  • Bengals' Tee Higgins: Ruled out for Week 15

Coach Zac Taylor said Friday that Higgins (concussion) won't play Sunday against the Ravens, Geoff Hobson of the Bengals' official site reports. Though Higgins was able to work in a limited fashion at practice Wednesday and Thursday, the Bengals will play it safe with the wideout, who also sustained a concussion Week 12 against the Patriots and sat out a Thanksgiving matchup against Baltimore. In Higgins' looming absence, added Week 15 snaps alongside top WR Ja'Marr Chase will be available for Andrei Iosivas and Mitchell Tinsley.

  • Bengals' Tee Higgins: Another limited practice

Higgins (concussion) remained limited at practice Thursday. Back-to-back limited listings would appear to give Higgins a chance to play Sunday against the Ravens, but he'll need to advance fully through the NFL's concussion protocol in order to approach the contest minus an injury designation. If Higgins ends up sidelined against Baltimore, Andrei Iosivas and Mitchell Tinsley would be in line to see added Week 15 snaps behind top WR Ja'Marr Chase.

  • Bengals' Tee Higgins: To be limited Wednesday

Higgins (concussion) will be limited at practice Wednesday, Ben Baby of ESPN.com reports. After experiencing concussion-like symptoms Sunday night and Monday morning, Higgins is back in the NFL's concussion protocol. The wideout's looming participation -- albeit in a limited capacity -- in Wednesday's practice is a positive indicator, but given that Higgins sustained a concussion Week 12 against the Patriots and sat out a Thanksgiving matchup with the Ravens, the Bengals figure to proceed cautiously with him ahead of this weekend's contest against Baltimore.

  • Bengals' Tee Higgins: Back in concussion protocol

Coach Zac Taylor revealed that Higgins experienced concussion-like symptoms Sunday night and Monday morning, Ben Baby of ESPN.com reports. As a result, Higgins is back in the NFL's concussion protocol, which clouds the wideout's status for the Bengals' Dec. 14 contest against the Ravens. After sustaining a concussion Nov. 23, Higgins was inactive for Cincinnati's Thanksgiving Day contest against Baltimore. He then gained clearance to play in Sunday's 39-34 loss to the Bills, en route to logging a 73 percent snap share and catching six of his 11 targets for 92 yards and two touchdowns. If Higgins ends up sidelined this weekend, Andrei Iosivas and Mitchell Tinsley would be in line to see added Week 15 snaps behind top WR Ja'Marr Chase.

  • Bengals' Tee Higgins: Stellar performance in return

Higgins brought in six of 11 targets for 92 yards and two touchdowns in the Bengals' 39-34 loss to the Bills on Sunday. Higgins' return from a one-game absence due to a concussion was memorable, as the veteran wideout led the way for the Bengals in receiving yards, targets and touchdown receptions on the day while also tying for the team lead in catches. Higgins had a couple of injury scares during the contest, including one that involved a concussion check after his helmet snapped against the turf on a catch attempt, per Kelsey Conway of the Cincinnati Enquirer. However, Higgins made it back to the field on both occasions and posted his third-highest yardage total of the campaign while recording picturesque 21- and 25-yard scoring grabs. Sunday also marked Higgins' first opportunity to work with Joe Burrow since Week 2, as the wideout missed the quarterback's Thanksgiving return against the Ravens, and the duo will look to keep clicking in a Week 15 divisional home showdown against the Ravens next Sunday.

  • Bengals' Tee Higgins: Clears concussion protocol

Higgins said Friday that he cleared the concussion protocol and is "full go" for Sunday's game at Buffalo, Paul Dehner Jr. of The Athletic reports. Higgins sustained a concussion Week 12 against the Patriots and sat out a Thanksgiving matchup with the Ravens on a short week, but his ability to progress from limited Wednesday to full Thursday signaled his progress through the protocol for head injuries. Now that he's spoken to the media, it's clear he gained clearance from an independent neurologist and will be available this weekend, when he'll be working with QB Joe Burrow for the first time since Week 2.

