against the Astros.

He said he felt a pop in his shoulder during Saturday's game, yet indicated that he would play Sunday. The Rangers are obviously proceeding cautiously, but Cabrera reportedly didn't get an MRI, so he should be considered day-to-day for now. Patrick Wisdom is starting at third base and hitting seventh.

Olson (hand) is on track to return to the big-league lineup around May 5, Jim Bowden of The Athletic reports.

General manager David Forst told Bowden on Sunday that Olson was two weeks away, which would line him up to return late in the first week of May in Pittsburgh or early in the second week of May at home against the Reds. This is excellent news, as it originally seemed like Olson would be out through the end of May. It's a pain-tolerance issue at this point, and he is using an axe-handle bat, which should ease the pain when he makes contact.

Dixon is starting at first base and batting sixth in Sunday's game against the White Sox.

Dixon got called up from Triple-A Toledo on Thursday and will now make his first start in the majors this season. The 27-year-old appeared in 74 games with the Reds last year, posting a .178/.218/.356 slash line with five home runs and 10 RBI.

O'Hearn is not in Sunday's lineup against the Yankees.

As has typically been the case this season, O'Hearn will head to the bench with a lefty (James Paxton) on the hill for the opposition. Hunter Dozier slides to first base with Chris Owings starting at third base and Lucas Duda getting the start at DH.

Cabrera said he felt a "pop" in his shoulder during Saturday's win over the Astros but indicated he'd be able to play in Sunday's series finale, Levi Weaver of The Athletic reports.

Cabrera had an odd sequence during the game in which he made an unusually weak throw to first base and was seen grabbing and testing his shoulder afterwards, though he never actually exited the game. The 33-year-old said he visited the athletic trainer after the game and won't undergo an MRI, so there doesn't appear to be any real concern from the Rangers.

Diaz went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Saturday's 6-5 loss to the Red Sox.

His eighth-inning shot off Matt Barnes tied the score at 5-5, only for Jose Alvarado to then hand the lead back to Boston in the top of the ninth. Diaz continues to reward fantasy GMs who anticipated a breakout from the 27-year-old, slashing .275/.393/.551 through 19 games with five homers, one steal, nine RBI and 15 runs.

Santana went 3-for-5 with a run, an RBI and a stolen base in the first game of Saturday's doubleheader against Atlanta.

After taking advantage of Friday's rainout to get officially sworn in as a brand new American citizen, Santana celebrated with his sixth multi-hit performance of the season. The 33-year-old isn't showing his age, slashing .407/.521/.542 with a homer, a steal, 12 RBI and 13 runs over 18 games.
