    The Browns signed Munford to their practice squad Wednesday, Kelsey Russo of the Browns' official site reports. This will be Munford's second stint with Cleveland, as he was signed off New England's practice squad in September. He was inactive for the three games while on the active roster before being waived earlier this week.
