Red Wings' Carter Bear: Scores twice in Everett win
Bear scored twice in WHL Everett's 6-2 win over Prince Albert in Game 2 on Saturday.
Bear has scored three goals over two games in the WHL Finals. Throughout the postseason, the Red Wings prospect has racked up six goals, 19 points, a plus-18 rating and 55 shots on net. Bear's effort helped the Silvertips tie this series at 1-1, and he'll look to keep tapping into his scoring as Everett tries to make the Memorial Cup.

Red Wings' Carter Mazur: Earns three points in win
Mazur scored twice and added an assist in AHL Grand Rapids' 5-2 win over Manitoba in Game 4 on Friday.
Mazur made a big impact in the last two games of this series for the Griffins, earning five points. The 24-year-old's recent burst of offense helped Grand Rapids make the Central Division Finals with a 3-1 series win. The Griffins will face the Wolves in the next round.

Red Wings' Carter Mazur: Two-goal game for Griffins
Mazur scored twice in AHL Grand Rapids' 4-2 win over Manitoba in Game 3 on Wednesday.
Mazur got on the scoresheet for the first time in three games this postseason. The 24-year-old forward was limited to 16 regular-season contests, earning 11 goals and five assists in those outings. He'll look to stay productive in the playoffs, and he could challenge for a depth role with the Red Wings in 2026-27 if the team chooses to give him a new contract -- he's set for restricted free agency this summer.

Red Wings' Michal Postava: Logs shutout for Griffins
Postava recorded a 30-save shutout in AHL Grand Rapids' 2-0 win over Manitoba in Game 2 on Sunday.
Postava and the Griffins were on the wrong end of a shutout in Game 1 on Saturday. He's stopped 52 of 53 shots across two playoff outings so far, and it's notable Postava is getting these starts instead of top prospect Sebastian Cossa. Postava impressed with a 17-6-0 record, four shutouts, a 1.71 GAA and a .937 save percentage over 25 regular-season outings.

Red Wings' Carter Bear: Three points in Saturday's win
Bear scored a goal and added two assists in WHL Everett's 5-4 double-overtime win over Penticton in Game 2 on Saturday.
Bear has had a bit of a quiet postseason with three goals and 12 assists over 11 contests. He had 36 goals and 77 points across 53 regular-season outings. Bear has another level he can get to, though the competition at this time of the year is tough. He'll continue to be a key part of a stacked Everett offense as the Silvertips look to get to the next round.

Red Wings' Dylan James: Scores twice in AHL loss
James scored two goals in AHL Grand Rapids' 6-4 loss to Cleveland on Sunday.
These were James' first two goals in the AHL. The 22-year-old winger is coming off a strong season with the University of North Dakota, where he had 32 points in 40 contests during his senior year. His entry-level deal kicks in for 2026-27, and James will likely need some development time with the Griffins before being a call-up candidate.

Red Wings' Axel Sandin-Pellikka: Heads to AHL
Sandin-Pellikka was reassigned to AHL Grand Rapids on Thursday.
Sandin-Pellikka had seven goals and 21 points in 68 outings as a rookie with the Red Wings in 2025-26. Detroit's season is done after failing to make the playoffs, but Grand Rapids secured a postseason berth, so the 21-year-old defenseman will gain some more experience by playing for the minor-league squad.

Red Wings' Dominik Shine: Sent to AHL
Shine was demoted to AHL Grand Rapids on Thursday.
Shine managed three goals in 18 regular-season games with the Red Wings this season. The 32-year-old veteran will return to the Griffins, where he had 21 goals and 37 points over 38 AHL contests this season.

Red Wings' Justin Faulk: Reaches 40-point mark
Faulk scored a goal on two shots in Wednesday's 8-1 loss to the Panthers.
Faulk had four goals and an assist over the last five games of the regular season. The defenseman reached the 40-point mark this year, the first time in three seasons he's achieved that level of offense. He concludes 2025-26 with 16 goals, 24 assists, 148 shots on net, 130 blocked shots, 70 hits and a minus-8 rating over 78 appearances between the Red Wings and the Blues.

Red Wings' Cam Talbot: Needed in relief in finale
Talbot allowed four goals on 12 shots after replacing John Gibson midway through the second period of Wednesday's 8-1 loss to the Panthers.
Neither goalie fared well in the regular-season finale, as the Red Wings seemed mentally checked out at the end of a massively disappointing campaign. Talbot will be a free agent this spring, and the 38-year-old could have trouble landing a secure No. 2 job given his 3.19 GAA and .883 save percentage over 34 outings in 2025-26.

Red Wings' John Gibson: Gets hook in season finale
Gibson gave up four goals on 15 shots before being replaced by Cam Talbot midway through the second period of Wednesday's 8-1 rout at the hands of the Panthers.
The Red Wings apparently hit the links early to close out a massively disappointing season, hanging both their netminders out to dry in the process against a Florida lineup that was missing most of its stars. Gibson had something of a bounce-back campaign in Detroit despite a late fade, with his 29 wins being his highest total since 2017-18 with Anaheim. The 32-year-old goalie has one more year left on his current contract, but he could begin to get phased out next season by the Wings' top prospects Sebastian Cossa and Trey Augustine, who are both knocking on the door.
