Vaughn went 1-for-4 with a double and a run scored in Saturday's 4-3 loss to the Tigers.

Vaughn was activated from the COVID-19 protocols list and started in left field against left-hander Tarik Skubal. Jake Lamb has been given a steady stream of at-bats recently as the left fielder against righties and has hit well (.393 last 10 games). Lamb's batting surge could limit Vaughn's usage to left-handers only.

Olson went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run, a walk and an additional run in a 6-3 victory over Colorado on Saturday.

The first baseman put the Athletics on the board in the first inning, smashing a 403-foot shot with a runner aboard. The long ball extended his current hit streak to five games, during which Olson has gone 10-for-20 with eight RBI and five extra-base hits. He is tied for sixth in the league with 15 homers on the season.

Dalbec went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run in Saturday's 7-3 win over the Yankees.

Dalbec provided an extra cushion for Boston, capping off a four-run rally in the eighth inning. The first baseman entered Saturday in a rut, having gone 2-for-23 in the previous eight games. He has a paltry .199/.248/.384 slash line with six homers, 24 RBI and 12 runs scored through 161 plate appearances this year. He's split time at first base with Danny Santana and Marwin Gonzalez in recent games.

Mountcastle went 2-for-3 with a double and a solo home run in Saturday's 10-4 loss to Cleveland.

The 24-year-old is locked in at the plate, going yard four times in the last five games as part of an 8-for-19 (.421) surge. On the season, Mountcastle is batting .245 with eight homers, three steals, 21 runs and 28 RBI through 53 contests.

Guerrero went 3-for-4 with a two-run home run and a second run scored in Saturday's 6-2 win over the Astros.

The 22-year-old superstar belted his league-leading 18th homer in the fifth inning off Jose Urquidy to finish off the scoring for the Jays. Guerrero also leads the majors in RBI with 47 and the American League in batting average at .338, and he has emerged as not just an MVP candidate, but a possible Triple Crown winner -- an honor no one has claimed since Miguel Cabrera in 2012.

Voit (oblique) did some fielding work Friday, per Meredith Marakovits of YES Network, and he was also slated to take dry swings later in the day, according to Max Goodman of Sports Illustrated.

Voit has been on the injured list since late May with a Grade 2 oblique strain, and he is expected to still be a few weeks away from a return. Manager Aaron Boone noted that the slugger still needs to progress with his hitting before eventually taking some live at-bats while also indicating that Voit is making positive steps in his recovery. "He's doing well...He's trending in a very good direction," Boone stated.

Diaz went 2-for-3 with a walk in a loss to the Rangers on Friday.

Diaz remains without a home run on the season and hadn't managed a multi-hit tally since May 20 prior to Friday. The 29-year-old does boast an elite .388 on-base percentage thanks in large part to his 17.4 percent walk rate, which has also played an integral part in his current nine-game on-base streak.

Naylor isn't starting Saturday's game against the Orioles.

Naylor will get a breather after he went 1-for-10 with an RBI, a walk and two strikeouts across the last three games. Cesar Hernandez will serve as the designated hitter while Owen Miller starts at second base.

Santana went 1-for-3 with a two-RBI single, two walks and a run scored in Friday's 14-5 win over Minnesota.

The first baseman's two-run single came in the second inning, staking Kansas City to a 12-0 lead. Santana continues to show an excellent eye at the plate with a .393 OBP. He's added 10 home runs, 36 RBI, 34 runs scored and two stolen bases across 234 plate appearances.

Tellez isn't starting Saturday's game against the Astros.

Tellez had started each of the last three games and went 2-for-10 with a double and a walk. Randal Grichuk will serve as the designated hitter while Jonathan Davis starts in center field.
