  • Bears' Dallis Flowers: Goes on injured reserve

The Bears placed Flowers (leg) on injured reserve Friday. Flowers appeared to injure his right leg during Thursday's training camp practice and had to be helped the field, per Courtney Cronin of ESPN.com. The injury is severe enough for Flowers to go on injured reserve, which will force the Pittsburg State product to miss the entire 2026 season.

  • Bears' Dallis Flowers: Helped off field Thursday

Flowers (undisclosed) exited Thursday's training camp session early due to injury, Adam Jahns of AllCHGO.com reports. Flowers needed to be helped off the field after going down and holding his right leg. While there is no additional information currently available, the cornerback looks to have suffered a significant injury. Flowers played in just one regular-season game for the Bears in 2025, logging eight special-teams snaps before being waived the following week.

  • Colts' Dallis Flowers: Not on injury report

Flowers (leg) is not listed on Wednesday's injury report. Flowers exited Indianapolis' win over the Bears in Week 3 due to a leg issue, but he now appears back to full health. With Kenny Moore (hip) and Chris Lammons (knee/ankle) both not practicing Wednesday, Flowers' availability could be key for the Colts secondary during Sunday's matchup against the Steelers.

  • Colts' Dallis Flowers: Exits with leg injury

Flowers left Sunday's win over Chicago with an apparent right leg injury, the Indianapolis Star reports. He had five total tackles before departing. Flowers hurt his right leg while making a tackle late in the game and did not return. He was able to walk off the field under his own power. The Colts could be thin in the secondary with both Flowers and Kenny Moore suffering injuries late in the win.

  • Colts' Dallis Flowers: Expects to be ready for 2024

Flowers (Achilles) expects to be ready for the start of the 2024 season, James Boyd of The Athletic reports. Flowers began the 2023 season as a starting corner for the Colts and tallied 15 total tackles and three passes defensed before suffering a torn Achilles in Week 4. He should have the chance to maintain a significant role as an outside corner, opposite Juju Brents with Kenny Moore covering the slot.

  • Colts' Dallis Flowers: Officially goes to IR

Indianapolis placed Flowers (Achilles) on its injured reserve list Tuesday. Flowers sustained a ruptured Achilles during Sunday's 29-23 overtime loss versus the Rams, so this procedural move was only a matter of time. He'll now begin the process of rehabbing with hopes of suiting back up in 2024.

  • Colts' Dallis Flowers: Gets surprise questionable tag

Flowers (ankle) was a limited participant at practice Friday and is listed as questionable for Sunday's game at the Ravens. After practicing fine Wednesday and Thursday, Flowers was bothered by an ankle injury Friday that kept him limited. It seems like he could sit out in Week 3, and if that's the case, Darrell Baker and Kenny Moore (knee) would figure to be Indianapolis' top cover corners against Lamar Jackson and Baltimore.

  • Colts' Dallis Flowers: Five tackles in Sunday's loss

Flowers had five total tackles and returned a kickoff for 19 yards in Sunday's loss to Jacksonville. Flowers started at cornerback and also worked as the team's kickoff returner. He didn't work as the punt returner, however, as Isaiah McKenzie fielded both punt returns. Flowers will be counted on as a starter in the secondary after being used mostly on special teams last season.

  • Colts' Dallis Flowers: Starting cornerback and return man

Flowers is listed as the Colts' top punt and kick returner as well as starting cornerback in Indianapolis' first unofficial depth chart of the regular season. Flowers will start at cornerback next to Darrell Baker and Kenny Moore as the nickelback. Flowers could have extra value in leagues with return yardage, though the team may elect to use him as a returner only in key spots since he'll have an important role on defense.