  • Bengals' Tee Higgins: Full practice Thursday

Higgins (concussion) logged a full practice Thursday. Higgins, who was inactive in Week 13, was limited Wednesday, but the wideout's full listing a day later is indicative of him making progress through the NFL's concussion protocol. Friday's injury report will reveal whether Higgins carries a designation for Sunday's game against the Bills or is fully cleared to return to the lineup this weekend.

  • Bengals' Tee Higgins: To be limited Wednesday

Coach Zac Taylor said Higgins has made progress through the concussion protocol and will be limited at Wednesday's practice, Jay Morrison of SI.com reports. One day after sustaining a concussion during a Week 12 loss to the Patriots, Taylor ruled out Higgins for a Thanksgiving matchup against the Ravens with a short week of prep on tap. Now 10 days removed from the play in question, Higgins is mixing back into drills, but he'll need to gain clearance from an independent neurologist in order to suit up Sunday at Buffalo. If he's able to do so, Higgins will team back up with fellow WR Ja'Marr Chase for the first time since Week 11 and with QB Joe Burrow for the first time since Week 2.

  • Bengals' Tee Higgins: Top DFS Play

Higgins will be playing without Ja'Marr Chase this week. He may see 15 targets, he may see more. Of course, he's still priced as if Chase is playing. He'll be chalky, but I am not fading Joe Flacco's number one receiver in a game where the Bengals will be chasing the score.

  • Bengals' Tee Higgins: Extends TD streak to four games

Higgins caught three of eight targets for 63 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 34-12 loss to the Steelers. Higgins capped Cincinnati's first possession with a 28-yard touchdown catch, but that was his only target of the first half. He was busier after halftime and finished as the team leader in receiving yards, while no teammate had more than 36 receiving yards in a rare off day for Cincinnati's passing game. Higgins extended his touchdown streak to four games (five touchdowns) ahead of a Week 12 home game against the Patriots.

  • Bengals' Tee Higgins: WRs to Start

In two games with Joe Flacco, Higgins has combined for 11 catches for 158 yards and a touchdown on 18 targets against the Packers and Steelers, and I'm willing to trust Higgins again as a No. 2 Fantasy receiver in the majority of leagues. Sauce Gardner (concussion) is out for the Jets in Week 8, which is a boost for Higgins and Ja'Marr Chase, and both Bengals receivers have the chance to go off in this matchup. It's great that Flacco has made Higgins a potential star once again.

  • Bengals' Tee Higgins: WRs to Sit

Higgins has 15 targets in his past two games, which is encouraging. And he played better in Week 6 at Green Bay in the first game with Joe Flacco with five catches for 62 yards on eight targets, which matched his season high. But 11.2 PPR points is kind of the expectation for Higgins now, which is frustrating. And he should only be started in three-receiver leagues until we see more consistent production from him. The Steelers have only allowed three touchdowns to receivers this season, and Higgins will likely need to score to salvage his Fantasy production. I'm not worried about Ja'Marr Chase in the majority of leagues, but Higgins is not worth starting in two-receiver formats in Week 7.

  • Bengals' Tee Higgins: Forgettable day in loss

Higgins secured one of two targets for 15 yards in the Bengals' 48-10 loss to the Vikings on Sunday. Higgins barely saw Jake Browning look his way, as he logged more targets than only Cam Grandy and Mitchell Tinsley. The valued No. 2 wideout's muted performance was naturally part of a miserable day for the Bengals' offense overall, but better days should be ahead for both Browning and Higgins the more the former settles in under center. However, another tough matchup awaits in Week 4, when Cincinnati travels west to face the Broncos on Monday night, Sept. 29.

  • Bengals' Tee Higgins: Tallies 42-yard touchdown

Higgins recorded three catches on eight targets for 56 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 31-27 win over the Jaguars. Higgins bounced back from a poor Week 1 performance, thanks primarily to a long 42-yard touchdown late in the third quarter. That pass was delivered by Jake Browning after Joe Burrow departed with a toe injury, and it was Higgins' only catch on five targets that he was able to haul in from Browning. If Burrow is set to miss additional time, Higgins could become a boom or bust fantasy option with Ja'Marr Chase continuing to dominate targets in the Cincinnati offense.

