The Packers might have to lean more on Watson with Josh Jacobs (knee) hurt, and Green Bay is still adjusting to life without Tucker Kraft (knee). Watson should be considered a high-end No. 3 Fantasy receiver in the majority of leagues heading into Week 12 against Minnesota.

Watson delivered his first multi-TD performance of his injury-shortened season, scoring from one and 17 yards out in the first and fourth quarter, respectively. The second scoring grab was especially impressive, as Watson came down with a contested catch in the right corner of the end zone while surrounded by a pair of defensive backs. Watson should continue in a prominent role during a Week 12 home divisional showdown against the Vikings next Sunday.

The addition of a hamstring injury on Green Bay's Week 11 injury report initially seemed concerning in light of Watson's repeated issues with his hamstrings in 2022 and 2023. It now seems less concerning, with Watson cleared to play after clarifying that his practice reps had been limited for the usual reason (maintenance after last year's ACL tear). He played a season-high 82 percent of snaps in last week's 10-7 loss to the Eagles, but that was with Matthew Golden (questionable - shoulder) inactive and Romeo Doubs (chest) getting banged up. Doubs and Dontayion Wicks (calf) join Watson in avoiding Week 11 injury designations, giving Jordan Love at least three of his top four WRs.

Watson wasn't listed on Wednesday's injury report, but per Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com, he indicated that downgrading to limited reps Thursday is mostly the result of maintenance due to the right ACL tear that forced him to begin the season on IR. Watson clarified that he doesn't have any significant concerns about his availability for Sunday's matchup against the Giants, so as long as he practices in at least a limited fashion again Friday, fantasy managers can be confident in he'll suit up. Matthew Golden (shoulder), Dontayvion Wicks (calf) and Savion Williams (foot) all were also limited Thursday.

Watson recorded gains of 20 and 25 yards on his pair of grabs, the latter getting the Packers out of the shadow of their own goalposts just before the two-minute warning in the fourth quarter. His yardage total was a team-high figure, and he's now averaged over 20.0 yards per reception in all three games he's played this season. Romeo Doubs' early exit Monday due to a chest injury and Matthew Golden's (shoulder) inactive status both played a part in Watson continuing to operate as a primary downfield option, and that may persist in a Week 11 road matchup against the Giants if one or both of his teammates remain sidelined.

Let's see if that's a sign of things to come, and he's worth using as a No. 3 Fantasy receiver in the majority of leagues. It's not an easy matchup since the Panthers are No. 3 in fewest Fantasy points allowed to opposing receivers, and I don't expect Jordan Love to attempt a high volume of passes. But Watson just needs one play to boost his Fantasy production, and he's worth the risk given the potential reward.

The Packers hope to have Watson back in October after he's spent the minimum of four games on the PUP list. That's about as soon as anyone could've hoped for, given that Watson suffered an ACL tear in Week 18 last season. It won't be surprising if he ends up missing more than four weeks, but it does seem his rehab is coming along quickly. Whether he's a full-time player at any point this season is another question, as the Packers also have Matthew Golden, Jayden Reed (foot), Romeo Doubs and Dontayvion Wicks (calf) as strong candidates for WR snaps and targets.
