Blue Jackets' Charlie Coyle: Grabs six-year deal
Coyle agreed to terms on a six-year, $36 million contract with Columbus on Tuesday.
Coyle played in all 82 regular-season games for the Jackets this year, racking up 20 goals and 38 helpers. With the 34-year-old center putting pen to paper on a six-year deal, this figures to be the final contract of his career, keeping him with the Jackets long term.

Blue Jackets' Guillaume Richard: Pots pair in AHL win
Richard scored twice in AHL Cleveland's 4-3 overtime win over Syracuse in Game 3 on Friday.
Richard picked up his first points of the postseason with this effort to give the Monsters a 2-1 series lead in the North Division semifinals. He had seven goals and 18 points over 70 regular-season outings. The defenseman hasn't shown a lot of offense in the AHL yet, so he's likely a few years away from competing for NHL minutes.

Blue Jackets' Mikael Pyyhtia: Pots pair of goals Sunday
Pyyhtia scored twice in AHL Cleveland's 6-4 win over Grand Rapids on Sunday.
Pyyhtia ended up at 21 goals and 28 assists across 59 appearances in the regular season. That includes seven goals over his last six games. Pyyhtia will look to continue his strong scoring as Cleveland enters the postseason.

Blue Jackets' Mathieu Olivier: Could have played in postseason
Olivier (upper body) told reporters Thursday he would have been ready for Game 1 of the playoffs, Mark Scheig of The Hockey Writers reports.
Olivier also mentioned that he might have tried to suit up in the regular-season finale had a spot in the playoffs been on the line. Overall, the 29-year-old winger played in 61 games this year, which stopped him from being able to produce a second straight 30-plus point campaign. If he can stay healthy in 2026-27, 20 goals and 40 points are both achievable thresholds.

Blue Jackets' Luca Del Bel Belluz: Sent to AHL
Del Bel Belluz was reassigned to AHL Cleveland on Thursday.
Del Bel Belluz had one assist in 14 regular-season NHL games this season, down from two goals and six assists in 15 games in 2024-25. He spent most of the season with the AHL Monsters, generating a team-leading 22 goals and 57 points in 53 appearances.

Blue Jackets' Zach Aston-Reese: Headed down to minors
Aston-Reese was reassigned to AHL Cleveland on Thursday.
Aston-Reese saw action in 27 games for the Blue Jackets this season in which he notched one goal, four assists and 17 shots. The veteran forward was significantly more productive in the minors this year, producing seven goals and seven assists in 25 games for the Monsters.

Blue Jackets' Boone Jenner: Scores lone goal in loss
Jenner scored a goal on four shots and blocked three shots in Tuesday's 2-1 loss to the Capitals.
Jenner has three points over his last three games, his longest streak since he got on the scoresheet in four straight contests from Dec. 29 to Jan. 4. The 32-year-old had another steady campaign with 13 goals, 25 assists, 132 shots on net, 147 hits, 66 blocked shots and 44 PIM across 67 appearances. He is poised to be an unrestricted free agent in the summer if he doesn't reach an extension with the Blue Jackets.

Blue Jackets' Jet Greaves: Falls to Caps in finale
Greaves made 19 saves in Tuesday's 2-1 loss to Washington.
He didn't get enough support to pick up a win in the season finale, but Greaves heads into the offseason as the clear top option in the Columbus crease. Over 55 outings, Greaves posted a 26-19-9 record with a 2.60 GAA and .908 save percentage. Greaves becomes a restricted free agent in the summer, and the Blue Jackets could make a strong push to lock the 25-year-old netminder up on a long-term deal.

Blue Jackets' Mathieu Olivier: Remains unavailable
Olivier (upper body) will not be in the lineup for Tuesday's home game versus Washington, according to Jeff Svoboda of the Blue Jackets' official site.
This will be Olivier's eighth straight absence. The Blue Jackets were eliminated from playoff contention, so Olivier will conclude his season with 15 goals, 26 points, 209 hits, 101 PIM, 93 shots and a plus-13 rating over 61 appearances. The 29-year-old should be ready for the start of training camp in the fall.

Blue Jackets' Dmitri Voronkov: Ruled out against Caps
Voronkov (hand) will not be in the lineup against Washington on Tuesday, Jeff Svoboda of the Blue Jackets' official site reports.
Voronkov managed 17 goals and 32 points across 63 appearances in 2025-26, hitting the 30-point threshold for the third straight year. He also added 105 hits, 110 shots on net and 59 penalty minutes this campaign. The 25-year-old winger was deemed week-to-week because of the hand injury and will now be shut down for the rest of the year after the Jackets missed out on the playoffs. His value has been somewhat capped this year due to a reduced role following Columbus' acquisition of Mason Marchment, but he remains a useful source of peripheral stats in deeper formats and is capable of reaching the 20-goal mark when healthy.

Blue Jackets' Jet Greaves: Slated to start Tuesday
Greaves is expected to start at home against the Capitals on Tuesday, Mark Scheig of The Hockey Writers reports.
Greaves holds a 26-18-9 record with a 2.61 GAA and a .908 save percentage across 54 appearances in 2025-26 -- a significant step up in workload from the 11 outings he logged with Columbus a season ago, when he posted a stellar 1.91 GAA and .938 save percentage. The 25-year-old netminder has developed into a reliable NHL starter after working his way up from the OHL and AHL without ever being drafted, spending parts of four seasons with the Cleveland Monsters before earning a full-time NHL role. He's a decent fantasy option for spot starts given his solid peripherals, though his win total and save percentage make him a streaming-tier option rather than a must-start in most formats.

Blue Jackets' Boston Buckberger: Signs first pro contract
Buckberger signed a two-year, entry-level contract with the Blue Jackets on Monday.
Buckberger, a left-shot defenseman, recently completed his third season with the University of Denver, providing 10 goals, 19 assists and a stellar plus-32 rating across 43 games. The 22-year-old's entry-level deal will begin next season. He will likely spend most, if not all, of 2026-27 honing his craft with AHL Cleveland.

Blue Jackets' Dante Fabbro: Posts helper in Sunday's loss
Fabbro recorded an assist in Sunday's 3-2 loss to the Bruins.
Fabbro ended a 16-game point drought with the helper. He's moved around the lineup a bit in that span, though he's mostly been in a top-four role since Damon Severson (shoulder) exited the lineup. Fabbro has just 11 points with 67 shots on net, 64 hits, 118 blocked shots and a minus-16 rating over 73 appearances this season.

Blue Jackets' Mason Marchment: Pots goal Sunday
Marchment scored a goal on two shots in Sunday's 3-2 loss to the Bruins.
Marchment has two goals and six assists over his last seven outings. He led the Blue Jackets' forwards with 22:36 of ice time Sunday despite being listed on the third line. The veteran winger is up to 19 goals, 44 points, 116 shots on net, 84 hits and a plus-16 rating over 67 appearances between the Blue Jackets and the Kraken this season.