  • Bengals' Tee Higgins: Held to 33 yards

Higgins recorded three receptions on four targets for 33 yards in Sunday's 17-16 win over the Browns. The Cincinnati offense had a surprisingly poor opening performance against the Browns, leading to limited production for all of its skill-position players. Higgins led the team in receiving yards thanks to a 13-yard catch as well as a pair of 10-yard gains, but it was still a disappointing showing. He should remain a key part of Cincinnati's offense and will have a chance to bounce back in Week 2 against the Jaguars.

  • Bengals' Tee Higgins: Targeted just once

Higgins saw one incomplete target on two drives in Thursday's preseason opener at Philadelphia. Joe Burrow misfired to an open Higgins on his first pass attempt, before locking in and leading two TD drives with the help of WR Ja'Marr Chase and TE Tanner Hudson. Bengals coach Zac Taylor said he wants to use his starters in the preseason more than he ever has before, which means Higgins may got another tune-up before Week 1.

  • Bengals' Tee Higgins: Signs long-term deal with CIN

Higgins and the Bengals agreed on a four-year, $115 million contract with the first two years guaranteed Sunday, Jordan Schultz of Fox Sports reports. Higgins and Cincinnati were able to come to an agreement on a long-term deal after the wide receiver had been franchise tagged for the second straight year. The 26-year-old caught 73 of 109 targets for 911 yards and 10 touchdowns over 12 regular-season games in 2024, and he'll now remain a Bengal for the foreseeable future. Teammate Ja'Marr Chase and the team also agreed on a four-year, $161 million contract extension Sunday, so the formidable wideout duo will continue to cause problems for defenses for years to come.

  • Bengals' Tee Higgins: Franchise tagged again

Higgins (ankle) announced Monday via his personal social media accounts that the Bengals have informed him he will receive the franchise tag. Cincinnati will place the franchise tag on Higgins for a second consecutive offseason, positioning him to play out the 2025 campaign on a one-year, $26.17 million contract unless both sides can reach agreement on a long-term extension by July 15. The move prevents Higgins from hitting free agency at the start of the new league year next week, as he would have been arguably the top available player on the open market. The Bengals have expressed a commitment in retaining the 26-year-old wideout via a long-term deal, motivated no doubt in part by Joe Burrow's public statements that he desires Higgins, Ja'Marr Chaseand pass rusher Trey Hendrickson kept together as a headline trio. Higgins posted a 73-911-10 receiving line despite playing just 12 regular-season games in 2024.

  • Bengals' Tee Higgins: Tending to high-ankle sprain

Higgins disclosed after exiting in the second half of Saturday's 19-17 win over the Steelers that he is tending to a left high-ankle sprain, Jordan Schultz of Fox Sports reports. Higgins has taken questionable tags into the Bengals' past two games with both ankle and knee injury, though it's the former issue that has been the greater concern. Despite managing the high-ankle sprain, Higgins produced a monstrous 11-131-3 line on 12 targets in a Week 17 overtime win over Denver, but he was limited to four catches for 53 yards on five targets while playing 50 of 74 offensive snaps Saturday before seemingly aggravating the injury late in the contest and not returning. Higgins said after Saturday's game that he plans to play through the ankle injury if Cincinnati clinches a spot on the postseason, with the Bengals needing a Broncos loss to the Chiefs plus a Dolphins loss or tie against the Jets on Sunday to secure a wild-card berth.

  • Bengals' Tee Higgins: Gets questionable tag for Week 18

Higgins (ankle/knee) is listed as questionable for Saturday's game against the Steelers. The Bengals listed Higgins as questionable ahead of their Week 17 matchup with the Broncos due to the same pair of injuries, but the wideout suited up and turned in perhaps the finest performance of his career. He finished with 11 catches for 131 yards and three touchdowns on 12 targets, including the game-winning three-yard scoring grab in overtime. Higgins will once again carry a designation into the weekend after he was a limited participant in practices Tuesday through Thursday, but it would be a major surprise if he wasn't able to play Saturday, especially with the Bengals fighting to keep their playoff hopes alive.
