Johnson signed with the Raiders on Monday.
The seventh-round pick of the Eagles in 2021 has spent most of his career with his original team, including a nine-game regular-season stint in 2025 in which he recorded eight tackles (five solo), including 1.0 sacks. Johnson has played on more than 170 special-teams snaps in each of his five NFL seasons, and he can make his case for a roster spot as a special teamer and as a linebacker.

Eagles' Patrick Johnson: Back with Philly
Johnson signed a one-year deal with the Eagles on March 14.
The 2021 seventh-round pick of the Eagles spent his first three plus seasons with the team before being waived last September. Johnson was claimed by the Giants and played in 12 games with his new team before suffering a knee injury and missing the last three contests of the regular season.
